Walked in .and talked to Jose at the counter ... I told him what I needed to rent and he gave me a book to show me what was available... Then the phone rang and he talked to a phone customer for 6-10 minutes while ingnoring me!!! THEN he took the book I had opened to the page for the equipment I needed to rent..and started to look up something for the phone customer.....What a prick!!!!!.... they will never get my business again and hopefully not yours either!!!!!!!!I then drove to AHERN rental and they took care of my business.. AVOID!!!!!!!! 6/23/17

Front desk is rude, disorganized, and unreliable. Equipment is given to customers broken and or dead and they know before sending it out to the customers that theyre sending defective equipment. So far, the drivers have been great, but the main office guys are incompetent.

Great staff highly knowledgeable and friendly. Only place I go now.
