Great gym, clean, inexpensive, good equipment, open 24 hours!

Awesome gym, clean and fresh equipment!! Ive been to 3 different gyms from Cloverdale to Santa Rosa and Motion has to be my favorite!! Great staff and a very reasonable price, no contact a big 👍👍 if your looking for a gym give them a try!!

Im a member here. Very clean and comfortable environment. I recently went through a hard time and had not gone to gym in a while. Lori reached out many times in the last month and I explained my personal hardships and I am going back!!!! It is very nice to feel encouraged to keep going.

I Love this Gym! It has everything you need and isnt crowded. Lori is very nice and helpful and it is worth every penny!

I am not a gym person. Not at all. But I needed to make a change in my health so I am making the effort. I am SO thankful I found Motion! I cant say enough good things. Great people, clean equipment, wonderful atmosphere, and an attitude of acceptance. I haaaaate the aggressive, negative gym scene and Motion is anything but. 10/10 would recommend.

Great gym equipment, have been to a few different gyms and hands down my favorite. Greay group of people and energy in the gym!
