Very concerned of actual knowledge from appraisal. Several items on the appraisal my wife paid for were inaccurate. Items like lead blocks misinterpreted for magnets. Items that the appraiser had no knowledge on appraised ridiculously low. Some were priced more than retail of actual item. Before you spend your hard earned money for an appraisal do your research and find someone who can do the job that has knowledge in all fields of what you own.
