I was in the high 400s/low 500s when I started the program in January. It is now August and I am at middle to high 600s across all bureaus. I worked with a wonderful Advisor named Stephanie. This company is HORRIBLE! I was referred to them by a mortgage company in Delaware. She pulled my credit and said I needed to get up some points, so about 4 days later I was in contact with Justin Goodman, who sold me a dream! Told me, they have lawyers that work for them, they will negotiate my debt down. He said that he would be able to get almost EVERYTHING off my credit report. I advised him i couldnt start until I believe it was the 28th of November (which was a week away from this conversation) He said it was no problem, we got the automatic payments set up for each month. I was doing the 5 month cycle (250 per month until it equaled $1,000) Well let me tell you what I got for $1,000 dollars... LIED TO, and told to get credit cards and keep them under $30 a month and pay them down to $5. This was after he set me up with Ana. I kept an eye on my credit and saw it was barely budging in fact a couple scores went DOWN! By the end of April, I was fed up because 1 it was to be over in a month and NOTHING was removed, NOTHING was negotiated. In fact, for my mid review I got a letter saying I NEEDED TO negotiate and pay down some items. I was told the negotiating would be done for me by all these lawyers! Anyways with my Mid-evaluation, I forgot i had my Experian locked, so it couldnt be pulled. So Ana, sends me an email stating they REMOVED everything from my Experian, and Im now a 300. Which i knew was incorrect. I then told her I was not happy and I wanted a refund. She forwarded the email to Justin, who was extremely rude. He at first told me he was looking at $15,000 in deleted debt, because I guess thats what Ana, typed into the website for him to see, upon further investigation he saw that NOTHING was removed. And was still being EXTREMELY rude. He wanted a phone conversation, but I wanted proof in writing of the lies and deceit! He was very arrogant, and rude. And tried to tell me that I had a new credit hit my report after I started the program, so my contract was void. which was a lie. Comcast sold my one account to another creditor, and in the process, it was off when the realtor ran it, but went on before i signed a contract with him. He is refusing to give me a refund, and they REMOVED nothing from my credit. They didnt do anything but lie and tell me to get credit cards! DO NOT RECOMMEND!To go back in your reply, I was asked once to unlock it because I notified them it was locked. I don’t have to call to unlock it, I do it from the site because I pay monthly to experian to monitor my scores. After being lied to, why would I unlock it for you to pull it again when I can just send my actual report. I did my part of what I was told to do besides unlocking it after I was lied to multiple times. I don’t trust you to unlock it

I would not waste your money with this company. Nor would I sign up. This is all a hoax to fix things that are fixable on your own for FREe. I should have used the money i wasted with Ecredit advisors to help pay my collections. They lied and stated that after 6 months i could get approved for a home. Once they did not do that they said I could get a refund, which they failed to do. If you are new to this process do not trust these companies. Invest in saving the money to fix your own credit. These people shouted at me when I asked to get my refund. Very unprofessional.

I was 79 years old and finally had a chance to buy a home with my VA Benefits. One Problem, my credit scores had never recovered from a financial debacle and all three scores were very poor. Within three months Stephanie had managed to raise my score above 660 which was sufficient to buy a home. Here I am 18 months later, and with the continued guidance of Stephanie, my three scores are now above 700.

We were told by Sales if we weren’t happy in 90 days could get full refund and now the Sales Rep Brock said no and hung up. Not one thing has been removed in the 2 cycles I’ve been with them it’s a huge waste of money!!! Was told prior to sign up 100 point increase in 90 days and we are at a 0 point increase. Denice the advisor didn’t return my calls half the time and would lie in the portal saying she called and never did. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE ITS A HUGE UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE

Although somewhat helpful, my advisor was not as available for communicating as I had hoped. I ended my agreement with the program early because of this. Would recommend the program, but not my assigned advisor.
