Beyond her amazing design, and 100% professional work she is responsive and patient when waiting for copy. While she may have waited two to three weeks for me, when she received pictures or edits she made changes immediately and her turn around time was great. Sarah continues to be a joy to work with on our many projects. She helped us create new mastheads for our internal newsletters, internal web portal, and a beautiful four piece wall of gratitude design which incorporated a graphic element from each of our stained glass windows. I have used Sarah at Carolina Blue twice now. Once for a logo, once for a rack card design for the same company. Was very pleased both times and will definitely use again if I need more graphic design work.

I was in a network group with other businesses where referrals from outside and inside among the membership were taking place. I was referred to Carolina Blue within the membership by a local printing company for a simple need of making my logo a vector file so it would print well for a truck wrap. As a business owner I know that communication is an essential part of customer service, and the contractor is responsible for insuring that happens, but from the start there was bad communication with Sara Thew.A deposit is a go ahead to proceed with work. I was told I would need to give a 200.00 deposit with a job total of 400.00. I was shocked that it could cost so much to do the simple task. So I started shopping around and found someone to do for 75.00. At the next group meeting just a few days later I found Mrs.Thew had started work without a deposit and she gave a first draft of a logo redesign, a redesign I did not ask for. All I wanted was the vector file. To try and keep goodwill with a group I had just begun with some two months earlier I gave her a deposit and explained that I did not want to change my logo. So now I am a little stressed that Im gonna be paying 400.00 for a vector, but figure Ill get it back in referred business anyway.By the 3rd draft she at least started getting back to my original look but I still didnt have a vector file. I finally had to tell her bluntly to just forget it. To this day I dont understand how something so simple could have been misconstrued. Plain and simply a contractor has to listen intently to what the customer wants. I would not recommend Carolina Blue and will continue to tell others of my bad experience.

Carolina Blue designed an awesome logo for the Summit Academy of Music very quickly! After a brief design consult CB came back with exactly what we were looking for. What we didnt realize was that the logo and its elements would help us define our brand more clearly and reach out to more potential customers. SO HAPPY WITH THE LOGO!!Since then weve redesigned the website, purchased business cards and promo products. All of these tasks took almost no effort at all since CB was able to communicate with those other vendors quickly.We highly recommend Carolina Blue.
