Henderson Hearing Center is a great place. The owner, Ryan is very professional and takes care to make sure that you know what you are getting and how to use and care for them. No question is too big or too small. Both my wife and I have and are enjoying working with Ryan in our quest to hear better.

This is my second set, the first one was some place else and I didnt think that I was properly taken care of. Ryan was very thoughtful about fitting me properly and adjusting it to what should be the right level. He spend a lot of time ensuring that I was satisfied. I felt that he cared about was he was selling me, I didnt feel like just another client but more like a patient needing help. If he continues with the same attitude, I think I am in good hands.

He has scheduled several appointments for me to take the time to tweak my hearing aids to give me top performance.As a new hearing aid user, I was not aware that HAs have become so sophisticated; but they have. There are literally hundreds of settings to make your hearing aids address the specific frequency of hearing loss you have. Ryan is the kind of dedicated caring professional that takes the time to make sure your hearing aids are giving you the optimal performance you should have.I actually felt like I was bullied into getting hearing aids by my wife. I thought, OK, Ill get them, but after a while I just wont wear them. At least that will make her quit nagging me. Well, boy was I wrong. Thanks to Ryans expertise, I came to realize just how bad my hearing loss was and how much more pleasant life can be when you have properly fitted hearing aids. I dont even know I am wearing them, they are so comfortable. The only time I notice them is when I take them out before I go to bed. That is when I realize my hearing loss is pretty significant. Removing my hearing aids I go from nice clear, crisp sounds, to feeling like someone just shoved a wad of cotton in my ears.I am convinced that getting proper fit and adjustment is 90% of the equation to actually enjoying the benefits of hearing aids. Ron is a pleasant person to do business with. He helped me when my hearing aids seemed to stop working. When I got them back from being fixed, I was having feedback problems with them and he showed me that I was not inserting them all the way and causing feedback. I was a little apprehensive about going to get my hearing checked for the 2nd time after about 9 years, knowing that I was pretty sure I knew I needed something done to hear out of my right ear. My little 5 year old niece is the key to driving me to do this, her voice is so soft, I sometimes cant hear her whisper to me, so I knew I had to do this. After my hearing test, Dr. Langson took the time to explain to me about my hearing loss. He was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the hearing loss but to exactly which type of hearing aid would work best and which one I would feel best with. When I went back to get the hearing aid, I was a little nervous and the sound from the hearing aid was a bit overwhelming, he was very comforting in the fact that he would be there every step of the way and that he prepared me as to what to expect. I felt like a deer in headlights until he started to explain the sounds and after I knew I was somewhat in control, I felt so much better. I knew then, that I did choose the right doctor. Dr Langson is the best. I would truly recommend him. His staff is also great, they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door.

I had heard about great deals on hearing aids at Costco. I looked on the internet to set up an appointment to be tested. When I called what I thought was the number, I reached the Hearing Center instead. Ryan Langson answered the phone and had an appointment for me right away. I decided I should look around since I didn’t know anything about hearing aids. I checked out both places and without hesitation I chose The Hearing Center because Ryan Langson is so knowledgeable and helpful. The Costco situation was a big box center ( very difficult for me to get around ) and was not as available when you need help. Ryan is so helpful. There was so much you must learn and things that happen that I was glad I chose the Hearing Center. It is local, close to home and I’ve truly enjoyed my relationship with Ryan’s knowledge of all the things that can and do come up that needs attention and he is very patient and knowledgeable. I purchased the Access Microphone, which is a Bluetooth attachment and you can set to your phone. I love it. Again, I emphasize there is much to learn and it is nice to have someone like Ryan to work you through it.
