They are super quick to follow up with anything the board or the community needs. Lisa and her staff Have been the best HOA company I have ever worked with. They treat all the board, and community members with respect and kindness, and are quick to respond to any of our needs!!!Ps. I have tried not to call at night, or on a the weekends when they are not working, but even when I have, Lisa the owner of the company, has answered my call, and been concerned about my needs! (I am a board member of our community)

This is a quality company I highly recommend. I have known the owner, Lisa for many years and she is an asset to our community. She is a leader and a consummate professional in all her dealings.

This is the worst hoa I’ve ever dealt with, no one should do business with them. They never want to handle issues. I live in a community with this hoa, I can’t even get a visitor parking pass for my 60 year old father who is a retired vet due to them not wanting to talk to anyone about anything and try to resolve issues. There’s 15+ plus parking spots that sit empty every single day, they say nope can’t get one sorry and hang up. What are the parking spots for if there not for visitor parking? My father got a note saying his car will be towed the first night unless you get a visitor parking pass. But can’t due to this company being lazy and not wanting to resolve issues. It’s harsh but the truth. This company would literally prevent me from ever buying another townhouse if they were the ones running it.That’s how bad it is.
