The worst location in vegas. They wont do what theyre supposed to and theyre unprofessional and insulting. Three times Ive been insulted at this location. Today I tried to cash two $40 checks and they told me no. I have had an opt plus card from 4 years and never have i been told no.

The only reason why I rate this location 5 stars is all due to Omar. Hes the best person to deal with in there when going in. I never have any issues and always feel welcomed by him. I feel like they screw you on purpose. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to pay late fees for incorrect information they have given me. I call to ask when my next schedule payment is due, I pay the day before and they tell me itll be an extra 50 dollars and it makes me so angry. Even though I tell them they gave me a completely different date, they do not do anything about it. Ive even go to the locations to wrote down my payments and have them sign it and they still get the dates wrong and they still wont let me slide with the fees. I have to call several different stores just to verify the dates. Which can be confusing because how do I know which date is the right one? They also have an phone app that is also inaccurate. I hate this place with a passion. Thank god Im almost paid off. I recommend money tree or dollar loan center
