Excellent experience from the online reservation through clean up. 2 people arrived well in advance to set up (no deposit required), they returned afterwards to clean up which was very quick. The 2 items we rented were both in great condition and as expected. We will definitely use them again!

I was at my friends children’s birthday party. The rental as supposed to be from 4-8. They showed up at 4:20 to set it up. They then showed up at 8 when the party was still going on, and when the parents said they still had 20 minutes, the boys picking it up replied “We don’t do hourly rentals” and proceeded to take the float down….. with kids still in it. They both acted like they hated their jobs and were extremely unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend these folks. Keep googling.

We rented the large slide, obstacle course, dunk tank, and cotton candy machine. Unfortunately, they only sent one person to set all of this up and it was not all ready by the time our event started. Additionally, the cotton candy machine did not work so he said he would go get another one, but wouldnt be back until after our event ended. The last straw was that the dunk tank broke after just three kids had a chance to go. The slides were a huge success but everything else was a bust. We will not be using this company again any time soon.

My cousin just rented from this company yesterday for her daughter‘s second birthday party the inflatable was very unsafe and deflated on kids multiple times it would not stay up and it kept deflating so the kids did not really even get to play on it so for me I would not rent from this company ever again. You don’t send something out to a two year olds birthday party that is having problems where you know little kids will be on it and could possibly get injured.There were parents that got very mad and left over this. This baby’s birthday party was a complete mess thanks to incredible inflatables !!!

We rented the princess carriage bounce house for my daughter’s 4th birthday and it was absolutely disgusting (dirt, leaves, and full of water in November) while in a pandemic this is absolutely uncalled for, no sanitizing what so ever! The OWNER and coworkers are absolutely rude and don’t care about their customers what so ever only the money. The workers were asleep in the truck prior to arrival time and they were 3-4 hours late for pick up time..

We reserved the inflatable slide for my sons 4th birthday. They required no deposit and we were able to pay cash when they arrived. They came out and set up the slide inside our churchs reseption hall. The man who came out to set it up and break it down was very nice and helpful. The kids loved the inflatable and we will definatly be using them again next year!
