Chad was amazing to work with during the process of removing a stinky skunk from our crawl space that sprayed. We called and Chad came immediately. He was honest. He was patient. He answered my 101 questions thoroughly. He is just a good human amd that made a big difference. The crew did an excellent job. My crawl space looks good. We got the vapor barrier sealant. We had an open drain that went directly to the craw space and that is how the skunk got in. They covered it with galvanized steel. Animal pros stand by their work! We highly recommend them! We pray we are done with animals getting into our crawl space!

We called at 10:30 and by 1:30 Chad was here to help us. I was in denial that we could have skunks in our crawlspace. But Chad was very thorough and inspected the property and provided pictures. Pest control, not humane. Apparently they do not know that skunks can be rehabilitated by licensed professionals in Tennessee, and instead will take money from a concerned citizen who wanted the orphaned kits SAVED, and kill them. If you do not care about wildlife at all, and just want them dispatched, guess these are your people. Instead of addressing the issue, they are telling people in messages they do not know the facts, then blocking them. Not professional and zero ethical practices. Please look for a rehabilitator or humane ways to DETER wildlife.

Chad and his crew were wonderful to work with! We had a squirrel invasion (the creatures ate a hole through our outside wall and then through our kitchen wall into the house) last month and Animal Pros handled the trapping (got them!) and repairs to the home as well as seal off and treatment so that this doesnt happen again. Animal Pros did a great job dealing with skunk issues in our crawl space. Jeff and his partner came out the same day we placed the call. They placed traps and caught one the first night and a second one a couple of days later. We also had them harden the entry area to prevent further occurrences. On the flip side, I was a bit surprised when they quoted $400 to simply remove droppings, so I’ll figure out an alternative. That said, their services are a bit pricey, but effective. I would recommend to anyone in need of wildlife removal.

Jeff and CJ replaced outside vent covers and a dryer vent cover for me. These two are such good guys! They made sure I felt comfortable with what was being done and the inspection of my attic. We had a problem with a bird that got in the attic and down in the bedroom wall, making noise. I called Animal Pros. Chad came out right away to that care of it for us.He did a free assessment including an attic inspection. He found several things that needed to be sealed up.We had seen the first skunk ever after living here 25 years, in the yard next door. Chad pointed at our standard dryer vent and told us they can get into the drier through there. He installed a new vent that only opens when air is blowing out. Then it closes magnetically when the air stops.He pointed out several other things that can be fixed to keep the varmints out. He gave us a reasonable quote. From our anxious contact to Jeff because of seeing and hearing squirrels in our attic, Animal Pros (Jeff and his associate) provided safe, quick, efficient, and thorough service. They arrived the same day we called; immediately set traps to safely remove and later release the squirrels to another location; and by the time we even had acknowledgement of our work order from our HOA, the squirrels were gone. Our access points for the squirrels were well sealed, and the attic area was fumigated so other squirrels wont follow the scent to where they were. The house I purchased was vacant for 7 years and under rehab for three of those years. We had a squirrel issue that trapping was never going to resolve. I called two companies out for an estimate, and even though animal pros was slightly higher in cost, Jeff was thorough and explained in detail where they are coming on and what they would do to help me rid myself of this problem. Jeff not only was with me every step of the way, he was consistently available at all hours of the day during the whole process. Jeff came out a dozen times trapping, moving traps and solving my issue. Once the trapping was complete, Animal Pros moved to close up my entire home in every area that they could get in and Jeff came by at the end to verify and make sure I was satisfied. Fast forward a couple of months with absolutely no issues until I found that a squirrel was attempting to enter in an unusual location and a location that their work was not subject to. I called Jeff, and as usual he was available, he came out that evening and inspected that area, it was crazy, the squirrel managed to climb down a gutter and hit under the soffit, not a place where they would normally go, but it found a way. Jeff came back on his own and fixed that area even though he really did not have to. I normally don’t write reviews, but I think Adam Warden and Jeff Brewer did a good job with a skunk removal issue from my crawlspace. It took over two weeks to finally trap and remove her from the crawlspace, because she was very persistent in making a nest for her kits under my house.She was very elusive as she constantly moved the traps, dug under or around the traps and made a new primary and secondary entrances under the house after they sealed up the initial hole. She was nesting in the wall space where a plumbing pipe penetrated the foundation wall so it was hard to see her and catch her.The service is expensive, but I felt like it was worth it as I got premium service the whole time from Animal Pros. They didn’t give up on catching her even when I felt at one point it was hopeless. Every day they would come by the house and reset the traps and try something new until she was finally caught. In the morning they would text me to ask if she was caught. Finally, some peanut butter smeared on a honey bun was her demise. The Animal Pros cleanup and prevention team did a good job too.

Jeff and CJ helped rid us of a very wily skunk and her suitors, remediated skunk feces in our crawl space, and hardened it to prevent future problems. They were always available when called and provided prompt, professional service. I highly recommend the Hendersonville Animal Pros team.

We initially spoke with Jeff at Animal Pros about a raccoon problem in our attic. We live several hours from Hendersonville and Jeff showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He explained all procedures and answered all our questions. It was so wonderful to speak with someone so knowledgeable. He then scheduled the crew that would come to our home to clean up and “raccoon proof” it. Jeff called several times before, during, and after this process to check in with us and make sure all was going well. Lucas and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and got straight to work. Did not respond to my calls after service in 2019. I had a problem and tried to fix myself. Then Jeff called and said he would absolutely make it right, which he did. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Animal Pros. It was excellent start to finish. These guys are awesome. My pest control company said I had a squirrel issue, so I called Animal Pros. Tyler went up into my attic and said it was mice. He went way up on a ladder to search for entry points and found it with mice fur on it. Unreal!! He built a seal for the entry point with a one way door in case the mice were up there still they can leave but not return. I’m sure he was tired of all my questions but not once did he seem annoyed. Always super super friendly. Oh and the best part is that it was my free estimate, he didn’t charge me. So ridiculous. Use these guys, end of story!!!

We had skunks try to move in under an enclosed deck at our home. We contacted Animal Pros to help with the problem. Chad and his team were very responsive - they trapped the skunks and installed preventative grates to prevent future problems. Wonderful company. They were prompt at replying to our phone calls and scheduling an appointment. They arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection and, most important, were honest in their assessment. I will use again if the need arises and feel confident in referring them.

Our experience with animal pros was expensive, frustrating, drawn out, and ultimately, they never finished the job we called them for. We were told the problem was squirrels, paid thousands of dollars to solve that, and the noises we were hearing never resolved by this company. We’ve ended up hiring another company and I can honestly say, the experience is so much more transparent and successful.Much like some of the other commenters, once we paid, poor communication was rampant and after installing all the stuff on our roof, they basically said they were done (even though we were still hearing noises). Action only happened when I insisted- and had to text, call, multiple times to get a response - versus what I had been told up front, which was that they would get this done and jobs not done until the noises would stop. And more than not, the contractor didn’t come the day they said they would, came at random times (when we are working) and always ended up talking a lot but never really doing anything that looked like fixing the problem.I voiced my concern to our contractor about 4 weeks in to the project that I was concerned about it the timeline and lack of resolution ; he began to make excuses. He also asked to speak to my husband as if I wasn’t understanding which is always offensive and inappropriate in this day and age. I then voiced my concerns to the manager and heard a lot of excuses and “differences of opinion” about how the job was handled. This is new to me as a customer- I’m a bit confused as to how my opinion as the homeowner, customer, and person who paid for the service can somehow be negated. And, if you read the contract they make it clear that they make no guarantees and he definitely brought that up. Based on how this company responds to feedback on google in an argumentative way, i was nervous about posting this but I think it’s the right thing to do.Listen, i believe that others have had positive experiences. I just had a horrific and expensive one and wished I would have read some of these other reviews before I hired them. For the prices they charge and the lack of guarantees, it’s an expensive gamble that we certainly won’t be making again with this company.

Dalton and his team from Animal Pros did a great job for us in Chattanooga, TN. We had a groundhog who made its way into our crawl space and had actually came out of one of our floor vents and into our home!Dalton was able to come onsite to the home the same day I called him, where he quickly assessed the situation, and then laid out some traps. Although they did not trap the groundhog, we experienced no more issues from it after Dalton came onsite. Within a week, he and his team were able to completely seal up the bottom of my house to prevent anymore animal intrusions. They would have been able to do this even sooner also had it not been raining so much.Their quote was not only significantly cheaper than a competitor, but it also included some additional prevention work. I would highly recommend Dalton and his team to anyone else experiencing issues with animals in Chattanooga!

Sorry for this long review. I had to tell it all.It was great working with Animal Pro and Tyler. I had three bids done for my project. One came in at $35,000 and another at $25,000. These two bids were done by the same company but two different employees. Each of these included the crawl space which is the length and width of the house. The third bid from Animal Pro was a few thousand less than the two mentioned above. We wanted to know why?We honestly didn’t know we had the same company twice. My son set up one bid and I set up the other two. Little did I realize we had called the same company twice until I sent the bids to my daughter for review. She called and said, “Mom, we have two bids from the same company.” I said, “We do?” Well, then we set out to compare those two bids to assess why there was a $10,000 difference between the bids from the same company. Before doing this we also concluded they might think we were trying to lessen the effectiveness of their bids. We weren’t. We truly did not know we had contacted the same company twice. Neither included the unit cost of the products to be used. Both included the crawl space.Afterwards, we saw very little difference in the number of units needed to fix the entire project from the three bids. We had questions, and again we realized the company would think we were trying to undermine their bids.My daughter called this company to ask questions. First, we wanted to know why there were no costs next to each unit item. The response: “We don’t include that on our bids. That is not our company’s policy.” My daughter said, “Mom I don’t want to talk anymore” and hung up.” I was sorry she did because I wanted to assess their bids with their reasoning for the difference. I asked her to call back so we could discuss the bid. She did, no answer.We had Animal pro’s bid along side those two. We called Tyler and compared his bid to the other two from the same company. We rattled off to Tyler some of the items the other two bids had and Tyler explained to us how they compared to the items he had assessed.Number 1: Tyler said the crawl space was not a factor in our problem. Therefore he did not include the crawl space.Number 2: Tyler’s quote to catch the 6 raccoons—what he ended up catching— was lower than the other two bids from the same company.Number 3: the number of soffits were less on Tyler’s bid than the previous two. No fudging.Number 4: Animal pro included the unit costs.So Animal Pro’s bid compared to the other two from the same company was the best deal after comparison. It was even less thanTyler quoted after the job was completed.Here is what I am excited to share. While I checked out the work they did. While I understood some of the things he was telling us as it related to the project, I still did not understand the entire process. The cost for a job like this Is insurmountable. How does a non skilled person like me know whether the job is done correctly and whether or not it is cost properly. You don’t. This is why one gets several bids and trust the process.Tyler told me they did not have to do a portion of the attic because the raccoons did not set up home there. The cost would be less. He did not have to tell me this. He could have gone on to be dishonest about it and charge me the initial quote. I would not have know the difference. I am non skilled at this and even after checking the job out would not have caught it. The job was $3,000 + less than initially quoted. I am soooooooo blessed to have had Animal Pro do the job. Their honesty and work is unquestionable. I am definitely calling them again if I need them in the future. Thanks Animal Pro for a job well done. Kudos to Eli also for explaining everything to me as the guys worked on the project.By the way. The three companies were found on Home Advisor.

Animal Pros is fantastic!!! I had a raccoon problem under the house and in the attic. My Animal Pros guy name was Johnny and he was fantastic and very professional. He explained the process to me about what he would be doing and about how long it would take. Within 2 weeks the racoons were gone the outside of the house was sealed off from raccoons and he sprayed under the house and in the attic. Great job Johnny!! I would highly recommend Johnny for your job!!! 👍👍

I had a skunk not only nesting under my house but she sprayed under there too! I called Animal Pros and Jeff Brewer and his trainee came out that same day! Jeff was VERY knowledgeable, knew right where the little lady had gotten in, explained everything to me and what the best course of action would be. I agreed, they set the trap and the next morning my unwanted visitor was in the trap! I called Jeff and again he came right over to get her. Jeff and his trainee, sorry forgot his name but was a nice, courteous young man, then came back out and fortified my house against future interlopers! :) I cant say enough great things about Jeff and Animal Pros! His sense of urgency was as great as mine! Highly recommend!

Jeff was great! He came in and explained everything that was going to have to be done in detail. I would definitely recommend him and Animal Pros to my friends and family. Hopefully, I’ll never have another problem but if I do, I know exactly who to call!

Carey responded to my initial phone call within 20 minutes and came to my home the same day to help with my issue. He not only was able to remove the animal, but helped me find how they got in and how to prevent it in future. He was able to get them out with minimal damage to my home and made sure to leave things as they were before when he left. Im so glad I found this company because I was at a total loss on how to resolve this issue without them!

Corey Taylor came out same day to help clear up a snake concern in our crawlspace. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. We have been extremely happy with the service provided by Animal Pros. Kevin expertly treated our house for rodents in the small window of time this summer between when we closed on the purchase of the house and when we moved in. He and his crew were prompt, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. In addition, Kevin has been very responsive each time I’ve had a question or needed follow-up service. When he was out of town and we needed a pro to come take care of a separate emergency rodent issue, Kevin referred me to Adam. Adam worked us in right away, and took care of our problem in about 10 minutes, catching a mouse by hand to remove it from our bedroom closet! He was professional and extremely efficient! I have full confidence in Kevin, Adam, and Animal Pro’s expertise, and would recommend their services to all.

Bat Infestation RemovalFranklin, TNOur experience with Animal Pros began quite pleasantly but quickly devolved into a nightmare that won’t go away. In the end, we believe the guys just didn’t want to do the work and management is blindly, and arrogantly, defending them. The revolving crew of people showing up, seldom before 4 pm, to work a few hours, were apathetic at best. No- shows, poor communication, no job site cleanup, and terrible craftsmanship were hallmarks of the job. Misunderstandings, misquotes, and miscommunications define our interactions with management.Once they finished work on the outside of our home, we were concerned about the appearance of their repairs. We asked for a manager to come take a look before beginning the agreed interior work. The crew was more than eager to pack up and go home. The Animal Pros director of operations was argumentative, refused a site visit, and bailed on the job (keeping our $2,000 deposit). Fearing the worst, we hired a third-party inspector to climb the roof and discovered Animal Pros had not installed the one hundred feet of flashing between gutters and roof-line that was contracted. On the day Animal Pros said they were finished with repairs, we had asked the crew leader specifically about the flashing. He smiled and said everything had been completed.The entire perimeter of our brick home was defaced and stained with the most unbelievably unprofessional silicone smear job. Their repairs to siding and flashing were all performed with cement, that’s right, they mixed up cement product and filled holes in vinyl siding with it in lieu of proper construction repair techniques. We sent in photos of the work done (and left undone). Both the owner and director of operations said, and continue to claim, all work in question had been fixed. The owner has publicly accused us of lying and has made ridiculous accusations, veiled insults, and false claims of multiple attempts to contact us. To date, nobody from Animal Pros has come to inspect the work. Every aspect of interacting with them has been regrettable. Most baffling is why they’ve chosen to pursue this stance instead of answering our original request with, “…of course, Mr. Customer, we’ll come take a look and figure out a plan to get this resolved…thanks for the feedback…”. Our entire experience with Animal Pros has been so unnecessary.Not being keen on being taken advantage of, having our home damaged, and being called liars, we are moving forward with legal measures and are confident, although dreading the continued headache. We have posted two reviews that have been removed. We are committed to writing a good, poignant, honest review that meets Google’s rules and regulations and cannot be illegally flagged or removed. Google customer service tells us that computer algorithms make the call. We are working to ensure our photographs of Animal Pros’ work will eventually be authenticated and posted. I cant say enough about animal Pros service! Jeff was very efficient and literally came to the house every night to check the traps. I have chickens that were being attacked and everything I had tried personally was not working. He took care of business.... two skunks and one possum later they are safe.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are hands down the best in customer service, because they make their services personalized. They dont just half-ass a job....they keep coming back to make sure it is COMPLETE. They stay in touch every step of the way, and they work around YOUR schedule and what fits best with you. Furthermore...these guys are so damn nice, its a pleasure every time you get to see them. Last but not least, their warranty is their word, and I can attest to this as well.

Adam and Jamie were here within 15 minutes of my call for what I thought to be a squirrel in my attic. They were very thorough in searching the whole house and property. I was with them and we could not find a thing. They gave me great instructions to figure this out and offered a couple of preventative suggestions I could do myself. All of this and they said there was no charge since there was nothing to remove. I will definitely keep their card close to use and recommend even though they may think I am nuts and hearing stuff, ha ha. But they were very professional and kept that to themselves.

We had Animal Pros out to take care of squirrels that found their way into our attic. Customer service was exceptional and Corey, the technician, was prompt and very professional. He took ownership of the job as soon as he came out and I worked with him directly for the duration of the process. He worked around my work schedule and despite the extensive work that needed to be done it had a surprisingly low impact on my daily life. I definitely recommend them for any animal issues. They know their stuff!

Kevin came out today because we had a problem with birds getting into our house. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained everything to me and I felt comfortable with the solution. Hopefully, the birds are gone for good!

Couldnt have been more pleased with Garrett! He was knowledgeable, professional, confident and appropriately reassuring in helping us deal with a mouse problem. We had used another company that we were disappointed with before calling Animal Pros. The inspection and report Garrett gave us was SO much more comprehensive that the other company! I am hoping we wont have to ever reach out to Animal Pros again (just given the nature of rodent problems), but if we did I wouldnt even hesitate about using this company and Garrett again. I called multiple locations this morning. No one answered or called me back. Jamie called me back within just a few minutes and responded within a very reasonable time. We had a skunk get stuck in an intake air unit. The building smelled HORRIBLE. He got the skunk out of the unit, and went even further to come back after hours to treat for the smell that got trapped. He was wonderful from beginning to end. I will DEFINITELY be calling back and asking for Jamie. Jamie was WONDERFUL today. He helped out in a desperate time of need. He was professional, swift, and a joy to talk to. We recently had a severe squirrel problem. Kevin quickly came out same day we called, and walked us through a permanent solution. Thanks to him we have our home back! Definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

We came across Animal Pros after an exhaustive search for a company to handle a mouse problem in a home we purchased last year. Wed had multiple companies out to look at the issue, quote sealing the house, etc. None of them could actually make the work happen. Then Kevin (Animal Pros) came along and had his crew seal the house and treat the attic. This is by no means a cheap process, which we knew going in, but with Animal Pros and especially Kevin, the money you spend goes a long way. Weve had Kevin out to the house multiple times since the work was done to check traps, look things over, or answer questions we had. We live in the woods and are exposed to quite a few more critters than the average home - but with the work that Animal Pros has done for us, were a lot more confident that theyll stay outside where they belong!

Called Animal Pros and they were very responsive to our call. Carl came straight out to search for a snake in our attic. Did a very good inspection of the property. Did wonderful job explaining what needed to be done and how it would be done. Also took pictures so that I would know what they were describing. Scheduled attic work for the following week and Carl and Mike came as planned. The work performed was well done and the material used was of high quality. Both guys were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy their work and helping others. I would highly recommend these guys!!!!

On 11/06/17 my wife and I noticed a scratching noise coming from our crawl space. My wife called Animal Pros and was told someone would call her back within an hour. SURE I thought as I settled in for a long night. That was the first time I was proven wrong as in a very short period of time we received a call from Adam who said that he would be at our home between 7 and 8. SURE I thought as I settled in again hoping he would arrive by 9. Second time I was proven wrong as Adam was at our home shortly after the call. Adam said he would check under the house and get back with us. Wasn’t long until Adam was back with a picture of our new pet which we named Stripes..A dang skunk. Adam explained to us our options which were he would set traps to catch Stripes, Animal Pros could clean up the mess left behind by Stripes and we could also animal proof our crawl space with a warranty. Knowing I would have no peace from my wife we decided to do all three. He trapped Stripes, then Adam came back and cleaned up the mess and animal proofed our crawl space. Throughout all of this Adam calmed my wife’s fears, as much as anyone could, he returned all our calls in a very short period of time and was always pleasant to be around. I hope I never need Animal Pros again for business but if I ever need this service I will without hesitation call Animal Pros and ask for Adam. We thought him an exceptional representative of the company.

Great experience!Kevin came out on a Sunday to help with a dead animal smell we noticed inside our house. Kevin was very pleasant to talk to and professional. After crawling around under the house, he found a dead opossum and removed it. He also wrote up a detailed report of the scenario and itemized receipt so we could easily file an insurance claim (hole in HVAC, enzyme treatment, secure crawl space perimeter, etc...).Overall, I’d highly recommend Animal Pros and am very happy with the service Kevin provided. Kevin was great. He was here on time, was very nice, and was quick in assessing the cause of my pest problems. He gave me a write-up on the repairs that needed to be done and explained them in detail. The thing I like the best, and the reason why I will refer anyone with a pest problem to Animal Pros, is because he explained to me what it would take for me to do some of the repairs to save me on the expense to fix some of my problems. I respect companies and people who dont push for expensive fixes that I can do myself. Thank you for the great service!

Great Job, found a snake in the main bedroom closet and called them at midnight and the answered quickly with precise time of arrival. Jamie K did a great job removing the snake (putting it in a special container) and looked around the whole house inside and outside including attic and crawling into the basement and explained the possibility of how it could have gotten there in the first place. Adam Warden from Animal Pros is one of the most confident, easy to work with, thoughtful guys we could have ever hoped for. We moved back to Nashville this fall into a rental house, and it turns out there were raccoons and possums living in the attic and walls, then a few months later, a six and a half foot snake showed up in our back yard. We had a dead bird in our dryer vent so I needed it removed that day because it smelled bad & I couldnt do laundry! Garrett called me back and came that afternoon! He was very friendly, courteous and efficient...I will definitely call him again if we have any other animal issues!

I blindly called them when we were having a critter issue, not knowing what to do. They were very quick to respond, helpful, willing to answer any and all questions, knowledgeable, and super professional. Chris was our initial contact with the company, and since then weve worked with a few others while having repairs and follow up done on our building. I am definitely impressed with their level of service. I would totally recommend them to anyone that is in need of a wildlife removal expert, and they will be the only company I call if I ever need one again.
