I ordered 2 replacement windows in March 2020, and still have not received them. I understand that COVID has caused delays, but I was told (after the last COVID-related delay) that work would be scheduled after 14 Dec. At this point, my phone calls are not answered, and my texts and voice mails are not being returned. So I have no idea what the delay is, why communication has ended, or whether Ill ever see installation or return of my deposit! Extremely disappointed and definitely wouldnt recommend this company.
