Went in to send back an item that was broken during transit. The lady who started my process was extremely nice...then maybe the manager(?) Started helping her...she was VERY belittling and harsh....terrible customer service. It ended up i needed to take my claim to a different post office which is fine, but theres that BUT....wheres her customer service skills? It was apparent she was hating her job and it was only 9:30 AM! (Mind you, I normally receive EXCELLENT service here!)

I dont know what this community expects from their post office but l think you have a real gem here. Plenty of parking and even shaded which is very hard to find in this hot box that is California.Very nice and helpful ladies at the counter. They helped me get the correct postage for a special square envelope l was sending to Dad for Fathers day

Ordered a set of 6 dining chairs and other boxes. Delivery unsuccessful because the mailbox was full. I mean really?Too lazy to bring thru to my front door I suppose.

Dropped off a priority package. After 10 days customer still did not receive items. Tracking shows it never departed post office facility. The integrity of this location is questionable..

Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location Ah i see, so the delivery person saw some stairs and said no thank you. Trash.

My package shows as delivery failed at 9:01 AM...Its 9:20 AM, Ive been sitting outside and no sign of the package. Its probably a system error, but hard to think it cant be something else, when I dont trust the delivery person after a few confrontations of me asking to no drive so fast up the driveway and to stop backing up so close to our fence. Its upsetting.

Healdsburg post office sucks

USPS was supposed to deliver a package on Sunday, per their tracking it was out for delivery, never was delivered. At 10:30pm that tracking was updated as undeliverable - incorrect address. ??? They have been delivering to this address for over 50 years!!! I get packages delivered 2 to 3 times a week from this same sender (addressed the same every time), and now suddenly on a Sunday they cant find the place, what a pathetic excuse!! If your too lazy to actually deliver on Sundays, then dont offer the option!!

They dont answer the phone. Ive tried 3 times and after letting it ring over20 times I get a very loud busy signal.I wish we didnt need them. I feel the same way as the other person who wrote a review, if I could give a 0 I would.

How pathetic. No Christmas or holiday stamps in December, and SO MANY PEOPLE IN LINE that we didnt even want to go in. This was in the middle of the week about 2pm. Whoever orders stamps needs to do better.

Why doesnt anyone answer the phone? Someone just hangs up the phone. When Ive been in the PO you can hear the phone ring and NO ONE picks it up.

The mail delivery is inconsistent on our street. There have been many times our mail doesn’t arrive until 5pm or later. The parcel locker is never used at our community mailbox, the boxes are left on the front porch. We were supposed to have two Amazon deliveries yesterday but only received one. They provided a note to Amazon saying the item couldn’t be delivered.

The people who work here are often overloaded with crowds but always stay cheerful and work effectively and quickly.

I think this is a fantastic post office, the line always goes very quickly, the people behind the counter remember me, and they answer the phone every time I call!

Getting freshly off the phone with this man who works at this office, Im not one to write reviews about places and the way they treat customers but this man was not helpful what so ever after he questioned me and I made myself very clear. If I could rate him a 0 I would!
