So glad I came across this company through doing a google search. I was interested in changing out my Harley Radio background color to match my bike and other gauges and found that Iron Cross Audio offered Backlight conversions in the exact color blue I was looking for. The color looked great day and night time. They did this conversion for me while doing another small repair and got it done pretty quickly and for a reasonable price and was shipped back to me perfectly. Id highly recommend them again.

Sent my HK unit to them for backlight color change, they were helpful and unit was ready in about 3 or 4 days, sent back to me (to UAE) in less than 5 days. The Whole thing took less than 10 days overall. And unit still running like a charm (more than 3 years)

Own small shop since 2010. Have sent hundreds of radios in no problem. This last radio hooked up worked for 5 minutes then nothing. They said my fault by hooking amp up backwards. But it went in for a aux input to be fixed. So unplugged and shipped plugged right back in and fried it. So they are scam artist.

Fast repair. Backlight change looks awesome. The woman in the office gave very detailed info on what I needed to check on the bike to prevent further issued. Turns out, I had 2 broken fairing brackets and didnt even know it. Many thanks for your speed and professionalism.

Iron cross audio was unable repair my stereo. Tony made empty promises for over a year. He finally blamed the issue on my bike until I went away. I replaced the radio and it has worked properly for over a year now. Beware if you send Iron Cross $250

We have sent in several radios to be replaced and/or have bluetooth added to Iron Cross Audio. Years ago we had a customer request bluetooth so we sent in the radio and had bluetooth capabilities installed. We received the radio back, installed it for the customer and the customer claimed that the bluetooth would cut out. So we sent the radio back and Iron Cross ran through their tests and claimed nothing was wrong, after going back and forth, they decided to put in a whole new bluetooth adapter and after that, the radio worked great. Now several years later the same scenario happened again with another customer, except this time there was a CD left in the radio when shipped and the CD player worked just fine. When Iron Cross received the radio, they claimed that shipping damaged the CD player and asked if we wanted to pay to repair. It does not say anywhere, that the CD needs to be removed prior to shipping. The radio was shipped back to us and the bluetooth once again was not working, we shipped it back and they ran their tests again and claimed nothing was wrong with the bluetooth. Iron Cross refuses to stand behind their work and was supposed to just remove the bluetooth and send back since even though it doesnt work for the customer, Iron Cross claims it works just fine It has now been 2 weeks and we still have not received the radio back even though we were told it would be shipped back immediately. This company does not stand behind their work and as a fellow business, I understand what it means to deal with disgruntled customers but this is just bad business practices to not back up your product. We are giving them a 1 star and will never do business with them again.Dead End Cycles

Iron cross sucks i had warranty on a radio they worked on n quit again n tried sending it back but they told me not to send back they wont warranty it If u want something to b fixed n have warrant on their work dont send it to IronCross Audio they have terrible service
