I need my charging port cleaned out fairly regularly and they do it for free. Everyone is always super friendly.

I went in with my boyfriend to get the speaker on his phone fixed. Dylan was helping us, and he was amazing. When we came to pick up the phone, he said he wasn’t going to charge for fixing the phone, because the only thing wrong was debris in the speaker. We will definitely be coming back if anything else happens to one of our devices. If you’re reading this, thank you Dylan!

Two weeks later still no update or appointment to fix the problem they created. Not good customer service. Tried to contact them and their phone continues to go to voicemail.

Great people onsite, did a great repair. Hate hate hate having to talk too someone in a foreign country, non english speaking people that you cannot understand, to be connected to a store 8 minutes from home. That is totally ridiculous!

Went in to get my ear speaker replaced. When I went to pick it up Dylan told me that nothing had to be replaced, instead just thoroughly cleaned and SIGNIFICANTLY discounted the rate. Everything works and I couldn’t be happier!

Very pleased with the service I got. I was referred to this company by Verizon after I dropped my phone in the sink. I tried to dry the phone in rice but it would still not come on, I was freaking out thinking that all my childrens photos were lost forever!!I was greeted by Chris, who explained they could do a cleaning on my phone and dry it out. They did this and my phone needed a new display but it is working again!!!!!! I didnt lose anything. I am beyond happy, I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

I stopped in today because my elderly father had somehow locked himself out of his new smartphone and the phone could no longer be used. Verizon was no help whatsoever which was frustrating, and the only assistance they offered was to refer me here. Upon arrival, Chris was very friendly and quick to offer a solution to remedy the problem. Within a matter of minutes the phone was fully functioning and we were back in business. What a lifesaver! I am very relieved and will definitely return if I have any future problems.

LOVE IT! - thats my short answer! :)My long answer:I am a professional photographer who uses her MacBook Pro (2017) to edit photos AND videos daily. I was running out of memory to store the photos/videos I was currently working on. BestBuy referred me over to UBreakIFix for the upgrade on my internal memory - which is what I needed for my issue. BestBuy also informed me they (UBreakIFix) were certified and well experienced for working on MAC devices.Honestly, I was nervous about the whole thing being that my computer is my BABY!When I first stepped into the UBreakIFix store in Hendersonville, a lady greeted me and was able to give me a quote along with an estimated timeframe for the upgrade within 15 minutes of being there. She was great at answering all my questions and we scheduled to bring my device back when the part I needed for the upgrade was delivered. (Which by the way - they ordered and had it delivered to their store!!) I was informed delivery would take 5-7 business days but received a call within 48 hours saying it was in!!! We planned the best day to drop off / pick up.Once my device was ready to go, I received a text saying I could come pick it up. I got to the store and a gentleman helped me understand that the upgrade was indeed complete and successful and assured me that if I had any issues at all within the first 30 days that they would be happy to take care of them. He answered additional questions I had as well. Overall 10 out of 10 for my first experience!!!! Keep it up UBreakIFix Team! Went in to have my iPhone charging port replaced. Dylan looked at my phone and said it didn’t need to be replaced, it only needed to be cleaned out. He could have easily charged me $80 for a repair I didn’t need. This store now has a long term customer that knows they can be trusted to only sell what is needed.

I went in without an appointment and was greeted by Jordan. He was nice, informative, and very professional. He informed me on the cost of what it would be to fix my IPhone and of some of the deals they’re doing with cases and tempered glass. They were able to replace the screen in a timely manner and it was done before the estimated time they gave me. I saw Jordan again when I went to pick it up and pay for it. He helped me get my phone into my new case. He also gave my son a pen. All stores need a guy like Jordan! I would recommend this place to everyone!

My Samsung Note 10+ was having issues charging and giving a moisture in charging port notification despite having no water damage at all. They fixed it quickly and perfectly. They gave me a quote over the phone before I dropped my device off, which I was totally fine to pay, and then they surprised me with it being covered under warranty when I came to pick it up! I love these guys! Got the asurion home plan, i paid fifty bucks for them to repair my screen and they went NUTZ! Broken screen? Boom. Fixed. Laptop was slower than Forrest Gump? Added more RAM. Keys were a little worn. BOOM! REPLACED AND MADE BEAUTIFUL! MOTHERBOARD? I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. REPLACED WITH A BETTER VERSION! BOOOOM!! I dropped my iPhone XS MAX and had a large white line down my screen. I called 6 places around me to get quotes and understand what to do about it. I ended up going to the Hendersonville location (further away from me than another uBreakiFix location) solely on the fact that Jordan was so nice, informative, and made me feel like my phone would be in good hands. I was sent there after going to Verizon who told me my phone was broken and could only be replaced for a couple hundred dollars using my insurance. The young guy behind the counter was very friendly, checked out the phone charger port and fixed it within seconds. Didnt charge anything but told me to come back if it gave me any problems and made some good suggestions on a protective cover.I dont know what else anyone could ask for. There was an older gentleman who came out as I and another person were standing outside awaiting our turn. He said, those guys (UBreakIFix) are amazing.I had the same experience when it was my turn. I didnt love this place. I was there 5 hours to have my screen fixed. While I was there 3 customers phones were broken beyond repair including mine. I had a samsung galaxy s10+ which no longer works. My mother board was fried and she handed me my phone in pieces. And said sorry about your luck. I do not recommend this place. However the Nashville office is supposedly gonna make it right. We will see.i dust call to say it wasnt working. It was working beautifully other than a small crack on the left corner. Your tech said they could fix it and ordered the part. My phone was operating just fine until the tech broke it.

I came to this location for a loose/defective battery (a common issue with the pixel 4). They replaced it and wanted my passcode to get into the phone and run Google diagnostics. I told them I wasnt comfortable with this and was told there was another option but was pressured to just give up the passcode. I have trust issues, man. My stuff is private. I know that coming to the store, putting in the code, and factory resetting it myself before you ran diagnostics was an option but I was pressured more than once during this process to just give up my passcode. When I arrived at the store I was handed my phone to put in the passcode and unlock it. Upon unlocking I noticed the bottom portion of the screen was no longer working, completely blacked out. This happened during my battery replacement. I understand, accidents happen. Christopher took my phone to the back saying he wanted to show his boss, took several minutes (while it was unlocked) and the manager came out. He said it would have to be fixed and I would have to come again tomorrow. I didnt have the gas for this and was pretty peeved but thats life. Once again after screen replacement they attempted to contact me and when we did get in contact I was again asked for the passcode to run Google diagnostics. This felt very wrong and made me feel like they just wanted to go through my phone. I told them no (for the 2nd time) and they said I could come to the store and wipe it and they could do it then. I told them ok and later called back, giving them my passcode so if any more mishaps occured I would know before I had to go all the way back to Hendersonville. After I had someone pick up my phone my Facebook got an unknown login from a phone using Android 8 (I dont have a phone with that version). Very suspicious. I havent had any unknown logins ever. It made me feel like I was crazy for wanting to have my privacy and then my Facebook password was stolen. Super coincidental.. If the battery and screen were fixed and the phone booted up to the lock screen I feel that was enough to say it was fixed. If not I could have been asked to come up there and check it myself for any malfunctions due to my security preferences. Overall this was an extremely nerve wracking experience and I had to use gas I didnt have to go up there more than I should have had to. I even had to pay someone another way to get my phone picked up. Im glad I got it back and its fixed but if something ever happens again I will definitely have it shipped off as I am fairly sure Google wouldnt email me asking for my unlock code. Besides all that my phone works again and it only took 3 days opposed to the 10-11 Google promises if you ship it off. Privacy is extremely important though and I feel it was breached here. Keep in mind tech savvy people are out there. The battery replacement/screen replacement are both quick jobs (apart from the glass separation, which still should only take 10 mins if that). I was quoted 5 hours for both, and given many excuses as to why it would take longer. I know you guys have other jobs to do but being honest is the best policy, and so is respecting privacy. My new screen is positioned perfectly. The battery is draining as it should as well, despite the new battery having to go through extreme heating for them to separate the glue again and fix the screen.Update: his name was Christopher. We have the text. I may have talked to a Carl at one point. It worked fine in every way, just the battery problem. In fact, since you say everything is audio recorded and video recorded, check it for your technician telling me The screen worked just fine a second ago. The screen was damaged during battery repair. That 300$ worth of work was covered under warranty. It offsets nothing for me, you did what you were SUPPOSED to do. Do you want me to praise you for doing your job, that you are being paid for to do by Google? Im not stupid, my Facebook was accessed from the pixel 4 as well while my phone was being repaired, I checked the security tab on Facebook.

UBreakiFix repaired the cracked screen of my son’s iPad at a fair price and within a very reasonable amount of time. Also, i brought my iPhone in because part of the charger had broken off in the charging port and they quickly removed the piece at no charge!

They were knowledgeable about my brand new model which other stores I called had never repaired it yet. They had the part in stock and ready to go. I am not sure I would go anywhere else if I have a broken phone again.

These guys are awesome! my s9 would not work anymore after a software update, and eventually stopped even charging or powering on. I brought it in and Chris was extremely patient and helpful with me. I needed a new brain for my phone and they had one ordered and installed the next day. I thought Id have to buy and new phone for another $750+, but NO! it was completely free because my phone was still in samsungs warranty. Everytime my husband would try to charge his iPhone, he would have to keep wiggling the charger for 10 minutes until he could position it in the right spot to charge. We thought he was gonna need a new phone until I called Ubreakifix Hendersonville. I called and talked to Brandon and he said it sounded like the port needed to be cleaned out and if so it would be free. I took my husband’s phone there and they fixed it in less than 2 minutes!!! The port needed to be cleaned and they did it free!!! My hubby was happy!

My battery in my iPhone 7 was dying causing the screen to detach from the phone. Not only was service polite, pleasant, and efficient my screen and screen protector were replaced at no charge due to an issue during the replacement process.Canton was great at customer service.

Came in for a broken screen on my A50, they didnt have it in stock which is understandable as its not used in the area much, once the part came in it took about 40 minutes to get to mine and have it fixed with manufacturers warranty still being valid. Staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
