Didn’t do what was promised on agreement! Tried to resolve matter with the owner when he saw the work was all done wrong and he did not want to make it right. Currently looking into hiring a lawyer because he is now messing with our business by buying our name yesterday after seeing the bbb review I sent and bullying us into paying for something they never did. I have proof! Don’t waste your time or your money. This is what I got that was suppose to be a 3850 job. They already got 1925 upfront for this which they should have refunded for this mess and took all this from under my home. Never agreed to this at all! I now have to re hire another company to get this right. Drain should have been on the footer against the wall, basin with pumps flat sunk into ground with each pump they own plumbing to extract water not 2 lines together sitting on old blocks that was under my home.

Brian and his team did an excellent job diagnosing a difficult water issue, and finding a cost-effective solution. My home was experiencing small amounts of water build-up in a garage built into a hill side. Instead of going with a surface water solution, Brian identified that the primary issue was ground water and a sump pump would be the best solution. Sure enough, ever since the installation completed, my garage has been bone dry despite multiple consecutive days of heavy rain accumulation.

We just cant say enough about Brian and Chris. What started out as a simple build a fence and install flooring turned into a homeowners worst nightmare. Floors rotted and mold in the crawl space. Brian came in, gave the diagnosis for the mold remediation, repair and replace the office and dining room. He was on it from day one!!!! Had the fence removed and replaced in three days!!!! When other contractors gave us excuse after excuse for delay in fencing, Brian and Chris got it done. As we removed our existing laminate, we found our sub floor was also rotted. Texted Brian, he didnt text but called us immediately and was out the very next day to tear down and replace our constant money pit home. No matter what is going on in what I am calling the non stop problems with our 22 year old home, all Brian and Chris have to do is show up and we know we are in awesome hands!!! Chris team of Bruce, Roscoe and Justice not to mention those who built the fence have surpassed our wildest expectations. Thank you Thank you Thank you seems not enough. We have so many projects in line and will only use AHS!!!

Mold was discovered during our home inspection and we would get water in our crawl space when it rained so getting it taken care of became a priority. Brian was extremely friendly and professional! He was quick to reply to our request for a quote and had crew on site within a week! They did fantastic work at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them.

After scheduling the job to start later in the week I tried to call the company and left a message and did not hear back. Then workers showed up earlier in the week than expected with no heads up or call prior. I had issues getting in touch with the company prior to the workers starting the work. I then had no need for the full project and was offered $0 refund back from the deposit paid for the small amount of the project that was completed. I didnt get my moneys worth and would have saved lots of money had I received better communication from the company.

Spoke with Bryan about a potential property investment that had evidence of mold infestation. Very quick response and punctual. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable about ANYTHING having to do with your home. Would highly recommend to anyone! Doesn’t get any better than these guys!

Brian and his team does great work. I tried to fix our damp crawl space multiple times on my own with no luck. Brian came out and informed me what needed to be done and for a very reasonable price they fixed the issue. The work was completed on time and we have had a dry crawl space since.

This man would not come and do the job . He canceled on me 3 times . I had to pay 2000.00 down and they never showed up . I would never recommend this company to do anything. So there never no work even started at my home . His workers called me and let me know, they no longer worked for him due to nonpayment, which again no one showed up to do my work. This company / Brian Duke is unreliable, doesn’t show up .he took my deposit . I filed with the court system.

Brian came out and gave us an honest evaluation of our crawlspace. He wasn’t trying to sell us anything just very friendly and helpful!

Brian and his team did a great job fixing mistakes that Frontier Basement Systems had made to the encapsulation at my prior home that were uncovered during inspection. Not only are their prices much lower than FBS, but they were fast and thorough. I had Advanced Home Solutions encapsulate my new home and will use them when/if I move again. After living in our home for just over a year, we noticed that our wood floors were starting to buckle. From everything that Id read, moisture could only be the reason why. Bryan came out and did an inspection and found that our crawl space had very high levels of moisture and he found mold spores growing on the joists due to moisture filled insulation. Bryan gave us a great quote to remove the moisture filled insulation, remediate the mold, fully encapsulate the crawl space, and install a dehumidifying/thermostat system. The whole process took about 4 days, but Bryan and his team were very professional and diligent. After only a few days, our floors were visibly flatter and now are perfectly flat as if they were just installed! The encapsulation has kept our crawl space temperature in the 60s even with this extreme cold weather and the moisture levels are being kept in check! I highly recommend Bryan and his team. The quality of service, quality of product, and quality of people are second to none!

I called Bryan at Advanced Home Solutions in Nashville when I noticed water damage and drywall cracking in my ceiling. He was very communicative and quick to come over. After examining the ceiling from the inside, outside, and even the attic, he advised me on a way that I could actually fix the problem myself. Instead of pushing me towards a big repair I didnt need, he advised me on a free fix. He wasnt rushed and he really took the time to explain what he was seeing. I wish I could hire Bryan to fix literally every little issue around my house! His knowledge goes far beyond water damage, moisture, mold, and the like. I will definitely be calling him for any future water damage repair or prevention services.

Brian, Allan and their crew Just finished a “ Crawl Space encapsulation” with a aprilaire dehumidifier.Iv been in a law suit with my home builder for over a year. I own a 2 year old house in Nashville TN. Lots of builders in Nashville are taking advantage of the people and the market due to great demand. My house has had a lot of issues and 100% humidity in my crawl space is just 1 of my issues. My builder is breaking his home warranty contract which caused us to file for litigation. I don’t trust anyone in Nashville except for Brian at AHS.Brian and his crew was amazing. They were all very professional and did a fantastic job. I trust Brian and the guys at AHS. He has given me great advice on the issues in the home and his prices are fair. He will not BS you. He tells you the truth about your home quality, craftsmanship and is up to date on local codes.
