Replaced/repair Fire Sprinkler pump system. Asked for a bid to repair my fire suppression system. Received a bid of about $1700. They brought a new motor and noted the bump was bad. I paid them $880 for the work they did then they came back and told me it would be another $2000. $800 for the pump and 12 hours labor. When they got the pump a team of two people spent about 4 hours working. My $1700 job went to about $3000. Not happy about the service nor the increase on the original bid. Wont use them again

I would DEFINITELY recommend FASTEC for your home fire extinguisher needs. We are a foster family who needs to stay on top of our equipment safety and we were very happy with FASTEC! I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to come to our house the next morning. Oliver was very kind and honest. He helped us pick the extinguishers we needed as a home that needs rechargeable extinguishers as a best financial decision. Oliver got our new equipment tagged and up-to-date quickly and was on his way without being pushy. Everyone I spoke with from this company was very helpful and nice to do business with!

As a mobile welder, I have several fire extinguishers that require servicing. I took them to FASTEC, and those guys took great care of me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did they take care of my extinguishers, they offered helpful advice about maintenence and storage. They made a future customer out of me.

Horrible! I wish there was a ZERO star option. After staying calm and collected for over a month and half and 5 attempts, not one issue got fixed yet alone did I ever get a call back regarding service from the technician or business itself. I kept getting told, the technician this, the technician that. Who runs the business huh?!? Don’t waste your time!

Great service, I would recommend them to all my business colleagues. I called and they responded right onsite to meet with me to go over the issues I was having with my system. They are very knowledgeable. I ended up having them take care of my properties fire protection needs and I couldnt be happier. The level of communication and knowledge is hands down better than anyone else we have used in the past. Use them you wont be disappointed.RESPONSE TO LOUIS. I recall your phone call as I happen to be in their office this day. You called yelling at the sweet old office lady who happened to answer the phone, telling her they needed to get out to fix an issue with a toilet (Ummm 1st of all they are not plumbers). Anyway, She very politely told you on the phone that they couldn’t do the work but would be more than happy to give you the number of someone else who could get right out there to fix your issues. You hung up on her….who does that?! Now for whatever reason, you wrote this negative review trying to damage their name. They do fire protection for businesses they don’t’ do work in homes buddy especially not on toilets. I am sure they do not appreciate your lame review nor the way you spoke to the sweet office lady…..you should be ashamed.

They are prompt and courteous. I wouldnt call anyone else. We have a huge 92 office building, and we could not have passed city inspection without them.

I attempted to schedule an appointment with FASTEC to have them inspect my fire system at my home. After making the appointment I attempted to see how much it was going to cost. After making several phone calls in attempts to get a price, and being told I would receive a call back several times, I finally gave up and went with somebody else.
