Worst customer service ever!! Called a half a dozen times onlyto be passed on to the next guy! Wanna personally thank the guy in mountain bikes for repeatedly passing me off to somebody else’s voicemail, all I wanted to do was buy a shock for my new bike? Couldn’t get an answer by phone or email. Great product awful service!!
