Ive been a member of the Sincity family for almost a year now. After a recent move I started attending the South location. Ive had friends and family who have had unfortunate experiences at other Crossfit venues but at South they treat you like family and help you focus on your goals without pushing you to the point of injury (as my friends have experienced). They work with you; coaching, demonstrating and helping you scale (up or down) on an individual level. Their class flexibility to meet your schedule is phenomenal as well. I highly recommend you give them a try!
I love Sin City Crossfit South!!!! I came in for my free introductory workout about 7 months ago, and I have been a regular ever since. I was scared to try it at first, I had no Crossfit experience and honestly I hadnt even been inside a gym for about 10 years. But I was instantly put at ease by the awesome trainers and all of the great people that workout here. I have seen great results as far as weight loss but it is the tremendous improvement in how I feel that really keeps me motivated. It really is like a family at Sin City Crossfit South, and just like a family everyone is welcome, even me, the weird uncle with the homeless man beard who talks too much and nobody really quite knows what he does a living.
I started crossfit over 3 years ago and I have gotten into the best shape Ive been in. Ive found something I love doing that keeps me healthy and fit and in such a motivating and fun atmosphere. The coaches are there to make you a better athlete and reach goals you never thought possible. On top of being in great shape Ive met some amazing people that I call my family. Crossfit is not only about getting into shape its about building a community and SCCF South is amazing at accomplishing that.
Ive been going to Sincity Crossfit South for about 2 years now, and I cant imagine calling any other gym home! The trainers are amazing, and the members are friendly and encouraging. I travel quite a bit, and drop in to other boxes around the world, and Sincity Crossfit South is still my favorite place to be!
Ive been an active crossfitter for several years and been a member and dropped into many boxes around the country. I can attest that Sin City South is a great one. It has top notch coaching helping everyone from the inexperienced to the advanced and from young to old. Everyone has a place and can be a part of the crossfit experience that takes place there daily.
Top notch training. The owner is a super nice guy. Cannot give enough recommendations.
Dropped in and had a great experience. Awesome members and coaches.
The trainers and facilities at SinCity Crossfit South are fantastic. Ive trained with Max and TJ and they provide a great Crossfit experience for all levels of fitness. Their attention to detail on the technical aspect of the movements is amazing. They really are focused on bringing out the best performance from all members. The workout programs are well planned and effective. If you need so adjust/scale down a workout, TJ & Max are experts with doing this and ensuring you get the best workout possible. Most importantly, they make everyone feel welcome once you walk into the gym and you get a great workout experience. No matter how exhausting the the workout is, the hour goes by quickly, and this is because of a great mixture of focus and fun.The members give a great positive vibe and everyone pushes each other to do their best.Whether its your first time or a seasoned Crossfitter, I highly recommend checking out SinCity Crossfit South to get to the next level!
Ok, this is a gym for pansies, fat people and those that have trouble getting motivated. In other words, Me. For the last 15 years all ive done is gained about 5-10lbs a year the older Ive gotten and the worse I ate. Then I came here. This is kind of a cross between the tv show Cheers & Navy Seal training. Everyone here is so positive and encourages you while you put your body through things you didnt think were normal or possible at your age. Max, TJ, Bobby, Luke, Courtney, Billy and the other instructors walk a fine line of having you push yourself without injuring yourself. And theyre brilliant at it!It is expensive but you will never get these results going to LVAC, KokoFit, 24 hour fitness or any other place where you basically shuffle around look at machines or free weights and think, maybe Ill try that... They kill you with over instruction to make sure you do the movements correctly, with the right form and they WILL scale you in the beginning (lower weights, fewer reps, easier movements) to ease you into it. Im coming up on 40 years old & Its June, Im down 45lbs since January and yet stronger than I think Ive been my whole life.Everywhere I go, people who know me tell me how good Im looking and nothing makes me feel better! This is the only body Im going to have & now I feel like I can do anything.
Beautiful gym!!!
