We’ve been taking our doggie to the grooming salon for about 3 years, maybe longer. We’re always happy with the results. The ladies at the salon are always friendly. I also buy his food and treats here. I think many items are fairly priced. The cashiers are also very friendly and make us feel welcomed every time. I definitely recommend this PetSmart 🐶

Store in Hemet had very limited dog food I was looking for ceaser brand name there was no sales associate on the floor one cashier and there was a line. Store was clean cashier was nice and friendly.

Staff were friendly and willing to help locate items. Catherine in the grooming salon did a great job bathing + brushing our two dogs. I would recommend this location. The turn around time for both dogs was pretty quick.

This place is great. During the cat food shortage they always had food, and basically anything else you could need. Theyre not too overpriced and the staff is wonderful

Like the store inventory, floor sales people could use some product training & where products are located. When there is a line at register, open up another register to move customers faster.

Not a good place to get pets as they do not take care of the animals they have very well. They dont clean the cages well.. food for pets they do have a decent selection, but also sell a lot of junk your pets probably shouldnt eat.

They have a large selection of freshwater fish, also carry amphibians, reptiles, hamster, and they use to carry birds currently a shortage. They also help home sheltered pets such as cats and dogs. As far as supplies you can find almost everything you need without the need of waiting for delivery.

They always have what my cat needs. T the employees always have a smile on their face any questions I have they can answer in the checkout lines move very quickly one of the best pet stores around Hemet

Love it that my pet and I am greeted!! After searching for a same day grooming services, Petsmart came thru. The groomers were busy but still gave me attention and gave me information about my Huskys shedding. A same day appointment was given and they really treated my pet like their own! Book in advance and save up to 20% for the next time at the groomer! Great place for shopping with your pet!

Mega expensive, but its a specialty store and its for animals so that makes it okay I guess and the fact that they 90% always have what we need! I will say its WAAAAY CLEANER and nicer than PETCO!!!

If you’re disabled with a service dog, GO ELSEWHERE.My task trained service dog came with me to this location and I was yelled at from across the store to put her on a leash. (Her tasks requires her to be off leash. In case I pass out and she gets tangled up, she can’t perform her task and can’t assist me) I explained this and my public accessibility as a disabled person was denied. I had to leave without buying anything for my own safety.

Got my beautiful boy from here 8 months ago, hes gotten so big and we love hin so much . The staff was friendly i do recommend when purchasing a reptile that you do your research first. The bio dude can give the information you need, on lighting and habits for your bearded dragon. He can be found online and u tube.

They carry Solid Gold small bites dry dog food for my little dog. Also, thank goodness! They carry PetFresh small rolls of wet food for my little dog! I get her favorite treats here.The staff are so nice, personable, efficient, they are good with my little dog. The store is clean and neat and does not smell. Masks, sanitizers, and social distancing are observed.I love Pet Smart!

Staff has always been nice when I visit. Took my border collie mix to be groomed here and they did a wonderful job. The grooming staff was also polite and helpful at drop-off and pick-up. They usually have what Im looking for. However their selection for small animal is not very broad and I usually have to go online for items. I understand its curtailed mostly for dogs and cats but would be nice if they did offer better options in small animal.

Usually hit this place up on Saturdays cuz theyre supposed to get new fish on Fridays (I am the guppy guy working on breeding them) but this week on Saturday fish where still in the boxes not even floating in aquariums, so (Forcing Myself) I just left😟

Nothing positive to share, place is dirty, animales appear not to be taken care of properly. Fishtanks look dirty, turtles appeared to be hungry. Sad to see this.

Every time I go for curbside pick up I check in on the app but no one every brings my order out. I sit for at least 10 mins before I decide to call them to bring it out, even then they didnt bring it out the last time, I had to call twice to get someone to bring it out. I called corporate to complain, I received a call the next day from Alecia who promised me a $10 credit on my next order, she stated she would send me an email and even verified my email, however I never got it. Very poor customer service

My moms dog had his normal grooming appointment. When we went to pick him up, his eye was blood red and swollen. They told me it was due to stress take him to the vet in a few days.Thank god I didnt wait a few days.Vet ruled out stress. He got hit in the head. He hemorrhaged in his eye due to blunt force trauma. If we left it untreated he could of lost his eye. How dare you treat our dog poorly and lie to me saying its stress. Avoid this place.

We adopted our puppy from a shelter and she was very scared when we brought her home. Taking her to the PetSmart training class really helped her open up to us and we were able to teach her helpful commands and cute tricks. Everyone there is very friendly towards you and your pet. They are also great at answering all your questions.

We had a wonderful experience getting our conure parrot. The sales associate was wonderful and she gave us lots of helpful information and guided us to all of the supplies and food we would need. And the cashier was personable and helpful checking out.

This place has what we need but is a bit pricey now and there is little to no help while shopping. Only a friendly cashier to take your money at the end of the shopping experience.
