This is the BEST experience I have had at a Verizon store and at a cell phone store in years. Danielle was super knowledgeable and helpful in getting my new phone set up. She explained everything simply and in detail about the new plan, and was efficient in the process. Her co-worker Anthony was nice and helpful as well. Thanks for making what could have been a drag a nice experience!
Under new management!The last guy was scum of the earth and very abrasive with most customers.The new manager is an angel. Very helpful and listens to questions and concerns. She makes sure to get you the best deal.

I would like to say that Danielle is amazingly well versed And incredibly fast and efficient as well! Awesome job! Danielle was able to get me in and out in 15~25 minutes, answer all my questions and her suggestions made the experience very comfortable and satisfying. Needless to say that if she were an employee of mine she’d be first inline for a great promotion and raise! Do whatever you can to keep her, employees like her are hard to find. She is indeed a very valuable employee. Her attitude and professionalism really made this a satisfying experience. I was actually driving dreading I’m coming in to purchase a phone because of my experiences I’ve had with Apple store .,,long lines, disinterested employees and feeling like you’re just another brick on the wall as you wait for someone to get to you. Bravo!
I breathe a sigh of relief whenever I walk into Verizon and Justin is working - I’ve even walked out when Justin was not working. It’s refreshing to have professional technical assistance without the pretentious techie attitude that has sadly become commonplace. Oswaldo did a great job helping me get the iPhone I wanted along with all the needed accessories then activating the new phone, transferring all my data and wiping the data from the old phone. He was pleasant, he listened carefully to all my questions and comments while doing his job quickly and carefully.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. I have been waiting for months to add my elderly mother to my plan and activate her phone, because I dreaded the hassle, but Danielle made it easy for me and I really appreciate it.
I went into the Verizon store and was greeted by Christopher. I asked for a screen protector. He said that Verizon no longer carried that brand but had other brand I could look at. He then went on to check my Verizon account and discovered that I could save some money every month if I changed to a new plan. Then he found I would save even more money since I used autopay. All this just because I walked in to ask about a screen protector.He was extremely polite, very well versed in Verizon, it’s policies & procedures and he found ways for me to save a few dollars.I had the chance to talk to him and get to know him a bit. What a fine young man. Verizon is VERY LUCKY to have him working for them and representing their company. I hope to run into him in the future.

I selected phone to purchase in about 15 minutes after coming into store, but it took another 2 1/4 hours for sales rep. to change over my current Verizon service, and set up the new phone. When everything was completed, and I was away from the store, my new phone would not allow for calls to be made, and I had to return for another ten minutes for rep. to correctly set up phone. Very nice rep., but knew near nothing about what he was supposed to do, and near complete ignorance as to how to set up, or make any changes to anything involving sale and phone set up. He also, without mentioning it to me, or asking, added costly VIP service to my bill, adding over $60 to my walk out the door price that he had quoted. Fixing that on my bill, when I caught him, added more time delay, and he had trouble figuring out how to do a refund. Strongly suggest going to an actual Verizon store, not this authorized retailer. It was an instance of watching paint dry, to purchase here.LATER: I left emails with the store the next day, and got as call from another salesman at the store. (His name tag in the store, said he was Store Manager) I told him of the above, plus that I found the same phone for $200 less on Amazon. He told me he would talk about these problems, with the store manager, who apparently now, was not him, and call me back. I never heard from him. A very bad idea to ever go into this store. You have a fine chance of being shafted.
This guys are awesome. I got locked out of my iCloud account Zack from Healsburg store help me out thinking outside the box to recover my account. Dang good customer service !! Ten stars!!
Christopher was the extraordinary help with setting my new phone and transfering the data, especially WhatsApp. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The salesperson sold me on the worst phone ever. Paid over $500 and now my reception is worse, my pictures are terrible, and Id have to pay $ to return. Dont trust them. Ive also been a customer for over 17 years, as soon as I can pay off this terrible phone I will no longer use verizon. Oh and to top it off after 2 hours in the store my data never got transferred. So Im stuck with limited contacts and none of my pictures.
We wanted cheapest plan and later found out we were charged for the most expensive. They also have fees that a regular corporate Verizon doesn’t have. Also we didn’t know we were going to be charged for insurance when we never wanted insurance in the first place. Nice customer service but after the fact we were not happy to find out we were on a plan that we didn’t agree to be on.

I was there in a rush situation for some clients and the person who helped me syncd my device and did all the necessary things to ensure my guests would enjoy streaming in my vehicle. I only spent $109 and felt like I was a million dollar client. Thanks
