Seven seas has been AMAZING! This is the first year of us having a pool and they have been guiding us the whole way on what we have been needing to do and making my pool life easy. Not only have they been EXTREMELY patient with me and all my questions they are stocked up on all products and prices are very reasonable. Their customer service is awesome !

Seven seas is honest, caring, s as bud most importantly very knowledgeable! I bought a pool off of them 20 yrs ago that is still going strong! If you are new to hot tubs, or looking to buy one new, this is absolutely the place to go. The staff is very helpful and honest, not pushy just to get you to buy. Since our first visit almost a year ago to see our options, Bruce has been so helpful. He is very thorough in educating and follow ups to make sure the spa is functioning properly after delivery. He definitely goes above and beyond and we are very happy with the entire process of getting our hot tub!

If you are in the market for a hot tub, pool, or spa you need to call Seven Seas Pools and Spas in Hermitage!In early April, after calling several other stores looking for a hot tub and being told nothing was in stock (and they had no idea when they would be receiving new stock), I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with Kim at Seven Seas and was told a new shipment was coming at the end of April and they had the exact model I was looking for! Kim made everything so easy giving me all of my options. I was able to pay my down payment over the phone and she emailed me all of my paperwork. The cash discount even when paying with a credit card over the phone was an added bonus! But if you don’t have the cash like I did they have 0% financing options as well!Installation was seamless! Beth was able to set up installation right away. The installers were great. They called about an hour prior to arrival and installation only took about 90 minutes.After my installation I went to the store with my water sample. Bruce tested my water and set me up with all the chemicals needed to maintain the hot tub. It was quick and easy and the service since then has been incredible! Since I’m not that close to the store, Bruce has been working with me via text message weekly to test the water to ensure everything is properly balanced and safe.So, if you’re in the market give them a call. You won’t regret it!

From the very beginning Bruce was amazing! I have a lot of back issues and he insisted I come in to try out a jacuzzi at the store to be sure it would accommodate my high pain areas. He was thorough with explaining our different options and went into great detail describing all the features of our new hot tub. Purchasing my hot tub from Seven Seas in Hermitage, Pa was a delightful experience!! After visiting numerous pool and spa dealerships, Seven Seas were able to get me the spa I wanted, at the price I wanted, and installation in a quick and efficient manner. Bruce and Kim were very professional and knowledgeable on hot tub maintenance and their installers were amazing!!! They were the ONLY facility that actually hook up the hot tub for you, everyone else said I would need to get an electrician to hook it up and get it running!! After hook up, I took in my water sample and all chemicals to get it balanced and running for first 3 months were included in the purchase. This was really appreciated, being a past pool owner, Im aware just how expensive start up and initial maintenance can be. Follow up by Bruce on how everything was going has been very impressive and they even sent a gift of 2 beautiful spa towels to the house. I highly recommend any one looking to invest in a new hot tub to go to Hermitage for your purchase, they go above and beyond to assure costumer satisfaction!!!

We love our Caldera Niagara spa from Seven Seas Pools & Spas! The installation went smoothly and even though there was a faulty touch pad, the installers replaced it within a week. While originally happy with our pool, we have found the service and professionalism at Seven Seas Pools to be dismal at best. The owner, Dan Carroll, does not like to be questioned - even when they install pool heaters incorrectly - as per the manual from the vendor.My heater failed and I was told right away that it was my fault. They did not even send any information to the vendor. I called the vendor directly and sent them photos - the warranty claim was denied FROM THE VENDOR.I spoke with his staff to find out the status, etc. only for the owner - Dan - to call me yelling at me that he has been doing this for 40 years and what do I know - and he is even more qualified than the vendor (Pentair).I asked why Pentair had denied the claim based on it being installed incorrectly - and he yelled some more.I have reviewed the pictures provided to BC Contracting and have determined that this leak is not covered under warranty due to faulty installation. Per the installation manuals for the salt cell and the heater, there must be three feet between these devices as well as a chemically-resistant check-valve. Without following these two specifications, the likelihood of highly concentrated, chlorinated water sitting in the heat exchanger is greatly increased. That high salinity, plus the inherently corrosive nature of salt water can combine to create an extremely corrosive, localized environment within the copper heat exchanger. I recommend you contact your installer for possible refund or relief. - from vendor.For anyone who has a heater installed from Seven Seas Pools - if you have a salt cell without a chemically resistant check valve, and your pool heater fails - Pentair can not honor the warranty as the instructions that come with the heater specifically state in BOLD letters - that you MUST install a chemically resistant check valve for the warranty to be in affect.Apparently I havent had a warranty from day one. In his defense, Dan covered the cost - however after yelling at me over the phone he put us on a do not service list.Thankfully there are several other pool services that dont bully and yell at their customers. It will be a refreshing change.

The Seven Seas pools team helped me build the pool of my dreams. Dan, the owner, was patient and meticulous in helping me understand the engineering challenges that I wasnt aware of, and talked the cover manufacturer into making a size they dont usually make. Very highly recommended!

Bruce and Kim are Fantastic! When we opened our pool, the water was black. Bruce and Kim both worked with us to get the water crystal clear. The best part is they did not sell us a bunch of chemicals we did not need like the previous place we used to shop. This week I used the amazing new service by texting Seven Seas Pools and Spa from their website. Within minutes, Kim responded in a very friendly and professional manner and she had all of my questions answered. Seven Seas built our ingrained swimming pool for us 5 years ago. They were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They recommended landscapers and fence companies who responded promptly. They did a great job building the pool and landscaping the area. Its five summers later and we have no regrets, just many happy memories of family times in the pool. I had a pool install last fall, I cant imagine going through this process with any other company. Dan was very competent and reassuring, when my backyard turned out to be a disaster ( no ones fault but my backyard) once excavation got started.
