My neighbor advised me - give them a chance, its the same peoples.I walked in, with strange feeling and I had my dollar amount in my head. Great customer service! Took my car to see if a rock chip on my windshield was repairable. Had a tech come out, looked at it and told me it was. I agreed on the current price for it and whitin 13 mins, it was done. You can call and make an appointment or you can try walk in service.

Very quick.. Very honest. Our car is leased and we are returning it to Toyota but there is a small chip in the window. We were not sure if we fixed it if Toyota would still charge us for a full windshield or not. Marco held off while we made some calls. He was very patient with us. In the long run, we decided to go ahead and fix it, still not knowing the best course of action. Marco did not push us into fixing the glass and allowed us to decide how to proceed without pressure.

Allan Auto Glass & Tint, Tinted the Windows on my Nissan Versa Note. They did a great job. My Appointment was at 10AM. Within 5 minutes they took my car into the bay and started the install. It took about 30-40 mins and the job was complete. Nice waiting room with water, coffee and a TV. The Install was perfect and complete. These guys are on it ! Professional at every level. Jamie at the front counter walked me through the entire process and post installation rules to follow ie. No rolling down the windows for a few 3-5 days ! lol Great experience, Highly recommended. 5 Stars !!

Friendly staff. I went in to get my windshield repaired and ended up getting my windows tinted too. The lobby was clean stocked with bottled water and Keurig coffee. Customer service at its finest! Took my Land Rover to have the two front windows tinted to match the rear ones. After completing the work, according to the light meter the front matched the rear but visually it didnt look right. I pointed out the issue and they wouldnt let me leave until I was happy. Not only did they redo the windows right then and there, but they were also pleasant to deal with the entire time. Cant recommend them enough.

This is the only place to go for your tinting and windshield needs. My boyfriend accidentally shattered his back windshield last night and was distressed because he needed to do a lot of driving this week for work. I also had a recent rock chip that was growing and I was worried would affect my whole windshield.They got us in the next day and got both of our cars done at the same time for a great price! I had my windows tinted a few weeks ago and was not happy with the job. the tint was too dark and I could not see out my back window. Unfortunately, it was done in orange county and I live in Hemet. I first called Percision auto tinting and was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment. Two days later I never heard back from them. I called Allen’s, they were able to make an appointment for me within a couple days. They did an excellent, excellent job on my back window. I am so thankful to Andrew Allen for personally doing my car and doing such a great job. If you are looking for high quality at a fair price do not hesitate to take your car to Allen’s. I highly, highly recommend.

We got quoted for a windshield replacement and my husband drove 40+ minutes to have this repaired. At the shop they advised it would be another $250 for the calibration alone. They didn’t ask us / advise us of this over the phone. Wasted time driving out there to leave with the same issue.

Very disappointed. Showed up for the appointment and they did not have the windshield. Seems they forgot to order it. They tried to up-sell for $100 more, or wait five more hours for another delivery. Very unsympathetic about the waste of my time.

Great shop. A little higher in price compared to other shops in the area, however you get much more respectful employees and much higher quality work. I had my Durango tinted here and after several weeks I noticed a air pocket that didnt go away. I went and talked to Allen and he said Ill just redo the whole window, no problem. Sure he could have tried to say it was my fault or that he couldnt fix it but he didnt think twice about fixing the problem. Also they offer a lifetime warranty on the ceramic tint. Great shop and very professional staff.

Took my s2000 there to get my windows tinted and I was debating whether to give it a 4 star or 5 star but ended up giving 5 because at the end even though they took a longer time than what they told me, it was for good purpose. they also hooked me up with the price and added some rock chip fixes as well. it has only been 2 days so far since then so Ill see how how the tint comes out after about a month and I will do an update if I need to. Honest guys and good service, keep it up.

This company is one of the most efficient, professional, and fast great service all time, I bring my new truck to tint windows they did a excellent job I had bring other cars and is been done quickly and very professional also no to mention that is very affordable also decide to tint the windows of my business witch is El Patron restaurant in the city of Hemet and they did a excellent job. My sister had an appointment at 10am, they said they ran out of molding, at 4pm they said they could work on it..now theyre closing and cant work on it till Monday!! If you say 10 am, make it 10am NO EXCUSES! !

Allen and the guys have been part of our business for over a decade. We have used them for various projects. There prices are fair to excellent. We have mostly had them perform mobile services. The tech’s that arrive are knowledgeable, friendly and perform the job with minimal glass debri. They dispose of the bad pieces.
