I cannot even begin to rate this company a single star. Pam and Richard Singer, you have officially ruined our honeymoon! We have had one of your cabins booked for months ( since June) in anticipation of coming back to visit the area, see fall and you cancel on us two weeks out claiming there was a problem ?! My wife reached out via the VRBO app and has not been given any further explanation for anything and really no response....now you have left us homeless and in desperate search two weeks out to try and scramble to find something available?! The consolation prize of offering a stay by having us make adjustments to our dates that we need doesn’t work... especially when you have planned for months. Someone can’t switch days off work weeks out.. I don’t know how you manage your company, but I’m pretty sure this is not the way to go about doing anything! Lucky for you VRBO won’t allow us to leave a review, in a meek attempt of appearing all rainbows and unicorns but ..... renters beware, they will leave you high and dry, without warning. DO NO BOOK WITH THEM !In response to your post Richard, it’s not the money it’s the fact that you have completely devastated our trip, (our honeymoon) and have a complete-lack of empathy. You manage 4 homes, and still have failed to provide any type of reason or explanation for the last minute cancellation. This is what I have been pointing out. It’s not difficult, and for us we have been staying in the area for the last 8 years various times over them and have been well taken care of and never had a problem such as this. I realize that it’s easy to offer different things but when someone has taken off work, made arrangements months in advance and has everything planned and you cancel two weeks out this is unacceptable for anyone.
