This business is very nice, the employers are very kind and Ive had me and two other members of my family that has used Jobs business and we like it very much thank yall.

I recently rented a unit from this location. I was helped by the store manager/associate whose name was Mary. I received the 5 star, VIP service and treatment. Had an awesome experience and I hope you all do as well. By the way Mary was the nicest person I have dealt with in years and the rates were great also!!!

Since May 2018 my RV has been stored at SmartStop on the Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville. Storage has been problem-free and the staff are very professional and courteous.

Great service first month free saved me a lot in the long run very nice people I highly recommend.

This is the worst storage center. They locked my unit 5 times in one month even though we were paid up for another month. They said we would have to pay all this stuff just got get back into my unit!! They have the worst file system. And their climate control is not controlled it stays hot and humid inside. Me and my mother in law left both of our units! Please go anywhere but here!!!!

I would leave zero stars but it’s not letting me. Lady at front desk Mary, was rude and condescending and I will never use this company ever again!!! I don’t think anyone should use this facility.

Terrible customer service. I called because, I got a letter that I were past due.Even though we were set up with automatic pay system. This is what they told me Our system COULD have been messed up. Even if thats the case we can not refund the late fee bc we sent you an email. What email? No phone call either. They also were in the process of foreclosing our unit. I also had to pay a foreclosing fee. We have had that unit for 3 years and one month late and they were going to foreclose it, without calling us! I thought the CS was bad before they changed companies but gezzz this takes the cake.
