This company does not deserve 5 stars. Their task, for our company, was to manage our server and occasionally help with any network problems we encounter. Our agreement consisted on a monthly charge that included server management and network problems. Simple. What they ended up doing is charging us for any call made to them and start the counter as soon as we ask for help, accumulating very overly expensive minutes that they ended up charging us for on top of our monthly charge. After they came in to help with network issues, our company watched them google the problem to try to figure out a solution, which put up many red flags. Scammers!!!!!They will double charge AND nickel and dime everything... On top of this their company is horribly managed, no one knows any schedules, and they always need to get back to you or write a ticket instead of trying to resolve a problem.Hopefully this review will steer many people away from this company saving people money, time and a lot of head aches.
