They sold me a told me it was fairly used it looked good charged me 40 bucks to turn out it was a recap had it less the. A day and it blew out while driving down the road with my 9 year old in it and almost wreaked just about causing harm to me my husband and my son

This place has taken my vehicle in for repair, have my only key, on a Wednesday saying he would get to it that Friday afternoon. NOW a full week later, Wednesday, my car has not been touched, there has been NO answer at their number, zero replies to the 14 messages Ive left, & there has been noone at the shop for the past 5 days, as if they went on weeks vacation, told no one, hung no sign on door, changed no answer machine message. I would take my car elsewhere but this place has my only key locked in their building, which theyve seemed to have anandoned????

There is a wonderful man working here. Stopped in to have my car inspected and it was a quick and pleasant process. I will definitely be using his service again. Thank you!

Notice that the good reviews are before the new ownership! Its a shame because hes a nice guy but the man who answers the phone and talks to you when you stop in is an ass! He talked to me like I was a moron not a good customer who has spent a lot of their hard earned money there. He insisted my tire could not be repaired and that I had to pay up front for a new one, not once considering I might not even need a repair. Turns out the nail barely pierced the surface and this was easily discovered with a lil trick and great customer service at Tire Country! Ill never fight or plead with anyone to give them my business.

I was driving through from MO and noticed my brakes were needing to be changed. Stopped in at Hobs and was told that it would be $500 bucks to have rear brakes changed. Seriously!!! We usually change our own in 20 to 30 minutes amd KNOW for a fact that it shouldnt cost that much. Ridiculous! I understand making $ but that is highway robbery. Thankfully we found a place that charged accordingly right across the rd.

Hobs tire used to be great until new ownership. The original owner was super friendly and very helpful. He was the place to go to for tires and affordable work. Work was done on time and we felt right at home.Upon having an issue with the oil in a Cadillac, we brought it expecting the same owner only to be greeted by new ones. With hesitation, we decided to give them a try.We explained the problem and the mechanic seemed sorta helpful, but not overly motivated. When we went inside to give contact info, we were told something along the lines of, we are not responsible in the event someone breaks into the car, as weve had an attempted break in this month out of the clear blue. That already gave us an odd feeling about them. Anyway, they said theyd call the next day.Few days later, we had to call to find out what was up. The communication was odd and you could tell the mechanic seemed slightly edgy and he wasnt giving a price for the job. We decide to just bring the car home and have it towed to a different mechanic, only to find out that there is a large dent in the passenger side door. Someone must have backed into it. When confronted, one of the mechanics (older one of the group) got very defensive and told us how theyre not responsible. This leads us to believe it was one of them who did the damage and cant even fess up (the lot is not overly busy with customers).The old owner would have made it right. Well never be back there.

I order here at least twice a week for my kids.Seems they have better staff now but a few months ago service was not on point.But it seems to be alot better!!
