Very convenient place to rent tools and equipment for many household tasks. Pleasantly surprised I could rent plumbing snake for 4 hours at a great price. Staff is professional and knowledgeable.

The gentleman that worked today on 7/28/2017 in the tool rental department, ( wearing a baseball cap with grey hair sticking out underneath it ) really needs to think of a job change. I am a lady and I dont know how things should work and when I ask you about a certain equipment that I am renting from you and how it works, please refrain from escalating your voice and talking to me as if I am not standing in front of you and belittling me. I was so upset that I walked out and went and rented from TN Contractor Equipment. Night and day difference on attitude.
