Nicci was very professional. She was one of the few people who responded promptly to one of my inquiries about a rental property. She was able to set up a showing time around my busy schedule. Even though the property was eventually not available, she was very prompt in letting me know and she was willing to still assist me in looking for other rental properties.

We executed a sales contract with a Seller represented by this organization who chose to back out of the sale after all documents were signed. Attorney advised us that we could sue for performance to get the house, but that it would take a long time. This is the second time this client has done this, yet Remax is taking the listing a third time. Very poor ethics. Beware,

Pamela and RE/MAX were a pleasure to deal with. I rented for a year with them and never had any issues with the service. Even at the end of my lease we had a small dispute that the property owner was in disagreement with, but RE/MAX stepped up and did the right thing for me as a renter. I would refer them to others, as I feel they do their job well in protecting everyones best interest. Thanks!

They make sure the house is super clean before move in and they do a great job working with owners to make sure all repairs are made in a reasonable amount of time. You can usually reach them by phone, and if you email them they will get back to you sometimes during the weekend or after hours.Also, they know the Green Valley Ranch really well and have access to a large inventory of homes, because they manage a lot of single family homes and condos. Next time I want to rent a home in Henderson, I will call them first.

Still enforcing rent during this crisis. People cant work, including my family.Inhumane company, profits come before people here.

I have been treated well by this property management company. Any time I had an issue, Belinda, who handles the home I rent, made sure the problem was fixed immediately. First time I ever posted in favor of this type of company, but I felt compelled to because of their great customer service.

Im really not impressed by this company. Many phone calls and issues not either returned or handled promptly. Nice people that dont care much about your situation until its a crisis.

Worse Real Estate Company I have ever seen!. The owner of our house hired these people to act as their property manager and ever since they screw everything up! They have lost rent checks and then lie about it, tell lies as to why the owner hired them when we know the reason. Unbelievable that a name brand like Re/Max would be such horrible liars and unprofessional! I would not recommend using this company for any of your needs! Would give 0 Star if possible.

Was interested in a lot of their listings and left messages with the agents. No call backs at all. Unprofessional service!

Horrible service.. i will never rent a property from them again. They do not do their job,they only want to take your 💰 money. Never returns calls,never everrr fixed anything, and quick to charge for everything!

I have requested several things to be repaired and within a day or two they were taken care.
