Henniker Septic came to pump out my septic tank while I was at work. I came home to find feces splattered all over the back of my house, the siding, windows and screens. I called and the woman who answered said she’d look into it that maybe he had a hose that blew off. No one got back to me. Didn’t even offer to come and clean up the mess!! I will never use nor recommend this company to anyone. Should get zero stars.

If I could zero stars I would. The prior sewer pump they installed 6 years ago failed (no warranty since the prior homeowner was the one that had them install it). They claim it was an “emergency service” even though it took them a week to fix it and charged me an extra fee. Found out later that they are one of the more expensive options locally. No one on my street will use them. Go with anyone else!

We called Henniker Septic to have our septic system pumped, it was an emergency situation and needed to be done right away. The lady we spoke to on the phone to set up the service was very helpful and said they would be out that day. When Garrett arrived he was very friendly, and professional. When my four year old came outside he said “there’s my helper!” And continued to be kind and engaging throughout the time he was at our house. He answered all of our questions and got the job done. My husband and I will be using Henniker Septic from now on! Highly recommend!

Im shure they are awsome but good luck getting them on the phone to even discuss doing business been calling repeatedly at different times for 2 months what a shame considering they are the only place near me

Awful customer service. First time using them. I was ready to pay bill at time of service but had to go next door to get my check book. Driver said dont worry about it they will send you bill. Bill was sent to tenant and I never received. When I did months later, I called to pay immediately. Was meant with robotic response from both clerk and manager they would not waive late fee even though I told them I never received bill and the minute I did receive bill I called to pay. Over $10 late fee they are loosing me as a customer for that property, loosing my neighbor, loosing my business with my other properties. $10 could have gotten them 4 other properties but it is obvious business is good and they do not need any more. Suggest looking elsewhere if you want true customer service When things dont go their way. They are probably good if there is no issue but best to have a company work with you and not against you when there is.

Well, My experience with them was good until one of the owners got involved. She was rude, unprofessional, defensive and tried to pivot her anger on me.I had rented a Porta Potty from them for about 6 months for one of my construction sites. The guy that did the weekly service was awesome, always happy, on time and when we had too much snow he would call me to let me know he couldnt get to the PP. The office (Natalie) was always helpful and cordial on the phone.Yesterday I got to the site and the gate locked and the combination for the lock was changed. I notice that the only track marks on the site were from the Henniker Truck that comes to clean up every monday. I couldnt get into my site. I called the office at 6:15pm (Office was closed) and left a message saying I cant get into my site, the combination lock is not working, I need someone to call me so we can figure out what happened. Today at 7:15am I got a call from an irate woman saying that she is the Owner for Henniker Septic. She was rude, loud, unprofessional. All I wanted was to find out what happened with the lock at the gate, and she was furious. She started by saying that I couldnt accuse them of nothing because I didnt see what happened and if I had any proof of what I was accusing them of? I was beyond myself when I heard what she was saying. I tried to put a word in edgewise but she wouldnt let me talk. When I finally got a word in, she accused me of of being a man, and I shouldnt talk to her because shes a woman..... Finally I asked her to have the driver call me and she hang up the phone. So, The driver (Phil) called me and was very polite, calm and explained to me that he found the lock open and the left the lock open. I said, no problem Phil, thank you very much for the explanation.I was trying to get to the bottom of the story and this woman (supposedly the onwer) was out of her meds. . Disrespectful and out of line to say the least.Needless to say we had to cancel the service. I rather pay more for another company than have this woman yelling at me.

Paid for service up til October, Have been with Henniker Septic for over 20 years. had card on file and Henniker’s office personnel stole my information and overcharged my credit card, called to straighten out but was told that they sent an email stating rates were changed.. well that’s all fine and good except I didn’t leave an email address for them to notify me. They lied to me and said they were not going to return the charge. Thanks a lot Chickie! That was my kids Christmas presents!!

The owner of this business and a team member came at a time of emergency and was kind and provided excellent service. We are so very grateful for such a great business in our community .Thank you so very much for your care and serviceClaire

Have used Henniker Septic many times for porter potty service. Septic system inspection, septic system pump repair. Always professional on time great service.

Needed a grinder pump basin drained for plumbing work. They were very professional and were able to get a truck here in less than 2 hours.

The guy who came to pump out the tanks took time to explain to me everything that I needed to do clean out the filters. Also fixed a piece of pipe that was never glued in place for some reason. Great service!

I had quite an experience with Henniker Septic. I did not get the chance to have any work/evaluation done, so I cannot speak to that quality. The communication from the office was not good. See below:Scheduled for 8 a.m. septic inspection, I took a couple hours off of work and arrived early.8:26 – Nobody showed up - Emailed Natalie who set up my appointment. No response.8:36 – I called the office asking if we were still on, Natalie was going to look into it and let me know.9:10 – I call again, It is unknown where the drivers are. Natalie to look into it.9:27 – Received call I am told the driver got stuck in a ditch. I told them I can pull them out. She said she’d pass on the message and let me know.9:48 – received call that the drivers were out of the ditch.10:44 – Called to ask where the drivers were. Was told that they went onto their next job, and could not be reached while they were working. It was unknown when they would be done or when they could get to me, I should just keep waiting. I was asked why I was not notified that they went onto their next job and why I was skipped over in the first place. There was not a response. I cancelled without a plan to reschedule, as I had to get back to work and am wary of their quality of work based off of their lack of customer care.Two hours and 54 minutes since I arrived, I left without seeing anyone. Things happen, but companies need communication. Skipping me without telling me was also very disrespectful.

Henniker Septic helped us during a very cold winter weekend to find and fix a frozen line. They provided assistance under the worse conditions along with helpful advice. Always friendly. Noone wants to have to call for emergency service but if you need to, call Bucky HS.

Had an issue with our septic system. They came out within 48 hrs and fixed the issue and came back out on an emergency follow up call on a Saturday to take care of a side effect of the prior issue. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Thank you very much in our time of dire need. Also the driver gave me a pointer in case of a pinch that I may get myself into.
