I wasnt at valley smog test I was next door at KC tires the owner George is a very good and honest man I met him after my son recommended me to him new and used tire shop very reasonable prices he took about an hour just to take the tires off the truck because I was having four used tires put on my truck it wasnt his fault that it took so long the way Dodge trucks have these weird lug nuts that have these aluminum caps over their lug nuts and theyre a horrible design they break and make it very difficult for anyone to take them off using a star or even an impact gun Ive always had problems with these so I bit the bullet and went down to AutoZone and bought steel lug nuts and replace them all but he took his time and took them all off even having to order a special impact socket to help him taking them off when he didnt have to do that he could have just sent me on my way I really appreciate that and didnt charge me extra for the time or having to spend $100 on one special type impact socket specifically for these Dodge trucks Ill be a customer for life for that and he did what I havent seen any other tire Guy do before and that was torque them to the right specs everybody else just jackhammers the lug nuts back on and makes it very hard to take them off when you have to especially when youre on the side of the road with a flat tire.

Great place to go to for smog, he aborted my test due to the muffler having a hole and didn’t charge me. Went back early cause he gets very busy and had my truck done in 15 min.

Honest Smog Shop highly recommend this place which is accross the street from the Hemet DMV. There are 2 shops near the DMV don t go to the wrong one. Remember its the one ACCROSS the street from DMV

Outstanding service A wonderful experience considering smog centers that do mechanic services also. You won’t find that at Valley smog they only do emissions testing which is the main reason I went in the first place I have a express van and they honored their coupon of $31.75 out the door for $40 anywhere else it would’ve been $75 or more because I have a van which makes no difference in emissions testing my first time here at Valley smog and I know where to come back to in 2 years I asked my neighbors who they went to and they said Valley smog Testing Thank you Valley smog for being an honest business

Just got my vehicles smog done today. We had a great experience. They were friendly and polite. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Its under new management and theyre doing a great job!

I needed to get my car smog-ed so I came to yelp and searched looking for a well spoke of smog business. I looked at about 10 places and chose Valley Smog Test. I needed a Star certified one, they are also across the street from the DMV or they offer registration services to avoid the DMV long waits. I was greeted buy the owner Mason right away and I had some questions before agreeing to his services, including a coupon. He answered all my questions. My car is over 20 years old so discount did not apply and it was also written on the coupon, but he explained the reasons why and did what he could. (much appreciated) Mason is a hands on owner and he did my smog. I came at a good time and it took about 15 minutes super fast. I went straight to the DMV and finished the registration and can you believe only 20 minutes in the DMV and done. (so lucky) I know this is long but Mason at Valley Smog will make doing something no one wants to do, quick and easy.( Just a side note if your check engine light is on, it is not going to pass smog )

We have been taking our vehicles here for quite a few years now. I went in last month and was told there had been a change of ownership. The new owners were very nice and I was in and out of there in no time and with no problems. I will definitely be back in 2 years!

Was going through rough time and I had smog test coming back over five times not ready for my cat converter and the son of owner helped me save hundreds by not charging me until I passed which I had to go through huge time consuming issue with dealership to get the CAT to ready ready, thank you again sir you truly made my life much better and saved me so many ways and this is a real customer review. :)

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have used them 1 time on another car so its not a Review from an angry one time customer that had a car that did not pass.The large Hispanic man that helped me has a very angry personality. He DEFINITELY should not handle any customer interaction!!! The scam is use the coupon for $30, find some technicality to fail the car, get you to pay, then tell you it failed, then tell you its $40 to re-test and you cant use the coupon again.Failed the car because a number on my air filter was not legible. I asked if I can go buy one around the corner and bring it back real quick so he could check the number...he replied no re-test is $40.His actions are bad for business. And this employee specifically is bad for business. Why anyone would put someone like this at the front counter I have no idea...

They had to order a part so my car would pass smog. Went in early friday, they were very busy and a rep was there trying get to change out the card reader. I was there maybe 35 minutes tops. Very fast courteous service.

I had my 09 F-150 smogged here 2 years ago and didnt have any issues with the place. Price was reas and was out of there in 30 minutes.

Same a Kieth. Went in with check engine light on. Didnt think about it not passing. Test is automatic fail with CEL on. When technician was questioned why test it when he knew it would fail he said, you told me to test it. Shady way to make a buck. Stay away.

Took rv in failed cuz they said couldnt find # on aftermarket exhaust. Took it to Phils auto. Passed. Didnt need the number to pass. Ive seen them fail old lady cuz her engine light on - could of told her to get it fixed first before they charged her for smog test!
