Good luck talking to Randy. You’re more likely to get a response days later from his service manager, who will blame their lack of response on previous employees that no longer work there.
Its hard to really evaluate Insurance service until something happens. But so far, they communicate well, and Ive had no issues.
I just moved in my house ..two weeks later I have water in my bathrooms..the cast iron pipes were corroded inside and outside my house 😱 i called All-State 💯❤..from plumbing too relocate..and flooring...thank you 😊. 😊

They have good service but.....to many people get lay off and drive less.....and pay the same.....and that in not right because this insurance companies dont care if we get unemployment or not.

I spoke with Michael for a quote on auto insurance. He was very unprofessional and hung up on me because I asked him for a breakdown of the quote he was giving me versus what they had emailed me. He yelled at me, “ No matter what branch you call it’s the same thing.” If you don’t take this quote I’m not helping you. I asked to speak to someone else because he was being rude and he hung up. 35 minutes later I began to receive telemarking calls about a request for auto warranty request that I didn’t make. It was the same information that he mentioned in our conversation. I spoke with the office manager and she said that she would check the recording of our conversation.

Randy’s agency has by far exceeded my expectations compared with other agencies I’ve dealt with in the past. Not only was he able to save me money but has phenomenal customer service. My Insurance just keeps going up, I dont want to download the phone app to safe money AND iM NOT GOING TOO. so Im going to be looking for new insurance very soon that doesnt use my phone for saving money
I called for a quote and was giving the run around when I mentioned that I get disability. They told me I need to check with social security in order to get a policy on car insurance. What a waste of time. I spent 46 mins on the phone for nothing.

In a city of liars and con artist this office stands out amongst them all. Randy is the wizard of oz. You cant speak with him. I have spoken with Jazmine on several occasions and she has been very helpful in the past but now im being brushed off. I called to set up the road side program, i spoke to a young man at the office where he gave me all the info, we agreed to set up service i gave him my debit card and confirmed everything. I go to use the service and im not enrolled. I called the office and that poor excuse for a man claimed we had no such conversation. So instead of owning up to a simple mistake he would rather make me out to be a liar. Even after confirming the conversation with Jazmine im still out of luck. I asked to speak with Randy but he was in a meeting. I requested a call back and waited until the 3rd day with no follow up. I called again and guess what? Hes not availible and i was mistaken when i asked for a call back, apparently I wouldnt have been told that he would call back because i have to make an appointment for him to call me. I dont like being called a liar i dont like being lied to. I can admitt when im wrong and when ive made a mistake. The customer shouldnt be made to feel of little importance and because of a lack of accountability and integrity with in this office i will be taking my business elsewhere.
