Very fair great internet service

Bad service. They will get you for your money .

Paid 64 Oct 1st for them to connect internet was told It may take 2 to 3 weeks to setup I asked about billing was told I wouldnt be charged until internet was connected pay following month long story short month later still no internet was given a runaround about someone having to come out and do something outside. They gave me a bill due Nov 25th mind you I still wasnt even connected at all!! I went into office and asked what was going on just to be told they did what they could not their problem claimed service started already smh at that point was irritated asked just to cancel and give me back the $64 for them to tell me that it was non refundable 😑 then I let them know I wasnt ever able to connect at all box wasnt working even after they had box for over 3 wks (programming it) i called NUMEROUS times lwtting them know couldnt connect lights on box blinking etc long story short I decided and told them to cancel completely! Never received email/text in regards to cancellation but I do have conversation recorded! My advice to anyone thinking about using this company THINK TWICE!! RUNN they will take your money charge you even if you never able to connect! VERY POOR customer service! Theyre all about the money...

Not the best wifi but it will work if you dont have more then 3 devices connected

Internet is very slow. Not worth it at all
