All you could ask for in a business like this. Notarized our docs and got off to FedEx for next day delivery. Very friendly and professional . Will use Postal Plus again anytime we need this type of service!

Never giving this place my business again with how rude the owner was tonight. Saw on their website they had a notary available “every day.” Attempted to call to verify but the phone number was disconnected or incorrect. Loaded up both my small children and met my husband there to get one document notarized, only to be told “my equipment is locked up.” I don’t know. If it were me, and I saw a family walk in at 5:30pm in the freezing cold right before Christmas, I might take out my keys to unlock my stamp and notebook to help them out. Merry Christmas.

I would not recommend because charge to much, too quick to place blame customer for tracking problems.

Reporting them to the BBB. Make sure to read all the reviews saying they lie about shipping prices. Cost me $95 to ship something. They don’t care about their customers and steal from you. Please make sure if you care about shipping from honest people, you go somewhere else. Especially during time like this, you would hope that the places of business you go to are considerate of their customers and not adding to the stress and financial burden of the times. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not enough staff for inside people trying to get food

Returned 12 boxes. Lost my paper tracking number, postal plus has no history of my tracking number. Now I’ve lost $1600 + $517 for shipping return fee. Do not use their services!!!! The worst. The lady in there is rude as hell!!!!!

They were nice and i was in and out no problem!

Avoid. Deceptive business practices. These people gave me incorrect shipping information, shipped my package UPS ground when I specified Fedex, and charged me $37 for a package that should have cost $10. And they didnt ship my package until the day after I gave it to them. They will dishonestly refuse to give you a tracking number until you are out of the store, only sending it later. Beware - if you hand these people your package and they print the label, they will more than double the true shipping cost and then lie about it, even if you use your own box. Check the web for real cost, print your own label and tape it to the box yourself - youll save big.

Don’t even bother to stop here can by today 9/4 to ship off some Packages had me and a line of people waiting to get help the sign said they were open no one inside with the door lock. Such a huge inconvenience to the people of Henderson. This place needs to be shut down or new management this is just ridiculous to have to drive all the way to Durham or Raleigh to have a package delivered. I plan to file a corporate complaint as well. This needs to be fixed ASAP

The folks who are working everytime I come in are always nice and pleasant. I drop off packages here often because its closer than the post office. You can drop off fedex, ups, and u.s. postal packages here and purchase packing materials or boxes too. They are nice enough to pack your item in a box and tape it up. I understand that they know when they will be picked up so if they push my package to the side until a later time I have never had a problem with it not being shipped out the same day I dropped it off. Keep up the great work you guys!

The man that work there is rude.He didnt want to come to the desk and talk.He just sat over at the computer .When he finally decided to get up, it was to tell me that something was wrong with my phone. And he know this how???

Everything was easy and the staff was awesome but the shipping prices are kind of high. But Id MUCH rather deal with them than the garbage post office in Henderson.Edit: Im changing my review there have been too many mistakes over the past year for me to keep this at a 4. I understand this has been a hard year but some of these mistakes are just carelessness.

First experience shipping there. Wasn’t happy with the customer service. Got excuses when all i needed was accountability. Had to contact them more than once for the tracking information. It’s a small town, I get that. But once you’ve paid your money and the least you can expect is them to give u the info u need right? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I use this as my UPS drop off site. The person that I always see working there. IS NOT the friendliest. He always act like he to busy to be bothered. But as long as my package gets delivered I wont complain MUCH.

The old guy that works here (owner?) is a rude idiot. There is absolutely no reason to ever use this business. If you need to ship something go to the post office - they give you FREE boxes and reasonable rates. Do not buy packing materials from this place. If you must buy packing materials go to Walmart, it will cost 75% less. Do not pay to ship UPS packages here, they will charge you DOUBLE the normal rate, which is already higher than USPS and Fedex. There is no reason you need them to pack something for you, how hard is it to put an item in a box and tape it closed? Is that worth $30 or more to you?! I wouldnt trust the packing job this guy does even if it was free!But most of all, stay away from the old man inside. What an ignorant jerk. I have dealt with him on numerous occasions and every time the same bad attitude and total ignorance. Obviously Im not the only person who thinks this. Typical Henderson style service...In summary, there is absolutely no reason for this store to exist. Walmart sells shipping supplies, cheaper and better. The post office has their own building. They charge less for shipping and give you free supplies. You can print Fedex, UPS, and USPS labels from your house and have them picked up at your door. Why would you ever go here? Few people need copies and prints in 2019...UPDATE: Saw this loser at the post office, funny he has to shop there too. He was parked in the fire lane directly in front of the sign that clearly says NO PARKING. Im sure his excuse is that he would only be a minute. (As if anybody spends longer than that at the post office) As a disabled person, I would love to park directly in front of the door too, but I dont, because it clearly says no parking. I park in the designated area, even if Im only going to be a minute.This guy is an incompetent sleaze bag!

The man is rude and seems to have an attitude problem. Thought I was just imaging this but after seeing some of the reviews Im no longer in doubt.

I drop off the return package from Amazon to this Henderson location. The man who is suppose to be the owner was very rude to the extent of him slime a pair of scissors on the return package box in front of me!!!!!. I called Amazon and make a complaint about the issue, so from now on my returns will be a pick up because, I really dont want to go to that location ANYMORE!!!He is not worth people spending their hard end money to do business with him.

We use this location for our work copies. Cheaper than Staples and theyre friendly and fast.

Lots of people have posted that the owner is rude. I have never found this to be the case. I sell on eBay for a living and I go there quite a lot.
