Had an issue with my car not producing heat after a recent service at the Hermitage store. Turns out it was a coincidence and unrelated to the service that was previously performed. The technician, Mike, quickly found an issue with a broken wire under the dash. He thoroughly explained what he found and it was quickly repaired at no charge. Exceptional service! Thanks again!

I’m a single mom of 3. My tire busted on me last week and I had nobody to change or get my lugs off the tire ... I paid ALOT to towe it to Flynn’s tires and to my last dollar. When I called to pick up my car they had no idea of my situation and told me to come get it they changed my tire free of charge. I just want to say thank u so much you had no idea of the crazy week I had about my car and that totally made my day! I will recommend and only go threw them for my tire needs from here on out! My husband was almost 2 hours away from home and walked in there hoping to get a new tire only to be met with rude workers demanding he leave because they were closed. Your customer service skills are severely lacking and you should be ashamed to talk to anyone the way you did my husband. I give you zero stars personally.

Had my tires replaced here 3 times in a month after non-stop pops lol. Dudes are great and provide killer service. Quick and painless. Give a call, tell them the car i have, drop it off and they order/replace my tires same day or at times, the next day very early in the morning. Took car for inspection and oil change. They broke latch for hood. Then put on report for non pass. They dont take personal checks. Had to pay cash. Last time I ever go back. They have no respect for the customer or there vehicle. Giving them a one star rating is not an option. But in order to post this I have to.

Took almost 3 hours to replace one tire. The low tire light as never gone off. We are guessing they did not put a sensor in the new tire. Couldnt be more disappointed.

Two of my wifes car tires were losing air every couple of weeks. At first I credited it to the fridge cold temps. I took it into Flynns and had them look for a slow leaks of some type. It turned out to be corrosion on the rims that were allowing the air to seep out. They told me that they removed the tires cleaned up the rim edges, remounted, and resealed the beads on both wheels. I was pleased with their service.

I take my Jeep to Flynns for inspection and oil changes, I got tires there for my previous Jeep. They always schedule appointments that are convenient for me, they are very friendly and professional, and they provide a comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend.

Got tires from here a month ago. I told them to replace all the valve stems in all the tires. They charged me for a mount and dismount and put my spare tire on a different rim? I dont get it. Today as I was going down the highway, one of the old valve stems blew off. So I was broke down with my 4 month old daughter on the side of the highway because of their negligence to replace all of my old valve stems with new ones. I am hoping they will fix this

These guys are great! I couldn’t believe how fast they installed my tires!

I was told 2 times that I need ball joints, that mine where bad, so they could not align my cars. Once it was coming directly from getting new ones elsewhere. It was a lie in order to get work. This is very common at this location and more people need to double check anything this location says with another mechanic. This is somewhat common knowledge around town if you ask around. More people need to share their similar experiences on here.

I was traveling yesterday and had a flat tire in Clarion Pa. I got the donut put on and went to Flynn. They did not have my size but were able to locate one for me. I went and got the tire and went back to Flynn to have it put on. Thanks to Jeff for getting the GIRL WITH THE FLAT back on the road. Jeff was fantastic.

Rip off. Needed a nail taken out of tire. The tech couldnt repair it, he claimed, but could absolutely sell me a $700 set of tires. Fixed easily elsewhere the next day. Dont patronize Flynns.

Took a tire in for slow leak, they called and said the tire was dry rotted around the seal and said if all the tires are the same, I needed new tires and gave me a quote. Took the tire home and sprayed a rubber restoration product around the rim seal are and, tada fixed the leak.

I have been a customer for nine years. My recent issue involved a major job on two bearings. They completed the job quickly and went above and beyond. I would recommend Flynns in Hermitage. Thank you!

I had just purchased a 1997 Chevy Blazer. Now it need some repairs but I had a friend who made helped me out. . . I still needed some tires so I called up Flynns Hermitage and told me about my dilemma.The gentleman on the phone had tires for me even though it was a rare size. Pretty nice people with good service. But I think they were a bit pricey. $500 for 4 standard run-of-the-mill tires on a 1999 Honda Accord. $450 with the rebate but still, woulda been $250 at the most at Walmart.

I needed new tires and John helped me order the tires I wanted over the telephone; he was very polite and helpful. When the tires came in, I went and had them put on the car. My experience was very good; friendly greeting when you come in the door and a very nice waiting area with coffee, tea, etc. Tires were put on and I was on my way home in one hour. Price and service are a real plus! I would highly recommend this tire store.

Made an appointment for 10:00 am a few days in advance and when I went there I was in at my appointment time and was out in 40 minutes, oil change rotate tires and installed a new tire pressure monitor in one tire, wow very impressed.

We made a 12pm appointment for Saturday to have 4 new tires installed. We waited about 30 minutes for the SUV to go back to have the tires put on and another hour and and a half for the install and alignment to be completed. The service advisor was friendly .. I asked to keep the old tires and the advisor was ok with it but I could hear the tech complaining because he already started the tire install and it must of been inconvenient for him to grab the old tires for me and put them in my suv.. oh well. Service was good ...the waiting room is comfortable and nice. We will be back.

Unfortunately, Flynns is under new management and with the change ethical behavior towards clients seems to have gone as well. My family and I were long time, loyal customers at Flynns, but will now be looking elsewhere. Be very careful here as truth appears to have left with the previous manager........... one month later and NO call from a manager. I guess this confirms their change for the worse. Words are cheap.

Stopped to have them check tires before getting my car inspected. The clerk was friendly and checked all my tires. Happily, all tires would pass inspection. Will come here when I need new tires.

After setting an appointment and having one of the mechanics look at my vehicle, the day I bring it in to get the work done one of the office guys said they wouldnt do the work. I had explained the previous week that I was going on a trip and needed to get the work done before I left. He explained that they wouldnt do the work because of custom wheels, but previous to the discussion the mechanic looked at it and said no problem. So them being a last stop before my trip they refused the work. So I had to scramble to find another shop to put my new tires on.

Bought 3 sets of tires here over the years. Fair price. Good there for the majority of our tire needs. Do they get busy? Yes. They have a lot of business because they take care of their customers. Have we had to wait longer than we wanted? Yes. But again they are taking their time doing the job properly for the customers. So if you want a rushed job go somewhere else. If you want your vehicle to get the attention it deserves go here. We will continue to use them as long as they provide good service at a fair price. Thats why we keep going back. Will see you again when we need more tires.

I had to stop and get air in my tires .the man who did it was very friendly.i would always recomend flynns tires for any thing.

I will never do business here again after today. I spent close to 700 dollars on tires 1 week ago. Went to leave without tire sensors working was told to ride around on them and they would reset 1 week later and one still isnt working. As I am aware sensors go bad but I expect to have my car back how I sent it not with an additional thing wrong all sensors worked prior to tire change. I had 3 people rolling out the carpet to sell me tires but was told I had to pay for a new sensor cause these things happen. I will never ever do business here again I am beyond furious after spending that kind of money why would I spend more not to mention my car now feels like its leaning to the left I am livid

Stopped in to the store the other day because I thought I might need new tires. I was greeted by a very friendly guy and he informed me after looking at my tires that they actually have over half of the tread left, and I did not need new tires quite yet. I am amazed at how honest they are and I even got a free cup of coffee! Flynn’s is notorious as the most honest and fair shop in the area and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!

I took my car in for an oil change a week or so ago, and the past month and a half my car was making a loud knocking sound so I asked if they could look at it. I was told that a bolt had snapped and my car was not safe to drive on the vacation I was leaving for that day. I was given two estimates on what they could do to fix it. Option #1 costing me $450 and option #2 costing me $1,300. I had my inspection here 2 weeks before and my car passed with no problems other than my back brakes needing done soon, but that was all. That would’ve been included in the $1,300 option, but everything else they wanted to charge me for didn’t need done. They wanted to charge me at least $450 for a $12 part that took 20 minutes of labor to fix, which is absolutely ridiculous. There were no other damages done, so $450 for a bolt to fix the whole problem is inane. My car is so smooth and I haven’t had any problems since I had someone fix it. Never coming back.

I am a college student and I thought I needed tires. They were very honest while inspecting my tires and told me I didn’t need new tires at the moment. I appreciate their honesty.

This is the second time I have had vehicles to Flynn’s in the last 6 months. Both times vehicles required service/parts beyond the requested work. Second time told the part “may be needed, but if we do not replace it now and find out later in the process that it is needed, it will cost you more”. Seems seedy. No need to “ have the Mgr call me”, as I will not be patronizing Flynn’s any longer.

My truck was vibrating at 55mph I took it in now even at 105mph no shake and it was free.

I was greeted promptly and told them what I needed. They were very accommodating and I was in and out in about a half hour without an appointment. They helped eliminate a few other visits I would have had to make by offering to do all the services I needed. I was extremely pleased!

I recently purchased new Fierce Attitude tires for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I was impressed with the look of the tires and also with the staff. Great service! I had gotten a flat tire while traveling from NC and they Got me in and out with 4 new tires and an alignment within 2 hours The staff was very knowledgeable and made a pretty terrible situation much easier.

Highly recommended for tires - they stand behind them 100%. What a great surprise to find out that I owed nothing when they resealed my 5-yr-old tires to eliminate slow leaks. My cars low mileage may have played a part, but regardless: Flynns will be the only place I go when I need new treads.

I have been buying tires at Flynns since John had his first store on Rt. 62 The Hermitage store is closer so I go there but have had a few issues over the years. I took my truck in the other day to have the rims change and needed a lug nut that was missing. When I got home I checked the tire pressure to find out they were under inflated between 10 and 15lbs. and they must have lost another lug nut because they had replaced two instead of one. Not sure they torqued the lugs to the correct spec since I replaced the lug nuts with new ones almost needed a breaker bar to break them lose. Would like to know if you have to tell them the tire pressure to put in your tires for your type of auto. Staff is friendly but not sure of the work being done. I like to be able to watch the work being done on my vehicles.

I would highly recommend Flynns Tires to get your tires theyre getting car fixed anything you need done with your car. There very fast working friendly at the counter.

Got an ok price on a set of tires but the balance job was horrible. Came back to get the problem solved... Sitting in the almost empty waiting room for 45 minutes and counting while my vehicle sits in the parking lot untouched. Not my idea of good customer service.... Update: after nearly 90 minutes they finally took it back to balance the tires 😲

I was not told that I would have to stay out on 5/8/2020 when I made an appointment. I was made to stand outside in the rain and snow until my car was done. I would have NEVER scheduled an appointment if I was told this prior to my appointment. There was no else waiting and I wore a mask . I will NEVER get service there again..

Sales man told me that I MUST BUY ALL 4 TIRES for my front wheel drive car when 2 of my tires were almost new. I know that I would replace all 4 .... if it was 4 X 4... But NOT on a car. Ill never go back there!!

Im a single mother. My son is out of state for college. took his car here for an alignment and they said it needed tie rods. Paid what we were told so he would be safe driving. a few weeks later flat tire on the highway. Tow truck driver who had trouble getting the donut on said the bottom of his car was very rusted out. Then took the car to get the tire replaced and were told it couldn’t be put on because there was not enough metal left and he’s should not be driving it because it’s dangerous. Hmmmmmm??? And they also tried to sell us new tires. Apparently there was enough metal few weeks ago. Sad... just plain sad.

In and out. A quick and easy visit for alignment and emissions testing. They didnt hassel me about other issues that could have been wrong with my old car and I love that!

My son needed a damaged tire replaced. They didnt have it in stock, yet they sold him 4 new ones a few months prior, after I requested a different tire to begin with. He took it in to get replaced on a Saturday. Salesman told him that they had one in warehouse in Pittsburgh and they could have it on Monday to be installed.My son called Monday afternoon and now they tell him its back ordered. After the guy told him there was one at the warehouse. Now they tell him they wont have it until Wednesday. The whole time my son has his donut spare on the car and he needs his car for work. The guy told him not to drive it too much with the donut on. A tire store..... doesnt have a freakin tire???They left my son without a car to drive. They just lost 3 customers. I need 4 new tires for my truck. Not buying them here. My wife gets her tires there. Not anymore. And pretty much anyone I talk to.

Purchased tire replacement (road hazard) for my tires. One tire spun the belt- they replaced it- 2nd tire spun belt, easily identified with a horrible whopping noise coming from that tire/side of car(same sound as 1st tire). Took car in 2 times to try to get them to replace it, but they wouldnt acknowledge the issue. Everyone that rides in the car can hear it, and knows what it is, but they couldnt figure out what was wrong-possibly blaming it on wheel bearings.

A very busy place! The prices arent bad. The salesmen are generally knowledgeable but on a few occasions we have had improperly balanced tires.
