Not a bad place to shop. Just check other sites before purchasing. Some have better prices some worse

I like autozone but there hazleton store needs some help big time. On line for over 30 minutes just to pay for 2qts of oil, thats nuts, I could have when to Walmart for that & got out faster.

Bought a new battery. It was quick and simple. Average price I guess as well. $100 for a battery. They were nice and courteous as well!

Not helpful at all. Building a street rod they didnt want to be bothered, only interested in cookie cutter cars and on-line referencing. Wouldnt recommend

I was helped by a woman named Jessica. I called and asked if they had a part I needed she was super busy and asked me to hold got back to me as fast as she could and apologize four different times for making me wait. I love that kind of customer service. when I came to pick up the part I needed she had it ready for me. She had great advice for how to put in the new lightbulb. Again I love a place where the people who work there know what they’re doing.

I was just in here two days ago!! MARITZA HELPED ME! SHE ASSISTED ME WITH THE DIAGNOSTICS! very nice 👍🙂 and down to earth 🌍 she was very knowledgeable and glad to see Autozone employing future stars! I can see her working at Firestone God bless!

Customer service can use some work, not on the employees though, they are not given the resources needed to deal with complex vehicle issues.

I guess it was rush hour when I went because the line was almost out the door so I just left. I was not waiting in line for windshield wiper fluid

Its ok as far as them trying to fulfill their duties and go home. This Autozone is unlike any other Ive been to, they dont greet or acknowledge you once you enter the store, nor ask if you need any type of assistance while you roam the store confused, they dont pester about selling bundles to you so thats good for us but not their sales, overall it could be better, but this is Hazleton 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Very knowledgeable staff. Only 4 stars because the prices are high. Especially if you need a wiper blade durning a rain storm. 😆

Was able to get replacement lights for my headlights. Went there because place I preferred never has my lights but I knew going to Auto Store my lights are almost guaranteed to be in stock, and they were. Also purchased gallon of brake fluid because was getting my brakes changed.

You will most likely find what you want or need and if you dont the staff is friendly enough to recommend other places . To me a good customer service is more important than anything else

I came into town to visit some family and although I had just gotten all new brakes and rotors and calipers before I left for this trip, somehow I ended up having caliper issues and needed $800 worth of work and when I asked hey why did this happen I literally just had new front brakes pad and rotors and calipers and they told me probably a defect in the parts. I’ve been driving my vehicle two days since then and my brake light starts going off, I pop open the hood and brake fluid reservoirs has barely any fluid in it. My vehicle still doesn’t seem to be braking as well as it was before the unexpected incident and I just can’t believe they couldn’t even properly fill my brake fluid, I have an 8 hour drive home soon and I’m nervous. I would be careful with this garage, I feel like they take advantage of women and people from out of state. Unfortunately all of the local places were completely swamped because normally I don’t support nationwide chains like this.

I had the parts I need it great experience

My 2009 dodge journey threw a check engine light and my first thought is great here we go. I took it to auto zone on broad st to be thrown on the computer. A associate came out by the name of Jessica. What happened next was unexpected. she took the time out to explain the problem and how to fix it. She offered us a print out and asked if we had certain tools needed to do the job. She treated us like the only customer they had. I was thrown back because usually you get a disgruntled employee who hates thier job but boy what a nice breath of fresh air she was. No one likes having to visit a parts store because they are usually stressed out about the cost of repairs but she definitely took that stress away. Please acknowledge her customer service and dont let her go. Thank you Jessica for your kindness.

I was in your store with my son buying cleaning supplies and detailing supplies for his new car. He was excited when I was when we were done I went to the checkout counter. I waited five minutes to be checked out well the lady I assume was the manager was counting her drawer. I waited for her to counter drawer to be checked out. She started counting her drawer again. I asked if we were going to be waited on there was no response from anybody not even a courtesy response. I left a basket on the counter and walked out there was probably $125-$150 worth of product in that basket that AutoZone will not sell. Customer service sucks!

Not a bad place to shop as long as they are staffed properly if you have questions about a part I recommend talking to Steve he seems to know a lot about the different make and models of cars / what they need

Always get my parts on Amazon but in a pinch this place will do!

Theres a guy named Jimmy Belair who wrote a review for this location : Women working in auto parts store....need more knowledgeable peopleLets say hes not outright blatantly sexist -On Friday I call and ask the associate to look me up to see what the warranty is on my battery - its a male on the other end of the phone. Male takes my phone number and says, Your warranty is expired. You have no warranty left on that battery. A new one is $120, plus coreIm unable to afford new one, try to limp along for another day - but thats not happening. I cant even charge it anymore. So I call back the next night. I got a WOMAN (OMG!) she looks up my number and - lo and behold - the warranty is good until January 2018!! FREE REPLACEMENT.So a WOMAN (Jimmy Belair says need more knowledgeable people) got me a replacement battery for FREE - and saved my bacon, while a MAN looked up the same information and told me Id need to spend $120 for a new battery - and he was WRONG.So to Jennifer and the other woman who was doing a fine job holding down the fort on a Saturday night by themselves, I thank them both.To Jimmy Belair, Id say to go check yourself for a gender problem and an ego problem, because the two women who ran Autozone on October 7, 2017, did a fine job and put their male counterparts to shame.
