This place has an incredible amount of trailer supplies! I would be very surprised if you couldnt find what you needed here. I found each specific part I was looking for that I couldnt find out a Home Depot or Lowes.

Amazing customer service. Went there to pick up my uhaul. Hade went they uhaul on line had a dolly reserved. Got there they had no dolly. They called around to all the uhaul close to find me one.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON MEN, I drive vehicles for a living and i rented a uhaul here, they charged me fraudulently for damage I did not cause. IN TOTAL THEY STOLE 600$ FROM ME. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COVID PANDEMIC WHEN PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING. Even when I confronted them about the obviously fraudulent charges. THESE CON MEN LAUGHED IN MY FACE, AFTER PLAIN AS DAY STEALING FROM ME.

Originally from beautiful Western NC, we were in visiting family when our RV had a major issue with the axles. It was pouring the rain but that did not stop them. The Jim Campen of Jim Campen Trailer Sales, with two stores to take care of, still managed to treat me like I was his only customer from start to finish and went out of his way to make sure my customer experience was the best it could be. While on a road trip from California in our motorhome, our tow car died. Had to buy a new car and Jim fit us in between his scheduled appointments to transfer the tow package from the old car to the new one. They kept us updated constantly and did a great job. We can’t thank them enough!

While on vacation in our large 5th wheel, the rear wheel bearing gave out resulting in the tire coming off and rolling down I-26. This resulted in a damaged axle, bent springs and bent frame. Jim started working on my camper immediately. Their service was excellent and I cannot say enough about our experience.

Easy Uhaul pick up.

I have worked with Jim Campen for several years now. I have purchased snow plows, salt spreaders and accessories for vehicles. I have had installation of lighting and equipment done on vehicles. They have made emergency repairs on equipment and vehicles. Jim, Mike, Amy, and the guys in the shop have always been helpful and very professional. I will continue to use them and their services.

Outstanding products and service

I’d give them zero stars if that was an option. This place has the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Be warned, once they have your money, their commitment to you is over. They refuse to correct their faulty work... and on top of that, they are rude about it. I will drive hours to another company before I ever give this business another dollar.

This review is long over due. After 3 years and 4 different awful experiences with quality of work, price of service, I am ever grateful to have found Reese Trailers in Arden. Jim Campen does not dont even deserve 1 star. As a business owner I was surprised how many other owners I know have had horrible experiences. The owners son relies on being the only trailer repair place in Asheville until REESE TRAILERS. I was charged 1800.00 for installing a ladder rack, previously had brake controllers installed on several vehicles for 600-800 and 2 of them still dont work properly.

Took my van right in and had trailer lights working 1hour

They always are willing to help!! Yes they get busy and cant stop everything but very helpful and if they dont have the parts they will get them. Chances are they have them!!

Customer Service is a ZERO if you walk in and Mike has to help you. Will not acknowledge customers. He was on the phone when I walked in, and when he got off the phone still no acknowledgement, and I waited, had one question to ask...still ignored me, but he did not ignore the pork skins he was stuffing in his mouth. But he did take the time to make a phone call while I was standing there, I gave up and walked the aisles until I found what I needed. Checked out at a different register, I did not want to interrupt Mike and his pork skins. POORLY DONE MIKEY!!!

Sales staff hit or miss with service. Extremely rude, offensive political cartoons posted at the register. Really? Apparently being unprofessional and appealing to MAGA customers is the desired goal. Wont be back, Im not welcome here.

Have been to Jim Campen Trailer Sales on several occasions and have had nothing less than 5 Star treatment. I highly recommend using them for your trailer needs.

Our go-to place for anything mechanical that has to do with trailers, hitches, components, and just plain great advice on any of those subjects. These guys are THE experts. Expert installation can be pricey, but on something like this, its worth it.

Professional and extremely well supplied.

After 2 visits 1st paid $39 for part 2nd time they charged $49 labor only 5 mins to replace tiny fuse. Asked how much to finish job (install new 7 way plug) with Labor Cost, Jim says I dont know how long it would take or how much it would cost was his reply. Very rude people work there definitely would not recommend this business to anyone go somewhere else!

This review is for their trailer sales side. Airport rd arden. . Rude. Wont return calls. WILL NOT stand behind the cheap trailers they sell. Wont help repair trailer still under warrenty. I buy quite a few trailers decide to give them I try will never go back.

Sometimes nothing goes right in the morning. Well folks, that was just the sort of morning we were having. We were in a hurry, and had gone to pick up a uhaul to tow a car up from Georgia. It was all hooked up, we were poised for departure--tragedy! The trailer lights wouldnt work, and we quickly determined it had something to do with our truck and not the trailer. After a decent amount of wailing, some teeth-grinding, and more than a decent number of tears we had visited a Napa store staffed by entirely helpless beardos, and a helpless ORileys auto parts. We were desperate. A call to our usual mechanic landed us with a recommendation to Jim Campen--our final hope, our saving grace, and what would be our deus ex machina. We screamed up 25, time our mortal enemy. We tore in at 90mph; they didnt really have time for us, were already busy, but Guadalupe found time for us the moment we pulled in. He set to work, silently and expertly working the fuses, dexterous fingers and keen eyes diagnosing and curing the problems with the aptitude of a surgeon. In 20 minutes the Frankensteinian F-150 lived, and we bid a hasty farewell among our constant, genuine thanks. If ever you need some work, a trailer, or any other service that this garage provides, I highly recommend it. In fact, I would have recommended them had he failed to fix the truck, purely from his willingness to look at the problem and see what he could do. Yet he did succeed, and we owe Guadalupe a great deal. The 5 stars speak for themselves, this is a business worth your time and money.

If you need a trailer hitch or anything trailer related, these are the folks to call! Knowledgeable and friendly, there is no where else I would go!
