Called because my friend was locked out of her house but was hung up on. Called back again and right before I got hung up on again, there was a brief message saying that they dont serve my area! They are located in Healdsburg, I thought. And my friend lives in Cloverdale....15 mins away.... Sorry for my prior review, it was ment for the locksmith that helped from Windsor.
