We first worked with Debra in 2016 when she helped us find our first home, which was a rental. We had very particular needs and explaining exactly what we were wanting was super easy. Debra listened to all of our needs and asked questions, that we didnt even think of, to help us narrow down our search and within a week, Debra came up with several listings that met our requirements. On one Saturday, she drove us to see all the listings and when we found the one we fell in love with she went straight to work getting all the necessary paperwork together to submit our application. Within a couple of days we received the good news that we were approved for the rental and moved in within two weeks.When we decided it was time to buy our first our we reconnected with Debra since our first experience with her was amazing. She answered a handful of questions we had and then connected us with Shawn. Shawn is extremely easy to work with and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market! We went through the motions of explaining what we were looking for, price range, desired location, etc. and had a long list of questions about the home buying process that Shawn was able to answer without hesitation which put us at ease. We met together on a Saturday morning, went through a list of houses that he found for us, narrowed it down to about five we wanted to see and made our way to visit them. We fell in love with the second house we saw and Shawn went straight to work with getting an offer in immediately. We were extremely pleased with how EASY he made the whole home buying process. I could honestly write a novel (or at least a very long essay) singing the praises of Shawn and his team. They have been with us from the very outset of the home-buying process and remain a source of help and knowledge even as we approach our 1st anniversary of living in our home.My wife and I honestly feel we came to know Shawn by divine intervention. We had been in the process of trying to buy a home in Las Vegas; however, being first-time buyers coupled with the fact that we were residing in San Diego, CA we were experiencing a great deal of anxiety and frustration. Quite by chance and extremely out of the ordinary for our character, while looking at online listings, we filled out the Im interested portion of a listing we liked. Not long after that we were contacted by Shawn. His easy-going and straight forward demeanor instantly put us at ease as both my wife and I felt this was someone we could work with.We scheduled some time to come up to Vegas and see some houses over the weekend with Shawn. After seeing a few homes, and considering our situation and to be honest our selectiveness, Shawn suggested we look at purchasing a new build; something we had never considered. After a few months, more research and a couple more trips back and forth to Vegas, we finally found a builder, floor plan, and location we liked, at a price and interest rate that fit.Through it all, Shawn was there every step of the way. He filled several roles above and beyond his normal duties as realtor; from answering loan processing questions, to helping my wife decide on design center features; and always with his direct yet reassuring demeanor. Being as we were in another state, he also frequently made the trip from his office in Henderson up to North Las Vegas to personally check on the building progress of our home. All-in-all I dont think we could have asked for a more seamless 1st-time home buying experience.A final comment: Shawn stands by his claim that once youre his client, youre a client for life. Even after we signed the line and took the keys, Shawn has continued to be there for us. Being new to this area, he had advised us on everything from furnishing our home to sightseeing. I confess I am not a very handy person when it comes to home improvement, and Shawn has been kind enough to put us together with Ed; his go-to guy for any and all home needs. I could write a whole separate post on Ed; I can see why he and Shawn work together. He too is easygoing; willing to not only help me with the home projects beyond my grasp, but to also share his knowledge of how to do the job.If you are looking for a Realty Team you can trust to have your best interests at heart and to be in your corner for the long haul, I can think of no better place to turn than Shawn Cunningham & his team. My wife and I are already looking forward to the day we can tell Shawn were ready to expand our real estate portfolio and work with him again.

Frustrated doesn’t even cover it, when it comes to the amount of money they took out of my security deposit for “damage” on the walls. $750 dollars. They take complete advantage and I do not recommend them at all.

Kyle Cunningham is one of the brightest people I have ever met, not only in the real estate world but in the professional world in general. He is very good in what he does, ethical and conscientious in his dealings, quite knowledgeable of the real estate locale and has a very sensible way of thinking and decision-making. I’m extremely pleased with the services performed by the Cunningham Real Estate Group. During my May 2018 house-hunting visit from Maryland to Nevada, and subsequent cross country move four months later, they were very attentive and professional in assisting me in finding and closing on a home. Kyle and Shawn Cunningham made visits to the new home site and provided photos and videos during the construction phase while I was back in Maryland. They checked in with me on numerous occasions and answered all my questions. Even days after moving into my home, the group continued to touch base and offer their services. This is the management group for the property behind us. The water runs daily and our fence is white and ugly. I called and left messages. No one will return our calls and the water continues to run. I have written, no response. I cant even find out who is responsible. I would never choose them as a property manager.

Most landlords Ive dealt with in the past were so unprofessional or hard to reach, and after having two straight bad experiences in Reno, I was leery in moving back to Vegas on finding a solid management company.Great company to rent from. Relocated back from UNR to attend CSN for the year and needed a place to stay that fit into the budget. I found the unit online that was close to campus, and the place was ready to rent and had everything I needed in place. Clean, clean, clean is what I noticed unlike many places I visited. They also dont have all the extra utility fees that most of the apartments seem to have in the area.The move in inspection was a nice touch, and the few issues on move-in were dealt with fast. They really took the time to explain the process and the lease agreement, was impressed with how organized everything was.

They seem to be pretty honest, and take good care of their customers!

Horrible company with communication. Denial on house after met all requirements. Took app fee up front without telling us how many were ahead. Wouldnt have wasted the time or money. Took 5 days to get denied
