The place it self was nice. I went at 1140 and was done by 12:05. There was 4.5 people ahead of me. I say half because one guy waited there but didnt have his paperwork printed out so he had to go get it. I guess they are not allowed to print it out for you there. So, make sure you bring your paperwork ( should be common sense).It was not easy to find. It was just the signage on the door.The guy working there was super nice, and fast at getting people in and out. The finger printing itself took 5 minutes.

The get 5 stars for speed and simplicity. They could improve on friendliness and ease to find a bit, but we will go back. Much better experience than other places I have used.

When I arrived to get my fingerprints, there were about 7 people ahead of me. Only one person was working but this gentleman was extremely patient, he took his time with each customer; all while still moving along quickly through the people. He had great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent service from the staff here to say the least. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I forgot my paperwork at home and they had the forms I needed at the desk, which saved me a trip back home. The process was simple: show your ID, scan your fingerprints and go.I did my gaming prints for my job at GVR. The fingerprinting is now electronic they do not use ink.Joseph was working and he was the nicest guy. I really appreciate his help.

Nice clean place. That being said ; guys... put your name on the door or put a sigh out at door or suite number would help . That was the most frustrating part. After walking around in circles . The sign I eventually saw was at the southwest corner of the building again not indicating where to go just the words... fingerprints/ test.

I wanted to thank David at the staff here in Henderson. This was my last day to do prints for my gaming card and I forgot my wallet at home. They did my prints and told me just come back when I had the cash on me and they fronted the $20 gaming fee for me. Man I appreciate it these guys are the best!!!

So hard to find! Put your name on the door or at least include the suite number on your address. When you call you hear a message that says your cars GPS will take you to the wrong location so you doubt yourself and drive around the business center, but it turns out my GPS took me to the right location the first time! Also when I called the operator David totally failed to tell me the office wasnt even open. He just said go to the front desk. It turns out the front desk itself is hard to find. Really poor service. The owners reply to my review says it reads fingerprinting in red on the front door THAT IS A LIE! There is nothing NOTHING that says fingerprinting on the outside of the building. I walked around the entire thing 3 times, I think I would have noticed.

Pretty good and fast service in late March20. Im deducting one star because the guy wasnt wearing a mask, nor wiped down the scanner before taking my prints.

Very long wait, one person seems to be working. Called ahead, was unable to make an appointment. There was no official line upon arrival. People were arguing about who was next ahead of me, with no intervention by the staff member. Cut 2 hours out of your day if its anything like my visit.
