Outstanding Salon Experience!!! My Stylist, Sarah is incredibly talented, and her command of the tools is excellent! As a 1st Time, walk-in client with super long, naturally curly, somewhat tangled tendrils to start with, I was warmly greeted, seated immediately and made to feel immediately comfortable as it became clear to me that I was in extremely capable hands and would leave with beautifully smoothed out, “movie-star rounded waves” in my hair—NOT a simple process! Sugar Skulls Salon ROCKED my Long-layered, biker, rocker hair!!! Thank You Sarah! It’s awesome when Salon Owners surround themselves with talent equal to their own! I highly recommend This Salon!!!

I had a cut, color, blow dry at Sugar Skulls today. Olga put on my hair color then we sat on the air conditioned patio ( even have their own trees for privacy). Was offered food, beverages and had the option to smoke.I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and care. The price was very reasonable and the quality was superb. I did not ask for a senior discount since I look younger than I am and I may have been carded LOL I was treated like a human ( and I’m a closet vampire) (seriously ) they were not concerned in the least about my body parts or sexual orientation. ( yep, I have a few artificial parts ) and yep I’m a sexual creature however, my agenda was to get my hair done. Accomplished . I’ll be back and I’ll send my creatures (friends) Thanks Olga my beautiful birthday hair.

Sugar Skulls Salon is the culmination of Lesli Gillettes dream of putting her talents as a renowned stylist, colorist and many more attributes, in this competitive field to open her own business. Lesli is a master in the salon for men and women clients. We all know that.But she is also a genuine and honest person. I lost a plain white envelope with ten one hundred bills in it in the large parking lot of the spa she formerly worked out. I had just got my 3 week haircut and was dropping my money off for my cruise after my haircut. An hour later I realized it was gone and I was 20 miles away on a busy Friday night. I called four businesses I had been at earlier that day. Lesli was the first one I called. Within 5 minutes, Lesli returned my call and said she found the envelope on the ground under a car. I drove Sat. am to see Lesli. She handed me the envelope. It was unopened and had $1000.00 in it. ( in Las Vegas ) that is the kind of person Lesli is !!

Fun and friendly staff! The owner is chill and they really take the time to make sure their customers are happy with their hair. Hana is such a sweetheart and really took the time to make sure my hair was perfect. Go and give them a try, you will feel welcomed. I believe it is appointment only though so give them a call :)

Quality is what you get from these stylists at reasonable prices. They also sell genuine hair products. I recommend them unreservedly!

I am writing this review as a warning to all LGBTQ+ and gender queer folks out there. This place is not queer friendly. I have been getting mens cuts for years now, and I needed a quick buzz and to clean up my neck line. I made an appointment for a mens haircut and received a mens haircut. I had a coupon for a mens cut that I presented to my stylist at checkout. My stylist then consulted the manager (owner maybe?) and there was an awkward back and forth, of which I could hear every word. The phrase It really should be charged as a womens cut was repeated several times by the manager. I could tell my stylist looked a bit uncomfortable coming back to me and said under their breath okay so..this is actually a womens cut.... To which I had to state Why? My hair is so short, and I made the appointment for a Mens cut. You gave me a mens cut. At this point my stylist then went back to the manager and some silent communication happened. In the end, I paid for the mens cut I received. But not without feeling completely disrespected and uncomfortable as all the patrons in the salon gawked on.Why would you make me pay for a womens cut when you gave me a mens cut? Just because...what? You think I am a woman? Its not like my hair was long when I went in and you cut it short. It was already a mens cut.Why should I pay extra for a haircut I didnt receive?I will say this, MY STYLIST WAS AMAZING. I believe her name was Sarah. She was very kind and did a wonderful job. Which is kind of bummer because there is no way I am ever going back there. Sarah, if you are reading this, you get 5 stars. Thanks for a great haircut!
