Patrick and his firm did me very good on my 3 jobs i gave him they are honest very honest quality of work is very good and I will return back to them when i need him again

After meeting with Patrick multiple times over the year leading to securing him, Patrick did lead me to believe he cared about me and my case and would work hard for me. He always maintained a focus on the kids. This proved to be to misdirect. I had two different meetings with Patrick before an emergency custody hearing. Each time Patrick was too busy to focus. Interrupted constantly by his assistant yelling through the office, answering calls, and e-mails. I was concerned, but felt stuck as a hearing date for custody was approaching. On the day of the hearing, Patrick showed up last, was unprepared and unfamiliar with the facts of my case. Saying to the judge, hold on let me get my notes out, as he pulled his notes up on his computer. (Video Court Hearing) I lost custody and was ordered a large amount of support because Patrick presented no argument in my defense. I had to speak up for myself in court as Patrick would not say anything other than recommending counseling, Which ultimately led to the Judge chastising me for speaking during court. The judge even chastised Patrick during our hearing for his actions. Patrick was supposed to be my advocate and failed to speak or fight on my behalf beyond repeating the same statement of recommending counseling for the children over and over. Ultimately, I secured another attorney who helped me secure a favorable outcome and joint custody of my children. Patrick refused to forward my case documents to my new attorney, denied my calls and messages or attempt to contact him to return my retainer, and one of his last statements to me was, I love my job and what I get paid to do it. I would not recommend Patrick as I feel he overpromises, under delivers, and just doesnt care about the real lives of his clients or their situations because hes paid well to do it. In my humble opinion.

I am a fairly private person so I wont talk about what I used this office for.Patrick was great. Knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me succinctly. I didnt feel like he was trying to talk over me. He got everything done and I was happy with the price and outcome.

My husband & I spoke with Mr. Driscoll about our case in June. The next day, we emailed him the information he requested of us, via the contact information he emailed to us after speaking with him the same day, but he never responded. After 3 weeks, we emailed him again, as well as his secretary. Here we are 2 more weeks later, still no response. Weve been waiting now for 5+ weeks for him to respond. We are extremely disappointed to be left hanging by someone we assumed was a highly respected professional, who gave us the impression he would go about working with us. Will update if we ever get a response!UPDATE: Its now been 8 weeks & still not a word back from Patrick. This is a show for his professionalism, or I should say, lack of. Zero stars if I could.

Patrick Driscoll was an amazing attorney. My ex had filed for custody after not being in my daughters life and I had to go to court. I am a single mom and I was extremely scared because I knew how stressful and expensive the court process was. Patrick handled everything and helped me every step of the way. REVIEW 1/3I met with Attorney Driscoll and decided to retain him due to his professionalism and Driscoll lawful knowledge of my current situation.I placed a TPO on my kid mother & she put in a motion to disolve it. During this time I found out I had a warrant for my arrest for DV due to my kid mom putting a fictitious report on me last year.Driscoll put in a quash warrant for me to get it released and we are waiting for a court date for me to turn myself in and get DV charges dropped.My first court date was on 2/25/2019 for the TPO case I put on my kid mother. That morning I called his office and informed his staff I must speak with him before court. I never got a call Driscoll showed up 5mn before court started, discussed a game plan, and we went into court.The end result was the TPO I placed was desolved, mom got baby back, and the court case have to be heard upstairs in family law. I got no remedy in this situation and I was the victim whose head got busted with a medal telephone.I will continue to write two more reviews of the remedy I get from this law firm!

You ever go to court and see the other persons attorney and think..... dang I wish that was my attorney? You will be the person with that attorney if you retain Patrick. When I got arrested for a DUI I thought I was going to lose myjob. I hired Patrick and the DUI was reduced to a reckless driving. It was easy and I feltbetter with him by me at Court. He was very professional. I definitely recommend him.

Patrick Driscoll is a horrible lawyer if you are a mother I do not recommend him to be your lawyer, he is untruthful and does not provide accurate information, I felt as though he was interested in sabotaging me rather than assisting me.
