Regina has always been friendly with me everytime I have been in their. She has always given me outstanding service! :) I plan on keeping her as my primary hair dresser :)

The only thing I can say is that I’ve been here a few times. All i got was a trim. But the last time that i went the young lady cut my hair way too short and was on the phone while cutting my hair. I didnt like this. But the other times that ive been was great.

I had Nicole fix my hair. I went with her based on previous reviews. She did an amazing job!!! I needed my color fixed and my cut fixed. Then on top of that i wanted partial highlights. She did everything i asked and more. My color is no longer orange its brown and blonde. She was amazing. I highly recommend Nicole

I want to let as many people as I can know that I have moved from SmartStyle (inside Walmart) in Hendersonville to FANTASTIC SAMS in Hendersonville (the Glenbrook shopping center, beside LensCrafters)! 5 minutes from the Hendersonville Walmart :):):):)I’ve contacted many of my guest and I know there are still some that I haven’t been able to reach out to just yet!

Long wait time

I walked in to get a trim and to clean up some dead ends on my hair. Julia and Nicole were very attentive. They listened to what I wanted and took a lot of time with me. Thank you!

Worst hair cut Ive ever received. Asked for a mens cut just regular tight on sides and short on top with a fade. I got a four on sides no fade didnt even attempt to go over sides twice so hair was missed everywhere then she cut only my left side on top and when she said how does this look I asked if she could take a lil off top. So.. she put her hands right in The middle and gave it 1 good snip lol. I was afraid to ask her to fix anything after that. Oh well still had a fun trip 👍🏻

My Father went in for a regular mens haircut and was BUTCHERED! He was left with a painful red sore irratated scalp that caused alot of discomfort and it looked like he had beeen scalped! You cant even call it a haircut! He refused to pay but now his hair is horrible for Christmas. This place should not even be open for business- BEWARE!!

After waiting for 40 minutes the hairdresser told me that the prices had changed, and without showing me any paper or something, just looking at me told me that the haircut would only cost 30 dollars! She was doubtful in her response and then concluded that maybe it could be more. I could feel that I just did not want to work for me, I am Hispanic, but my money is worth the same as everyone elses, what a bad experience.

The worst haircut Ive ever had and she had me in her chair for an hour and 15 minutes for a trim. Amy has no business with a pair of scissors in her hand. Long past shoulder length hair with long layers have turned into chopped beyond repair. What a joke! And she reminds me the no charge haircut is my own fault. NEVER Again! Do not go here! Period!

AWFUL! I went for a full color at 4. Did not leave until 6 and I have color all over the place. Do not go & If you do dont let Amy touch your hair.
