Ordered branded magnifying glass on 7/1 with estimated ship date of 7/15. Item still hasnt shipped as of 7/28 so we dont have our items for our mailings the past two weeks. They have reached out to inform me of delays but bottom line is still no product. They are blaming their factory.UPDATE: Received order on 7/31. Product looks pretty good, though a little thinner than I expected. I am updating the review to reflect this.

After having ordered a sample of an out of stock product, a customer service rep (Jen) reached out to me to explain the situation and propose a solution. The time and care their customer service took with me to answer all of my questions clearly, and in a timely manner, was top notch. My experience with their customer service was tremendous!

Grateful to call this workplace home. Great environment, leaders and coworkers. Not to mention all the unique promotional items keeps it interesting!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Every company has its ups and downs and growing pains as this one certainly does. That being said I have never had better customer service ever. Everyone is nice, everyone cares and everyone wants to help. They always produce good products at a fair price. They never have issues with shipping and the owners actually care! This is why I will continue to shop at TEA. I own multiple businesses and I have never found a place that offers so much and handles the artwork in house. Hats off! Love these guys!!!

My credit card was used fradulently for a purchase of over $15,000 at this company....watch out for credit card thievesI have had an email from the president of The Executive Advertising thoroughl explaining what happened at his end of this fraadulent transaction...Its clear to me from his comment that his staff people did the correct procedure to cancel the transaction as did my credit card company...I dont consider the company personnel did anything but the right steps to protect me although I have received an new card as a result of this incident...crooks are everywhere and its impossible to totally protect you identity from them...I thank the president of The Executive Advertising for reaching out to me with a very thoughtful email response...
