Basic Barber Shop is a hidden gem, just of Boulder Highway. The shop is spacious and well air conditioned. Jim does a great job and the 20 bucks plus tip is money well spent.

Went here based on the reviews, and dont regret it, he takes his time, and asks what I prefer on certain parts of my hair like sideburn length,side length top length and style of back and front, makes jokes and good conversation, he knows what hes doing👌🏻

Guy refused to put a hard line in my part and then got an attitude when I told him I wanted the top shorter. Not a pleasant experience. Definitely will not be back.

Exactly the type of barber shop you want. I was impressed that the other customers appeared to be coming here for years. Conversations ranged from planned fishing trips to how the grandkids were doing. It was a very inviting place. The added bonus is that the hair cut and beard trim I received were top notch and surprisingly inexpensive. Im new to the area but plan on making this my new go to spot for hair cuts.
