I called first to make sure my problem was something they could fix and he told me to bring it end so he can check it out and fix it, and told me an estimate of how long it would take and the price. Turns out my phone fixed itself and there was nothing for him to do, he didn’t charge me anything and was very honest. I am extremely happy with my experience there and will recommend to others. The owner/operator is VERY professional and unlike most places these days he honors his warranty on his exceptional work. When he fixes something, it stays fixed...until you break it again. I talked with him as he fixed my A50 and he is every bit of knowledgeable as the persons who designed the phones. Well worth the money and I will only use his service from now on. WAY better than Smartphone ER

1 hour or so and fixed my iphone 11, the charger piece wasn’t working properly.. he sounded knowledgeable and good customer service

Saw the “Under New Management” at the cell phone repair place in Henderson and thought I would give them a chance. The guy was so awesome! Pleasant personality, welcoming and knowledgeable. The price to replace a screen was the best I have gotten so far and I’ve replaced a lot lol so that was a bonus.. give them a second chance, it was a great experience!

Got my screen repaired. Stopped working on vacation. ended up cracking it when it wasn’t working. Came back up here and he still looked at it and fixed it with it cracked. No fee. Excellent work and customer service.

I went in with a cracked screen for an iPhone 8+. The gentleman there said no problem. 30 minutes later I had a new screen AND a screen protector. (Thank you again!) I will always come to this business for service! Very nice and awesome guy.

Went out of his way to help me

The girl that works there is a lot nicer and helpful than the young boy. He seems timid and not sure about anything. He replaced my screen but it went out within a few hours and the vibration alert did not work at all. Took it back the next day replaced the screen at no charge. Asked about the vibration setting. After he looked into it he had accidentally droppable screw under it and it was causing it to bend and not work. After dealing with him for two days I just went to Verizon and got a new phone.

One of the best Cellphone Repair stores in East Texas. The young guy there is always nice.I Was waiting for my phone to be repaired and another customer walked in mad and shouting offensive words to the young man about a phone not working right....Surprised the employee didn’t say something back all he said “was let me help you out, if we fixed something on it and it’s still under warranty I won’t let you leave with a bad phone ok and to calm down I’m here to help please have a seatI wish every employee will have that composure to not just start fighting back. Definitely will go back

My 16 year old son got locked out of his phone. Disabled it and needed to be connected to ITUNES. iTunes was not recognizing his phone. I brought his phone to the shop and come to find out my son had set up new iCloud acct. He did not remember his birthday or the passcode. Jondy went above and beyond and in the end figured out what happened and helped my get his phone back working with the correct accounts. His professionalism and patience was top notch. I will be bringing my future accidents here, and its so nice to have a local business able to provide great customer service and actually fo a good job.

Cant even give them a star but, had to so that this review would post. Now, I am going to post this all over Facebook, Twitter, and may take out an ad in the newspaper. I am tired of people not having enough pride in their work to put their customers first. This is the second time they have messed up one of our phones/iPads and then, want to charge us to fix it again. Rude, rude, rude. The owner/manager doesnt stand behind his service and refused to help make the situation right. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If you have a cracked screen, they will fix it and then, when your screen goes completely black, they claim there is another problem. Seems like if they are the experts that they shouldve caught that and let us know before they initially fixed the screen. Nope! They charge over $100 to fix the screen then, when we went back, within four days, they said that it was something else and it would be an additional $100. Pitiful!

THESE PEOPLE BUY BROKEN AND STOLEN PHONES AND TAKE 10 PHONES TO MAKE ONE AND WHEN IT BRAEKS THEY SAY ITS AS IS AND YOUR OUT ALL THAT MONEY and they will try to get you to sell them your good phone for nothing then sell it for 7 times what they gave you for it and sell you a cheap $60 dollar phone that stops working BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TRY EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO GET WHAT THEY CAN FROM YOU I TOOK MY PHONE UP THEIR AND THEY TRYED THEIR SCAMMING TACTICS AND AND TOLD ME A PAGE OF THINGS THAT ARE NOT TURE I GOT VERIZON ON THE PHONE AND THE YOUNG KID THAT WORKS THEIR LOOKS LIKE HE 10 YEARS OLD AND HIS DAD TURNED WHITE AS GHOST 👻👻👻 and when I turned down the offer to buy another phone that was used for $417 with service that you can buy from wal Mart for $59.99 he said he did not like to do business with WHITE people or black trash please be careful of this place its people and places like this that make honest people look bad I HOPE THIS HELPS KEEP PEOPLE FROM MAKEING A BIG MISTAKE THANKS FOR READING THIS IS HOURS LATER THE OWNER OF CELL PHONE REPAIR IN HENDERSON TX AT 208 HWY 79N JUST OFFERD ME MONEY TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW FOR THEM THAT TELLS YOU THE PEOPLE THEY ARE

I bought an iPhone 6 for $375 from the man that works there. Its always the same guy there or a lady. Well I only had that phone for 3 weeks & it started having problems. I went up there to get help from that man & he said It was the battery. So he did put a new battery at no charge to try to fix it. He wasnt able to find the problem tho it took him 3 hours, so then he told me to go to Tyler.. I was upset enough but I went bc I had no other option. I went to Simply Mac that same day. Then In less than 15 minutes the service associate told me that the person that sold me the phone knew exactly what he was doing when he sold the phone. The phone had no solution bc the software had been hacked as if it was a broken phone before it was sold to me. I went back to Henderson & the man said he wasnt going to give me a refund, mot one penny. So I demanded that he get his manager on the phone, he did & spoke to him in his language at first. Then after I told the manager what all I had gone thru recently including the trip I took to Tyler that day & what the Simply Mac associate told me, he still didnt try to help me. Rudest & worst customer service Ive ever had. & this is literally the FIRST review I feel the need to leave a company. I highly advise everyone to NOT go here, but if you need to then understand that theyre only there to get your money. & im only giving them 1 star to be fair because he did ACT like he was going to help me.
