Daniel was exceptionally polite and walked me through how to fix the issue our copier was having. He explained everything in a way i could understand, but without sounding condescending. I would request him again for any future service calls.

Danno went above and beyond the standard of service I was expecting. He helped me connect my new printer along with a few other things I would not have known how to do. I would highly recommend Fisher for the quality of their service and their responsiveness. Not only did they answer the service call right away, but they were in our office to help us within the hour.
