This is one of the best athletic facilities I’ve ever visited. They have everything from on site Physical therapy, child care, personal training etc. The staff was exceptional and knowledgeable. We pleated to get one in the Los Angeles area.
This gym is $179 per month. You would think at that price they would enforce their alleged mask policy. Yet somehow you can walk around this entirely packed gym and half the people dont wear masks or use them as chin diapers. I have a daughter at home with an immune disorder; I am in the military. There are reasons I need to wear a mask and expect others to respect businesses polices and do the same. Very disappointed I can’t work out here and will be canceling my membership with Lifetime Fitness. Again, for the price they should be able to afford staff to enforce this during a pandemic.
The best lifetime nation wide, don’t believe me, check out the pool and you’ll agree. Staff is great, helpful, and trainers are the best they don’t waste a minute of your time or dollar from your pocket. There’s a reason this location is busy but never over crowded
Received a survey from membership. I mentioned a machine was out of order without a repair sign. I was told from membership and from the fitness desk earlier in the month that the club ran out of signs. So let me get this straight. Their least expensive adult membership is $179.00 a month and the club cant manage to have enough repair signs on the floor to make sure a member doesnt potentially him or herself. Three cheers to a healthy way of life at Lifetime.
NO REASON THAT BIG POOL OUTSIDE CANT BE OPEN. NOT A HOTTUB ITS A POOL THAT SURE FEELS BETTER! WATER COLD INSIDE otherwise.Comfortable place. Just very pricey. Hottub inside, cant use, no sauna or steam room. Pool outside ok & comfortable, but construction going on is loud. Couldnt relax at times from the construction. Nice inside tennis courts & workout area. Wish was saltwater pool for 179 a month. Chlorine dried me up bad, but they supply decent soup/conditioner/ body wash in showers that really helps put moisture back in the skin. Thanks. Open that big pool outside its not a hottub! Or Im cutting my membership to cold.
I love this gym. Clean and with great equipment. Everything a gym should be.
Morning workouts are great with friends! Just because youre on vacation doesnt mean your fitness routine has to stop. CLT-->>LAS
This place is nice. I used multiple features, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, cardio equipment & weights.I am lucky to have friends that can get me in as a guest.
The sauna here is a joke. It should be AT LEAST 180 degrees like any other standard sauna. All the members complain about how cold it is but lifetime refuses to turn it up. Ive been to other cheaper gyms that are 1/10th of the price and those cheaper gyms have a better sauna. So much for a luxury gym, they are obviously doing this to save money because they are cheap. It was previously 180 degrees before it was shut down but now we all have to sit in there like sardines in there for an hour just to get decent sweat on.
Nice and extensive equipment. Nice to have wet and dry sauna in locker area with wirlpool. Outside pool area top notch. Diamond club.
Brooke is awesome. She made us feel so comfortable starting our new health journey.
I actually got my hair cut inside of there spa called Life Spa located to the left hand side as you walk in. You have to check in at the front desk with you club badge and get your temperature checked. But you dont have to be part of the club to use the spa which is cool because Im not part of the club. Another cool thing is because I did use the spa they said I would have access to the club and everything in it for a few days if I wanted. The only problem I had was actually finding the front entrance on maps because it took me to the back of the location but I figured it out and fixed it on maps. So yeah if you want a really good hair cut go see Brittany at the Life Spa!!!
Its an extremely fancy gym. Its kind of pricey as I understand it, but if you have the money, go for it.
Great gym. Always clean and being cleaned. Sanitation stations every 20 feet.
Lifetime Athletic is great! its a nice place, and all the staff are nice!
Class selection is fluid. Too much focus on cycling classes. The instructor culture is odd. Does the cost match the benefits of the gym? Sometimes.
Lifetime is my Happy Place! I relax as soon as I enter the doors. I think they pump Endorphins into the air ...😃
The building is huge. But the actual gym area itself is way smaller then any 24hour fitness or normal gym. (Literally like half the size). The basketball courts and indoor tennis courts are the only nice thing about the place.Oh did I mention they have the basketball courts closed down ALL DAY because of some kids class. Again this is how small the building actually is. They have to take their only basketball court and use it as a kids camp. The tennis courts would be sweet except they have weird hours as well, and you have to pay extra to use them.Yes, extra. On top of the $200/month membership they want more to be able to use the facility.Long story short, don’t. Just don’t. Save your money.
Lifetime is the best place to workout.
Great place with super nice staff! Lucky my friend is a member and she invited me to play indoor tennis. It was awesome! What a great treat during our colder weather.
Pricey; very good workout spot; nice amenities
Probably the nicest gym in Henderson Great place and some really nice employees. Lots to offer inside. Highly recommend this gym. Take a tour and see for yourself. Dr. Renée inside LifeClinic is amazing at chiropractic and muscle work.
Lifetime Athletic Fitness in general is a Premium or as some might call it a Luxury gym. This particular location is my favorite as the staff when you enter the gym doors all the way to the bathroom cleaners are friendly. The cost per month to be a member is probably the highest in the valley but you get what you pay for. This gym has everything a person could want and it is extremely clean. The Personal Training department is where it is at as they have the best trainers from all over the country. They all have spent zillions of hours in training and taking tests. They are well connected and very personable. I had the opportunity to have ALEX B. as my personal trainer and group trainer. He is phenomenal and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking for him as he will whip you in shape.Sorry everyone for the long review as there is so much more I can write about with this gym but it’s worth checking out. If you want to be treated like you have a million bucks and you enjoy nice things or should I say luxury this is the place for you.
This is a five star athletic and spa experience when the facility is fully opened.
To call this place and it’s staff AMAZING would truly be an understatement!!! We had to put our membership on hold ONLY because our main reason for joining was for our son to use the children’s amenities. Our son is autistic and needs to let his energy out. During the Winter time it’s very difficult to be out in Vegas with a toddler. Unfortunately there are government mandates in place that are out of the club’s control to allow certain amenities to open at the moment. So once the guidelines loosen up, hopefully we can restart and start enjoying the club again. We were helped initially by Anthony Mosier who was incredibly kind, patient and helpful! The rest of the staff was also incredible and proved that Excellence was truly their minimum standard. If you’re thinking of joining, take it from someone whose life revolves around fitness / health: look no further! The cost is a bit up there but I can tell you for the value you get, it’s well worth it. Consider the things you buy and do in a year that can add up to the membership fees here and realize that you can change some habits, make adjustments in your budget and make the investment in yourself and your family. It’s an investment that in my honest opinion is well worth it!!!Don’t just focus on the cost - focus on the value that you’re getting for the cost. If you don’t see the value for the cost - then don’t do it. I’d find it very odd if you couldn’t see the value it adds in someone’s life. Thank you Lifetime Fitness and I hope we see you guys soon again! Hopefully before March!!!
Someone of my stature is NOT welcome at LifeTime and it only took me incident after incident to realize this, if you NOT uncle ruckus there by all means have fun, but there who see themselves as Huey or Riley even NOPE NOPE its not for you
My favorite placeses...
Nice facility nearby my place.
I played a USTA tennis match here recently. The facilities are great, but the netting between the outside courts is so frayed and flimsy that I found myself entangled in and tripped by them several times as I chased down balls during play. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise its a first-class place.
Great gym and culture.
Best Health Resort without question!
They do not enforce masks at this gym. They make you wear one when you check in but not afterwards. I’ve seen so many people working out without masks and interacting with workers, and the employees don’t say anything to them. I usually just avoid people who aren’t wearing a mask or those who are wearing one improperly, but this Wednesday at 4pm there were so many people not wearing a mask properly, and a lot not even wearing one at all, that no matter where I moved In the gym I was close to someone that wasn’t properly wearing a mask.Besides that the gym is good. Staff is friendly and the amenities are great. I do appreciate the amount of cleaning that goes on, and the availability of cleaning supplies for guests to use. I just wish the employees asked everyone to wear a mask, instead of the employees encouraging not wearing one by initiating convos with people who aren’t wearing masks. At EoSFitness, they had no problem asking people to raise there masks, or just remind them to keep it on.
If I could Give this club is zero I would rate it zero stars all they want is your money they are totally completely UN flexible during Covid when it comes to billing. They are solely focused on Getting your money with every disregard to safety. They are very sneaky in their billing department they do not ever call you back and they just charge on your credit card without authorization I would not recommend this club to my worst enemy
Expensive really nice gym, I recommend for sure. Try a free pass and see for yourself
Love this place. Clean, great selection of equipment and everyone is friendly. Hopefully these covid restrictions end soon so we can use all the facilities again.
Love this place!
Super Gym. Best facility in Las Vegas. Deep commitment to cleanliness. Incredible group fitness instructors, Dana M, Rollins, Pamela B and Dallas to name a few. This is a high end, You get what you pay for type of place.
The best place to workout, socialize, have fun, meet new friends. Awesome indoor and outdoor pools with bar during the summer. You will feel like being at the pool of a 5 star resort. The classes are the best! Cycling, yoga, barbell training. The people are like a second family. If I could give it more stars I would.
The facility is exceptionally clean, the hosts and staff were quite friendly. I was even waiting for someone in the lobby and multiple staff members of varying levels of seniority made certain that I was being taken care of.The facility feels cleaner and more put together than its Summerlin counterpart. The staff also gave off the impression that they were immensely satisfied with their jobs, and that they really enjoyed being there. Which makes a world of a difference as a guest.I will definitely be returning.
Clean. Spacious and motivates me to go!!It is a lifestyle!!
Terrible customer service! The billing service is a joke. I have a membership for my 80-year-old dad and they re-opened without informing us and they refused to refund us for the months that we were charged throughout Covid when my dad obviously did not want to go because he is heavily at risk. I have been on the phone with them all day and they are being very rude about it and refusing to refund me. I wouldn’t even mess with their company especially during this time they are not being very convenient!
Only place I feel safe as from cov19 & comfortably going to. 100000 stars on cleanliness & sanitation here.1000000 stars on not being packed! 1000000 stars not seeing nasty, ugh people here! Only complaint is pool inside water temperature is to cool! They need to have it 85! It sucks already no hottub, no sauna, no steam room like all thats closed. Turn up the temperature to inside pool & Ill pro-long my membership. Or open that I thought was a pool outside that says spa. Thats a pool not a spa lol. Huge! Ive been in that thinking it was pool swimming lol. Only difference its warmer. Not even hot tub jets its to big, I thought what water spouts was in that just delivered hotter water. Nothing is hottub about it but its warmer. Things a pool size of your backyard.... Lol. Limit 3 or 4 people in it because of social distance easy. Not many used it from past experience thou.
Beautiful facility but I was disappointed that they dont have diving boards or any gymnastics equipment. Both hard to find is Vegas or Henderson. Great staff and members too!
Ive always worked out on a pretty regular basis, but this team has really inspired me - much past the point of anything else Ive ever experienced.
I will give 5 star when they open Sauna .
Its okay. Ive seen better. A little over priced. Too much wasted space. A lot bikes, moderate free weights. The people are very professional and kind. Price went up to $180/mo. Should be around $100.
Love the courts that includes outside courts as well.
Staff is amazing and super friendly. People are always working, everything is always clean. Lost 75 lb there in one year thanks to them
Ive been a member for about 3 years now. I just go to use the pools but if your into machines & classes, etc. Its great. Outside feels & looks like a 4 star resort.
*This review is solely a reflection of the swim lesson program*The teachers are amazingly nice and I wish I could recommend this program but after issue after issue and empty promises from management I have to tell people to stay away if your serious about having your kid develop their skills. We have now had 5 different instructors over the past 3 months and no consistency. The first instructor wouldn’t get fully into the water because he just got a new tattoo. And the following week he had some other reason for not fully engaging the kids. From there they had 4 different fill-in instructors which led to no consistency in working with my daughter. I worked with my daughter to get her to the next level so that we could perhaps be in a class with a more stable teacher. Unfortunately 3 weeks into the new 401 class and the teacher didn’t know what level she was teaching then has been late getting class started each week. Which is very frustrating when they are only 25 minute lessons. I took my concerns to “management” and they promised to provide a couple of private lessons for the inconsistency yet never followed through and that manager apparently was just filling in from another location so any promises made are now not valid. Lifetime also has a ridiculous make up policy where you have to miss 4 classes before they’ll allow you a make-up lesson. But yet they have had no consistency with their instructors. If they held their staff to the same level as their members this could be a great program. But after months of trying to force this to work I am done... that is as soon as I fulfill my 30 days notice I have to provide to cancel.
Clean, larger ‘day club’ than Summerlin location. Both are great... any LT location actually lol awesome place. I go there sometimes on rest days to just chill and eat/drink. Not sure if it’s the same now; haven’t been back since the reopen. Work it!!!! Yaaassssss
Beautiful, clean gym with excellent facilities and amenities
Beautiful facility. I recently moved from Summerlin to Henderson and switched Lifetimes. The Henderson location is much nicer, cleaned and has a high caliber clientele. Highly recommended!
Besides the impeccable cleanliness of the gym and the great customer service their child care is beyond amazing, absolutely love the standards of care here and I trust them with my little one. For a lot of people the price is pretty hefty but considering all the amenities and what is included in the gym its absolutely worth it.I think the only downfall is its pretty crazy busy in the mornings not too crazy that I would avoid it though.
This gym is exceptionally clean. There is plenty of equipment; although it can be extremely busy during the afternoon until about 7 pm during the week. The locker rooms are very clean and they provide everything from towels, razors, body wash etc. The outdoor pool is amazing and has a place to eat and a bar. The gym offers plenty of classes and the staff here is very nice. They greet you by name and are very welcoming. Yes the gym can be pricey however it is well worth it.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Be very careful when signing up as they will tell you anything to get you to join whether it is true or not. My husband and I returned to Lifetime only because my husband wanted a gym membership that he could use any where in the country as he travels for work. We even had the lady who signed us up make sure there was a gym near the places he was traveling to prior to agreeing to signing up. Now my husband is in New York and guess what?!? The membership cannot be used there. And they told him he can only use the gym in Vegas. So basically they lied and said whatever they had to to get the money. When he complained they could care less. Even the Corporate office was like “Oh Well” the basically acted like too bad we don’t care. I do not like being lied. Lifetime only cares about the $$$ and not the clients. Don’t trust what they tell you as it’s just BS to get your money.

I love this place! The staff and most of the members are extremely nice and helpful. Being in a wheelchair I need some help and it is always very easy to find. I just signed up my daughter for tennis lessons and Im going to start once my sport wheelchair is ready. The whole place is always very clean! The bathrooms are amazing and there is always plenty of parking. They offer family dressing rooms with private showers! The pool outside is very nice with a few water slides for the kids. Highly recommend Lifetime Fitness! Its not cheap but if you love working out you definitely get what you pay for. I have a diamond membership with 2 family members and I couldnt be happier.
The Henderson location is a “construction zone” in the parking lot and inside the gym is a total mess and dirt. Now on the top of that the lockers are unsafe to use. We can not leave car keys or phones in there, because we might not be able to open it thanks for the newly updated locker system they just installed a few month ago.Not sure why are we paying the same amount for the membership during this time, but one thing they promise as a reward, when they finish this (5 month or a year from now) they will raise the membership prices.
I visited this location (Green Valley) while on vacation. When I was getting checked in, the guy at the front (who stated he was a manager) tried to upsell the higher membership which is $50 plus one time fee of $60 to upgrade my membership and then $10 to downgrade my membership even after I told him clearly that Id like to visit this gym ONLY for 1 day. Only later, he offered to sell a one day pass for $30. Completely dishonest manager. Be aware of their tactics!
Take your life into your own hands. Make sure you read the terms and conditions. Thank God, I didnt sign my wellbeing away here.
Clean, professional, and a premier quality.
The gym is nice some of the staff is polite and nice. Others including their Regional Manager ignore you when you have concerns with steam room not working or that you cant use pools during peak hours because of swim lessons as well as other things. When you complain about these and other issues they fabricate a reason to revoke your membership. I could continue on but it is not worth my time. I am going to find a gym where members are treated with respect instead of a person that should feel privileged to be there. A word of advice to Lifetime, remember your members are customers and should be treated much better than you treat them.
Omg
Very welcoming community oriented box. Cant wait to go back. Laid back and finally a box that didnt find it necessary to charge an arm and leg!
You can practically leave here... I have never seen a Gym like this in my life!!! You have to come and take a tour to really understand what I am talking about. It is more family oriented rather than trying to get a date like other places and I like that. So yes, go take a tour, what are you wanting for...
Been a first class facility since the doors first opened.
Very nice. super clean
Poor customer service. They never pick the phone up and if you leave a message 100 times they never call you back. Of course not recom this place.
This place is top notch, friendly staff, clean and tidy locker rooms, would definitely recommend giving it a try 👍
Amazing amazing amazing gym. Yes its expensive compared to other gyms in the valley, but its totally worth the price. Its SUPER clean, spacious, and filled with amenities. I love that they have a steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, and amazing group classes. Try out the yoga classes.
Its not a gym, its a country club for the less wealthy to stay healthy. So its pricier than some other gym options out there, but great when you have kids and still want to work out and do classes for kids and yourself. More offerings than I really need, but great choices for everyone.
Its a very nice facility but can get very crowded and parking can be difficult. It is also extremely expensive by comparison to other gyms at over $5.50 / day.
Fantastic environment. Great staff that goes out of their way to make the member feel special. Not a club to join if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere when it comes to rules and regulations. Lifetime Fitness adheres to their many rules and regulations there to provide the member and their family with a safe environment.
Clean, well maintained, top-notch facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sure, the monthly fees are pricey - but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend.
This place is so beautiful, but dont get caught up in the appearance of this club. Its so crowded both inside and outside. They charge you an arm and a leg...literally, a car payment for a family of 3. You can never find parking during peak hours and they dont believe parking is an issue. Most other gyms/social clubs will include basic services apart from group classes and the free weights. If you want to participate in any group tennis classes, thats extra. You have to pay to use the indoor courts as well. Pool is crowded with lessons. If you work, this is not the club for you as youll never get on equipment or participate in a lesson without some sort of wait, thats of course if you can find parking...Theyve said that they would offer a swim only membership, but again...a year later, no swim only membership. Not worth the money.
This is one of the nicer LTF clubs I’ve been to, I had a good workout and enjoyed the basketball courts and pool
Great tennis classes.
Summerlin location is way better if you have to pick which one to go to. The computer systems are always down at the henderson location, if I have to pay $300 a month for the couples package can you at least have a working computer system It never logs my check-ins. I dont use the locker room at this location because its somewhat gross compared to the summerlin location. It has less space, less equipment and some of the equipment doesnt even work yet its not label for repairs. The staff here arent helpful when you bring issues up to them.
I absolutely love coming here. My husband and I joined the summer of 2016. The front desk workers are so pleasant and make me feel very welcome. I have two favorite people there who have become friends....Sales Manager Kathy Klien and Personal Trainer Steven Kendrick. I love seeing them as much as I can. Theres also a very nice Asian young lady who works in the locker room. The only draw back is that there are so many kids running around especially in the pool area, but I now go at times when the least amount or none at all are there. Im there 3-4 days a week and getting my monies worth.
I decided to cancel my membership as I was finishing up my MBA and found it necessary to focus on that and set aside my fitness goals until completion. I called on the 4th of the month to advise I wanted to cancel and asked for direction to do so Bc that evening, I wanted to go complete. Unfortunately, I was miss informed that they could not help me. As a full time worker, student, and mom I have very limited time so this needed to be done that evening. I called again and then was informed that the paperwork would be left at the front desk and I could just sign and they had new people working that did not know that was possible. Unfortunately my schedule did not permit for me to get down there for a week later. Lifetime would not adjust the cancellation date when indeed it was originally their error with their employee providing false information over the phone. And this WAS a customer who took on training services at $117 rate, 2x a week for months. It is not about the money, it’s principal and I will NEVER sign up again and/ or recommend.
Good service, until the time they tripled the price of our frozen account after sending an email to the clients without awaiting any confirmation or approval by those clients. No refunds possible because all clients must be treated fairly and minimum 30 days for cancelling an account, thus happily charging another month of the increased price without our consent. Disgraceful for such a company.
A little pricey but if you commit yourself to go 3/4 times a week, that’s well worth it
My kids loved the camp here with one exception. On the first day of their camp they took a shower after their swimming and the guy who was waiting on them frightened them with rough words and attitude because they were late. The kids dont know how to estimate time and we always take showers at home after swimming in our pool. I left a message with the concierge girl that the guy should apologize to the children but it never happened.
Absolutely amazing - It is more of a resort than a gym. It is a place where I can go and workout or relax. I can go there and be social or I can go there to read a book and have breakfast. Essentially it is a place where I can simply go and be me. Forgoing the details, I have an occupation that is taxing mentally and I needed a place to go and unwind. I also needed a place where I could go and get healthy physically. It had been years since I had last swam but today it was like coming home when I started my laps in the indoor pool.I cant say enough great things about this place. It is classy, and the perfect place for me.
This is owned by a group of lawyers if you ask me I signed up and then when I canceled it took me six months to cancel I had to cancel multiple times and they do nothing to send Vinh emails and threatening comments to people in the corporate very rude and they don’t care that I’ve canceled all they care about is getting another months membership dues I canceled twice and yet I’m still getting charged. Their real quick to sign you up and promised easy to cancel 30 day notice but in reality that’s not true
The gym is okay at best, thanks to trainers and staff who muscle their way through you instead of around you. The heavy freeweights are directly above the childrens academy, so if your baby is napping, you can expect that to be interrupted by a sack of meat dropping their weights from as high as possible. It really does sound like explosions in the kids academy some days, and the staff dont even wipe up their sweat after themselves, let alone consider other patrons comfort or well-being.Theres also a rule banning cellular phones from the locker rooms, which I would appreciate, or I would if any of the employees cared enough to stop the idiots that cant read the signs.
Great place to play tennis indoors. Lots of courts.
Update: over the past 2 years, Corporate continues to raise pricing and reduce services. A new charge to access the pool is being implemented as well as reducing Kids Academy hours.Staff is super friendly and facilities are the BEST in town.
I mean.... Absolutely nothing is missing. The most complete, customer friendly, all the amenities for the suburban Spartan. Its an awesome place with cool perks.
Worth it. PeriodI moved out of state to a place without a lifetime. It was hard. And now whenever I’m back I wish I could go. I loved this place. The best gym out there!
This place is amazing. I love the classes, particularly TCX, and my son has a blast at the Kids Academy. It is so great to know he is in a positive environment where he is safe and happy while I work out. I cant wait to take tennis classes.
I belong to a club in New Jersey and visited this facility for one day as a guest. It was fantastic and Jorge was very accommodating of my visit! Would definitely love to be a member if I lived in the Henderson area.
Not an in and out gym unless thats what you want. Has community features for families. Spas, cafe, and pool bar for adults. Trainers do their best to get you healthy or hit your fitness goals.
My experience with Life Time was disappointing. While the gym is clean, has a lovely outdoor pool, and has a useful app it just isn’t worth it.The staff, outside of a few nice people at the front desk and some friendly instructors, just don’t care about you unless you’re attractive or willing to buy something. When I joined I was set up with a fitness “consultation”. The guy took a few fitness measurements and then launched into a hard sell for a class that cost $150/month on top of the regular membership dues. When I stated I wasn’t interested in the class’s content and mentioned it was more than I was willing to pay anyway, I was rudely put down as not being serious about my workout. The guy eventually gave up and walked off—never giving me the measurements they had taken. Just rude staffing all around. The gym is crowded. The ground floor is swarming with kids and the second with your usual gym meatheads. I tried to grit my teeth and get into the group fitness classes, but they were packed as well--even at off-times--with people walking in after classes start and standing within inches of you expecting you to move. It’s just uncomfortable, noisy, and is not an inducement to come in and work out. Your stress levels should go down at a gym, not up.And, finally, it is very expensive. Beyond the high monthly rate, most classes and facilities require extra fees. The Life Time “bucks” (coupons that are supposed to act like cash) I was given upon joining were only good for more fitness consultations (really, sales pitches) and not something I could use like fitness instruction. They just have a system built on selling, selling, selling. I could stomach that if you got value for your money, but with the points I made above it doesn’t come close to being worth it.
