Rented from National in SLC and got a flat tire this weekend. National and their breakdown service totally sucked. Finally I got to Rio at Enterprise who not only had a car to exchange but really made the ordeal almost acceptable. Thank you!

First time I ever had to rent a car. They were great. Really friendly, efficient, not very expensive. Completely hassle and stress free. I dont know if Ill ever need to rent a car again, but Id recommend this location to anyone I know.

Do not rent anything from this place, they are thieves and prey on younger people who dont know any better. Girlfriends 18 yo daughter rented a beat up sedan with numerous dents, then they tried to bill for $800 when car was turned back in. Manager is incapable of making any type of decision, claims they keep no records of anything, etc.. Basically just a lying thief... Had to elevate to corporate office, who immediately dismissed claim. Be sure to take pictures of entire car before driving off, ot better yet, go anywhere else.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good car for a good price. I needed to keep the car for a few extra days and there were no problems.

We have rented from enterprise in the past with no problem. We called the day told them the situation they said no problem. Showed up the next morning to get the car and everything changed. They wasted my time my wifes time who ended up having to walki home. I guarantee we wont have any problems with them going forward.

We needed to swap a rental car yesterday and while Enterprise could not help, Ryan was extremely courteous, customer focused, and made every effort to help. He provided 5 star service!

Im usually a bit skeptical with car-rental places, as some smaller names like to add on fees wherever they can. Enterprise is the epitome of excellent customer service and fair pricing.When my original car got into a fender bender, I had a new set of wheels from Enterprise within an hour of calling my insurance company. When that rental (a 2019 minivan) was having some trouble getting through the Montana ice and snow, they allowed me to switch to an AWD SUV at no charge, no questions asked. All of the representatives I have spoken with at this location have been polite and professional, and I will keep my business with Enterprise whenever I need a rental car.

Renting a car at Enterprise was very easy and the customer service was excellent. When we arrived at the office it took just a few minutes for the rep to come out and start the process. He was very professional, was wearing a mask and went over the vehicle with me inside and out. I would be more than happy to recommend the Helena office of Enterprise to anyone. A great experience!

The customer service at the Helena Enterprise goes above & beyond. They are always courteous, on time, helpful & friendly. The cars are clean and well maintained. I have never had an unhappy experience at any Enterprise location but I do business with the Helena one weekly so I know them best. Great bunch of young people ... and one devilishly handsome senior citizen!

Ive used enterprise in Helena several times. Each and every time the customer services has been superb. It doesnt matter if they have a lobby full of people or helping just one customer, they have all been very professional and extremely accommodating. Thanks for always going above and beyond!

I would give zero stars if I could! They tried to nickel and dime me for a nonexistent dent after having the car for only 4 hours and driving it one place. The man I dealt with claimed to be the store manager, yet was extremely unprofessional. Will not be bringing my business here again

Customer service was amazing! It was so quick to pull up curb side, and basically sign papers and get keys, it took maybe 10 minutes altogether.!

As a long time customer of enterprise here in Helena, I really hate to leave this review. However I had an emergency arise today which required me to rent a car. I started calling at 9:25 am after 6 minutes on hold a message came across the line to try again later. Attempted second call at 10:54 same situation after a little over 6 minutes of all circuits were busy they would continue to ring the branch. The third attempt at 11:30 and the same result. After $1000’s of dollars in rentals with enterprise They have lost my patronage.

Had a very wonderful rental experience with this location. Ryan and his fellow teammates are perfect gentlemen and very pleasant. Wonderful examples of exceptional costume service. Rental was set up via my insurance while vehicle was in repair shop; Enterprise made getting set up with a vehicle a piece of cake.

I frequently travel and use Enterprise for all of my road travel. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Helena is the best one that I have had the privilege to use. The staff is friendly, attentive and they have worked with me extensively when I have had last minute travel to accommodate me. It is always a pleasure to work with the friendly staff at the Helena off-site location. I hope to use their services for many more months to come!

Needed a vehicle after my own was damaged in a deer encounter. Had to reschedule things between the repair place and Enterprise due to lack of vehicle availability due to wildfire needs. But, when I was finally able to get one, it was a Toyota Forerunner. Very nice car! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ryan and Eric were great!! Helped me through my insurance stuff and made the whole experience a lot easier for me. My only complaint would be not having a direct phone number to the Helena office and having to wade through the menu thing and not knowing if I was talking to someone in Helena or...

My flight was diverted to Helena - Enterprise was closed by the time I got off the plane. The reservation center was able to find a driver to bring me a car very quickly and I was able to make it to Butte on time. Enterprise changed a challenging day into an amazing save. Thank you.

Service for the most part was excellent, the vehicle was clean and what was reserved. Please note, this location will display as Helena Airport. It really isnt airport at all. Look for it south of the WalMart of Prospect Avenue. I left town a half hour late because I showed up at the airport. I cant say that Im thrilled with the porter however that is walking around with the $150 Ray Bans that I left on the dash of the vehicle. I called an hour after drop -off, not a day later, not a week later but an hour later. Sure enough they werent there.

They are awesome and very respectful; I rode from the airport with another passenger (who I did not know) who had to have been having a bad day or something because he was cussing the driver out for stuff that wasnt even his fault. I tried to dissolve the situation by talking about how beautiful Montana is. The driver was very respectful the whole drive from the airport. When we got to the business the guy didnt stop he kept going on about stuff the business had no control over. They repeatedly apologized many times over to me. I personally dont base my opinions off of what other passengers do since they dont work for the company. The whole operation is top notch and if I ever fly into Helena again i will use them in a heartbeat.

Had an SUV reserved there 6 weeks in advance. Flight delays prompted me to call @9AM to advise we will arrive later than our 1:30 reserved time. Shane said no problem - give us a call when you get in. Arrived & called @5:15PM. Be right there to pick you up. Waited 45 Minutes. Called again - Recording......We are now closed. LEFT US STRANDED. Called a cab & went to our hotel. The following morning - called - they came & picked me up. Got to counter - explained my dismay - oh - sorry about that was all I got. Shane mysteriously not there. Customer service is apparently not in their vocabulary.

Rented a new Monte Carlo, had a great time driving it around even though the whole town was snow bound. Enterprise shuttle pickup at the airport, the transaction at the office and drop off at the airport was all very trouble free.

The agent I spoke with was very professional however, it was requested I bring in a utility bill showing my address and a valid montana drivers license before I could rent a vehicle from here. I just moved to Helena and I havent made the switch to a Montana drivers license and even though my previous state license is still valid, Enterprise would not rent to me.I was able to secure a rental from a competitor with no such hassle. I cannot recommend renting from them, unfortunately.

First time I have ever had trouble with Enterprise. Called two weeks ahead of pickup of rental and was told I will handle it by lady on staff in regard to upgrade. One day before pickup called again and suddenly the song and dance had begun. Ultimately no upgrade as expected changing my impression. First call needed to be the song and dance, not the second!

My experience with the Helena Montana Enterprise Office is always top notch. My only negative experience has been with what appears to be the National Call in line. When I needed to rent a car recently I dialed the local number, expecting to talk to a local representative. I was instead put through to a national rental center person who not only did not know me, but also did not appear to have any information on the history of my rentals. When I went to pick up my car a couple of days later, the rental car reservation was not in the system! Fortunately the local representatives took care of the problem, found me an appropriate vehicle and I was able to be on my way in a timely manner. I Love the service I get at the local level. But I do not want to EVER have to deal with the national call in center, where ever it may be.

Friendly, efficient service at both the Helena, MT, Enterprise office, where I picked up my rental, and the one in Butte, where I returned it. The agent in Butte even drove me back to my hotel. Could not have asked for a better customer experience.

Had rental set up through my company weeks in advance. Show up at the airport location and no one is there 30 minutes after my reservation was due. I call the customer service and they tell me my reservation was canceled... I explain that never happened on my end. Which still doesnt explain why your booth is not open half an hour past opening time. They tell ms to go to enterprise a sister company. I have someone drive me there. They ar e closed on sundays. I call customer service again and mid explaining the issue. They hang up on me. I call back and after a while she tells me there not a corporate office in the airport. To find a different company and book through them. That there is nothing they can do. So now I have to be in a different state by tomorrow morning. My weeks in advance reservation and already paid for is not happening. If given the choice, rent at any other place. This one is useless.

I wish that I could give this rental agency negative stars. I have never before made a reservation, had a confirmation number, got to the counter, everything was all set, and as they were about to hand me keys. told that there were no cars available. Now I am stranded with an early flight 90 miles away and no way to get there. The staff just said I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!

I called to try and get a car and there were none available until the next morning so I reserved one for the next day and said I would need a ride because my personal vehicle just got totaled mind you the slogan is (we pick you up)the person working said rides from where Im at are not available Im only 5 miles out side of town

One word. Crooks. I rented a car that had previous damage and it was annotated on the form. They were closed when I turned it in so following their directions I puy the key in the drop box. They called saying I damaged the vehicle and had to pay for it. Pure BS. I will NEVER go to this company again.
