Todd Stone has been my physician for over 7 years and absolutely terrific. I recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

After two years as a patient with Highland Medical, this is the third time that they have said they cannot see me for 3+ weeks when I have an acute medical need, this time specifically a physical pain in one of my sense organs. They overbook themselves to the point where they end up forcing their patients to go to Med Express, leaving them question why they have choose Highland as a medical care physician in the first place. When they actually did get me in (my first physical which had to be scheduled almost 3 months in advance), the doctor was thorough and really seemed to care, but they overbook themselves to the point that when a patient has an actual medical need to see a doctor, that there is no way to actually see the doctor, and the patient is recommended to Med Express.

Dr. Stone has been great to me and my son. He has worked with our schedule and been very thorough in both our exams. I’m so happy I found a doctor that really cares about me as a person and not just another number to be processed.

Not only are the front desk woman rude but when I try to call on week days to make an appointment I’ve been trying to make for weeks, the people don’t answer the phone. I’ve called st eight and ten and one and three and no answers...

UPDATE: Because of the pandemic Todd is now doing Telehealth appointments. Very easy to schedule.**********************************************************************I have been going to Highland Medical for several years. Todd Stone PA-C is a very caring provider with a great staff backing him up. He is considerate of healthcare costs so doesnt order unneeded tests on the other hand when tests are ordered he takes the time to look at them and if necessary dig deeper to find out not just that something is irregular but to find out why it might be irregular.I never feel rushed through my visit and he doesnt leave the room without making certain my questions have been heard. If he doesnt have the answer he is honest and says so. Then he goes looking for the specialist who may have the answers.I have sent a number of my friends to Highland Medical and they have been very happy with them too.

Dr todd stone is a nice dr. and helpful, the nurses are also very nice, but they need to get new front desk staff. They are rude and too comfortable. They arent accomodating with making appointments. And i dont know if it has to do with my insurance or race that they treat me how they treated me. Either way i wouldnt recommend coming here.

Very rude and unaccomodating at front desk, especially when trying to make a follow-up appointment. I wouldnt recommend this Office.

The doctor did not run any test on me, I told him what I thought I had and he simply agreed and prescribed me medication. I also asked for birth control and he did not do any examinations once again simply prescribed me pills. The nurses had poor customer service, no greeting or smile, and stating yay youre our last one. If you have a 9-5 job, he wont see you and wont work around your schedule at all like other doctors that have made exceptions. The nurses like to answer your questions as if they have the doctors experience and education over the phone. Will never return.
