First time patient, went in for a cleaning, I already have a regular dental office that I love just could not get to them due to Covid-19 hours...Hercules Dental Care showed great Customer Service. The Medical Assistance and Hygentist were absolutely amazing reason for the 5 Stars. I met with the Doctor for a quick second a simple delight to talk to. Only downside is I spent too much time filling out forms, recommending that they put all documents/forms online using a prefill software and eliminate the 30 to 40 minutes of sitting in the office filling out forms( unless you have patients who do not have online access). Other than that wonderful Dental Service.

Horrible service and unethical, their the professionals supposedly, but when they see an opportunity to get more money they will do a piss poor job and make you go back and get the more expensive work done. Their prices are 10-15% more than other dentists from the start and always talking about how expensive the material used to fix your teeth is.

Horrible service I called to have my appointment canceled the receptionist was very rude and told me she would not give me anymore appointments. I said I would go speak to her IN PERSON when she had hung up on me. I’ve been coming here for a long time for someone new to just raise there voice for no apparent reason and be so rude I do not recommend this place.

I cant believe this place has almost 5 stars. Lets start with the receptionist they seem like they dont know what theyre doing I was left on hold for like 15 minutes for one simple question the scheduling coordinator whoevers in charge of scheduling didnt follow through with what they were supposed to do for me which made me have to go to a whole nother facility. The orthodontist is only there once every three weeks which is a huge inconvenienceand I didnt find that out until after the service I got and everybody around there just seem scattered like they dont know what theyre doing. Proceed with caution..

I have been coming to get my teeth cleaned and examined for several years now and am very happy with the staff. Dr Lin and all of his associates are friendly and professional. Michelle and Cameron are excellent hygienist’s and care about their client’s teeth. Always gives me feedback if I am doing a good job of brushing and flossing or if I need to improve it. The staff cares for their client’s teeth health so that is why I continue to come here for services.

Very poor costumer service...staff were rude over the phone and not helpful in person! all they care about is money and charging you with unnecessary procedures. Got billed for a procedure they said was covered by insurance but was not... they just pass you from one person to the other... tell you someone will call to take of it but never happened.This was the closest dental clinic to me but I will take my family somewhere else I don’t care if it’s a drive never will i come back to this place for any dental service ever.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. Staff offered me a cozy blanket during the cleaning to ensure I was warm and comfortable. That was a nice touch! Very gentle and considerate of my needs and sensitive gums during my pregnancy. As pleasurable as a trip to the dentist can be!

Very nice, respectable! The doctors and their assists knows exactly what they’re doing/talking about! Well tell you what they think and what they think is best for you. First time there today and I love it already!

Extremely friendly staff. I have a fear of dentists and havent been for a long time. They put me immediately at ease with little to no wait time. Doctor explained situation and remedy thoroughly. Great vibe. As much as I fear going to the dentist, I have now found a place where I feel comfortable getting preventive care, as well as the emergency care I needed with this visit. Thumbs up.

Was very good until they expanded. Now I feel like a cattle led off to slaughter. Hygienist are rushed to get next patient in. My last visit the doctor cleaned my teeth then asked the assistant to floss and polish my teeth, she walked away and came back with a bag with tooth brush and floss and said okay let me walk you up front to schedule another appointment. Not necessarily. Never again... One exception Michelle (Hygienist) is great!

Great office. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Michelle is truly one of the best hygienist, Yolanda was great with the X-rays and Lana was very pleasant at the front counter. Best dental office in the area thus far.

Cracked a molar, called 1800dentist. Hercules dental was able to see me same day. Quick and friendly, very understanding and accommodating. My family will go there for everything from now on.

I have been going to Hercules Dental for over 11 years. That’s got to say something, right?! The staff has always been super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ve actually moved out of the area and I still come here. Won’t trust my dental care to anyone else.

I had a very unhappy experience here today. Apparently they know that they are unable to verify my insurance on Saturday, but they still asked me to go. After spending half an hour, they told me they could not verify my insurance and wanted to reschedule my appointment. To make matters worse, they brought up a disputed $18 bill for service they claimed they did about deep cleaning my wisdom tooth, but totally without my knowledge. I feel it was an insult and i should have a better memory now to avoid this place!

Hercules Dental is awesome. They are truby on of the best offices Ive ever been to. Theyre open 7 days a week and. They also explain all your options and work with you. The office is very family friendly and the staff is AMAZING!!!!

I drove here from out of town from Davis CA, because I had a tooth infection and was in a lot of pain on a Sunday because they are listed as being open on their website. When I got here they were closed and all doors to the building were locked. When I called their phone number even their voicemail said they would be open on Sunday from 8am to 5pm. They also provide an emergency number in their voicemail which does not work either. Horrible service. They can at least stop posting fake business hours because some people will drive a long ways due to emergencies.

Im new to this dental office, been coming here for a couple of months now. So far so good.Update:Let me first say that Dr. Lac and Cameron are exceptional. They are both very personable and do remarkable work. They are the reason I scheduled return visits to Hercules Dental Care. But what changed my opinion and rating was my last few appointments. I began to notice I was being charged left-over fees from the previous visits. When I inquired about these fees, I was told the office estimation of costs and my insurance billing is sometimes different. This explanation was acceptable the first time but when I returned for my next visit, I was told again I had a balance from the previous appointment. Then I noticed I was being charged higher fees and when other clients were given the same explanation repeatedly I was concerned. Upon further inquiry of the staff, I was finally given the real reason for these left-over fees and extra costs...Hercules Dental began charging my insurance Delta Dental PPO plus Premier plan (which is a fee-for-service plan and higher out-of-pocket costs for me) instead of the Delta Dental PPO plan Ive used for years AND they did not tell me they had moved to this higher fee plan. In my opinion, it was a shady move! I did return to Hercules Dental once to get my teeth cleaned by Cameron because he is that good and the charge for cleaning was an acceptable price, but Im now looking for a good dentist who also accepts Delta Dental PPO and wont be changing plans on me without first letting me know.

The office staff were friendly. The medical staff were friendly, through and informative. The front office and dental areas appeared very clean and tidy.

I do not recommend this place. Four weeks ago, I went to have my teeth cleaned and and hoping to have some fillings done on one of my teeth. When I went there they cleaned them and also suggested me to extract my wisdom teeths, which were not bothering me at all. I think they did very good job of scaring me enough of what could possibly happen in couple of years. So, I decided to extract them and went there on Saturday 3 weeks ago. My experience in there is aweful. I went there they put me in a room, nothing was ready to go for a 4 of my wisdom teeth extraction and fillings on two my teeths. I feel like they have time management problem. They gave me numbing medicine and told me that they will be back in 20-30 mins but they showed up after about an hour. Okay I went there at 3 pm and I was out at about 6:45 pm. When I did my research, this whole procedure supposed to take about an hour. When Dr. came and started extracting my tooth, there was no assistant available. He called somebody but nobody showed up until he was done pulling off one of my tooth. THEY DID NOT HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED SUPPLIES GATTHERED IN THE ROOM FOR THE PROCEDURE BEFORE THEY STARTED. They have to leave the room to grab supplies randomely from other rooms during the middle of the procedure. HOW HYGENIC IS THAT? They may have changed their gloves but never seen washing their hands while they leave in and out of the room during the procedure. AND THEY WERE DIGGING THROUGH MY MOUTH. Sometimes they tried to ask other people to bring stuffs to them but nobody responded on time. At the begining of the procedure the Dr. was looking for PROXIMATOR and he was still looking for it while he was already digging through my fourth tooth? Did he just extracted 3 of my tooth without proximator? They were having hard time to extract my fourth tooth. They tried and broke and took off half of the tooth and they asked me if I can come back after two days so that they can extract rest of the portions of the tooth. ARE YOU SERIOUS? They said they dont have equipment for it. They said they have a Dr. who has equipmets but can not call him at the moment. I am lying there bleeding, 3 and half of my teeths are already out and imagining myself coming home and going back there after two days for remaing portion of a tooth. So, requested them to take it out at the moment then another Dr. showed up and two Dr. started digging kind a recklessly (may be because I insisted). When the Dr. finally pulled it off, he was shouting like he made a Touchdown. Then they sutered my wound. I realized, when he pulled off my third tooth, he didnt sutered the wound right away he just jumped into the fourth one and he sutered later, and he didnt do very good job because I could feel kind of thread floating around in my mouth with my tongue and it eventually started coming off so I had to visit him and take it off. Now its been 3 weeks already, wounds are almost healed but I have a numbness and sensitivity on couple of my teeths, which I did not have before. Now I afraid to go back there because I dont want them to mess with my teeth again. Hope it will go away with time.

I have been going to Hercules Dental Care over 10 years the staff is always very professional, friendly and most importantly they all take very good care of you no matter what the situation is especially Dr. Lin I would like to thank each and everyone of your staff for all you have done for me in spite of any mishaps that may have happened alone the way everything was still handle in a professional manner would I recommend anyone YES I will cause they cant go wrong with the service they receive from you and your staff Happy Holidays.

Went back to fix the filling as insurance does not cover if anything goes wrong within 24 months. It was done in 12/2014. They fix it for free.
